Magick Will Animate Your Arms (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body. You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and make peace with what is!

Wherever you are, that’s where you’re meant to be. In this moment, everything is perfect and in its place. It’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and smile because life loves you!

It’s all unfolding perfectly. It’s all in perfect timing. Just think of yourself as a plant, blooming when it’s time. When it’s time, it’s time.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust that you are part of nature, and that where you are is perfect. It is unfolding perfectly.

Decide to get out of the way today, and let what you want come to you.

Breathe in and say thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathe out and say it again, thank you god for replacing me with you.

If you find yourself trying to control, trying to rush, trying to plan and scheme, trying to make lists, trying to motivate yourself—it’s just your ego thinking it knows what to do. But life knows best. Life takes care of life. Today, you can surrender all of your control, and just let god replace you.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Any time you notice yourself feeling uptight, or like you want things to go a certain way, go back to this prayer: thank you god for replacing me with you. And then, magick will animate your arms. You will be in the right place at the right time. It will all work out perfectly and you will get the love you want, because you’re being the love you want, by replacing your ego with god!

Breathe in and be the divine being you are today.
Breathe out and smile because it’s really fun to let god replace you!

Your ego is just a collection of thoughts that’s built up over time. And when you let those thoughts go, you step into the perfection of the present moment, where god already is, where you already are.

Rest In the Presence of God (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Decide to let it come to you. You are the source of all of the love you desire. Today, you’re going to let what you want come to you because you are the source of all that is good in your life.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Am I aware? Yes, I am aware. I exist. I know I exist. I know I am here. In the moment that you feel that feeling of knowing, “Yes I exist. Yes I am aware,”—that feeling of knowing is where you can rest. And when you rest in your feeling of knowing, what you want comes to you because you know life is unfolding perfectly. And you know everything is happening for you. It’s all happening in your favor!

Breathe in and keep asking yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and keep listening for that knowing, that recognition: Yes I am aware!

It sounds so simple. It sounds too good to be due. It sounds maybe boring or dull. “Am I just going to ask myself ‘Am I aware?’ all day? That sounds boring.” But the more that you relax your mind into its heart, the more that you rest your awareness on awareness, the more non-thought-based experiences of bliss you will enjoy. There is a whole realm of reality beyond thought and it’s time for you to transcend your thinking mind.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Let yourself rest in that knowing. Am I aware? Am I aware? Feel your attention sinking back into its source. That thing that you’re seeking—the love, the approval, the praise, the abundance, the joy, the fun—whatever it is you’re seeking, you are the source. And you can access that source right now, by being aware of being aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Rest in that knowing. Stay as you are. You are pure awareness, and everything else, every object, every thought, everything you perceive, every sensation—that’s all temporary. It’s all an illusion that comes and goes. It’s just the activity of awareness. It’s just a limitation of awareness. But you, who you really are is pure awareness, infinite intelligence. And if you can relax your thinking mind, the infinite blissful peaceful presence of god is already yours! It’s already here! It’s here right now. And everything physical that you want to manifest will come to you and you won’t need it because you already are resting in the presence of god. And what more could you possibly need?

Breathe in and rest in the presence of god today.
Breathe out and keep asking yourself, “Am I aware?” Yes I am aware! I am aware that I am now in the presence of god.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

This is not serious! It’s all just for fun!

Breathe in and lift yourself up today!
Breathe out and keep letting go. Keep letting go. Keep breathing out.

Let go of all of your resistance. Let go of all of your seeking. Let go of it all.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

This is the best day of your life! You’re doing everything right! Let yourself celebrate how far you’ve come!

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and be empty today!

Empty yourself of your likes and dislikes. Empty yourself of your preferences. Empty yourself of your personality, your ego. Empty yourself of trying to control!

Breathe in and trust that life will take care of life!
Breathe out and surrender. It’s safe to let go of control now!

Today, as you go about your day, say to yourself, over and over: Thank you god for replacing me with you! And feel the energy moving through your body, starting from your feet up through the crown of your head. And then looping back around, feeding back into your feet like you’re a giant donut energy field or a torus. And when you say, thank you god for replacing me with you, feel yourself getting emptied. Feel yourself releasing all of those preferences, all of that need to control.

Breathe in and approve of yourself today!
Breathe out and know that when you are empty, when you are letting god replace you, you are pure. You are innocent. You are love. And nothing can harm you.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen for that answer: yes, I am aware!

Rest your attention. Rest your mind in your heart center. Am I aware? Bring your attention back into itself. Rest your mind on its source. Be empty today.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

And if you don’t like the word god, say life or the universe or infinite intelligence, love—whatever you want. Whatever it is you believe in. Whatever it is that you know is your source, your creator. Trust in that source today. Let yourself be empty. Let yourself be completely present, enjoying life the way it is.

Breathe in and have fun today!
Breathe out and surrender to the flow!

Let god replace you, and everything will work out perfectly. Everything you want will come to you. And you will be serving the greater good. You will be serving who needs to be served. And you will be free!

Rest At Your God Source (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up because life is not serious!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you have come!

This is the best day of your life and you’re doing everything right! You can trust in the perfect timing of life and let what you want come to you today.

Breathe in and just be here now, enjoying life.
Breathe out and say thank you for all of the miracles that have led you to where you are today.

Life is always in perfect timing. Life is always taking care of life. Today, surrender your thoughts and preferences and likes and dislikes and let life give you what you really need—what you’ve really been asking for.

Breathe in and smile because smiles become things too!
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy this day!

When you step outside of your mind, into the present moment, you see that everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! You are being handed gifts constantly. Let yourself say yes to everything that comes your way! Let yourself be open. And the way to do that is to stay focused on your pure awareness. And it’s not even a focusing. It’s a recognizing that you are aware. It’s awareness that notices whether you’re focused or not. It doesn’t matter if you’re focused or not. When you stay as you are, as pure awareness, you are untouchable. You are eternal. You are free!

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and hear that answer, “Yes I am aware!”

And when you feel that recognition of your attention, your mind, coming back to rest in your heart center, when you feel that—that’s god. Pure awareness is god. It’s you coming home to rest at your god source. And when you feel that feeling, nothing can harm you.

Breathe in and be impenetrable today.
Breathe out and rest in your knowing.

And throughout the day, if you ever get caught up wanting things to go a certain way, and you just can’t get back to that pure awareness feeling, say this: “Thank you god for replacing me with you.” And then you can just be a channel for god and everything will work out perfectly.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and hear that answer, “Yes I am aware!” Thank you god for replacing me with you!

Take A Relaxed Approach (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep slowing down.

Slow your mind down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Keep letting go. Let go of your thoughts as they come. Keep letting go. Keep relaxing into this moment.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

You can trust in the perfect timing of things. You can trust that life is unfolding perfectly. Just like the plants grow perfectly. The animals grow perfectly. Everything is happening in perfect timing. There is not one thing you can do to control, to change, to rush, to force something to grow. You can not force blossoming. You cannot force blooming. You can only let it happen. And today, that is what you’re going to do! You’re going to let life unfold at the pace of life.

Breathe in and enjoy the planting of the seeds!
Breathe out and know that everything you say, everything you think, everything you feel, everything you perceive—it’s all a seed. And you have planted seeds your whole life and they’re blooming all around you right now.

Today, take the time to notice: Where is blooming today? What can I enjoy that’s blossoming today in my garden of my life?

Breathe in and take a relaxed approach!
Breathe out and trust in the perfect timing of the garden of your life!

It’s all unfolding in perfect timing. Everything in your life—look at it as a garden. You cannot force things to bloom when they’re not ready. You can not force things to grow in the winter. If you’re in your winter, it’s time to rest. It’s time to nourish your soil. If you’re in your summer, blooming, enjoy it! But all of life is a series of planting seeds with your attention and then reaping the rewards when you least expect it.

Breathe in and notice what you’re giving your attention to
Breathe out and pay attention to all of those seeds you plant.

We get so caught up planting our seeds. We have a desire and we want that desire to come right away. But just like a plant, you have to plant it in the ground and forget about it. You water it and you take care of it, but you don’t dig it up. You don’t look at it. You don’t get mad at it when it’s not growing. You just trust that if it’s going to grow, it’s going to grow!

Breathe in and trust that if your desires are going to grow, they’re going to grow!
Breathe out and put your faith in life or god or the universe or whatever you want to call it.

There’s something bigger than you and me. It’s called pure awareness, but you can call it whatever you want. There is something that is causing life to happen. That is life. There is life! You can trust life! You don’t have to control. You don’t have to do anything with your mind. You don’t have to force. You don’t have to plan. You can do all of those things if they’re fun. But if planning’s not fun, if forcing is not fun, if time is not fun, if control is not fun, then let it all go and trust your garden will bloom when it’s time.

Breathe in and enjoy what’s blooming today.
Breathe out and put your trust in life today!

It’s unfolding perfectly. And when you notice your mind trying to control, worried about time, trying to make things happen—when you notice that happening, remember the prayer, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and let yourself be taken care of today.

Life takes care of life and when you let yourself be life, instead of someone who has a life, then you’re taken care of by life. You just gotta get out of the way and you do that by resting in your awareness. By asking yourself, “Am I aware?” By praying by saying thank you. Whatever you can do to relax, to surrender, to let go of your preferences—whatever you can do to enjoy where you are right now—do that today.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and know: your seeds are all coming along perfectly.

You don’t have to lift a finger. And when it’s time for those desire to bloom, they will. Until then, enjoy all of the other fruits that you’ve planted throughout your life. Remember when you wanted you currently have??

Breathe in and just say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

It’s all in perfect timing! Let yourself enjoy it now!

Nothing to Gain or Lose (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and know: awareness never rushes.
Breathe out and rest as pure awareness.

If you find yourself in a hurry, or in a time crunch, allow yourself to relax back into your natural position, as the observer, the witness, pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and hear that answer, “Yes, I am aware!”

When you rest as pure awareness, life unfolds in perfect time. It always unfolds in perfect time, but you’re able to see it and participate and enjoy it, when you just relax into your natural state as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Now you may be burning with this flame of awareness—as the flame of awareness. But like all thoughts, or mental codes, “Am I aware?” might not always work. It might not always jog you into presence. It might not always be a match to you. And if you find yourself caught up in physical reality, worrying, trying to control, or you just want something so fucking bad and you don’t know how you’re going to get it—when you feel like that, it’s time to get out of the way with a simple prayer of, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Your ego, your personality, your personhood wants selfish things. It wants things that make you look good, that make you feel good that, things that boost you up and give you more. But remember pure awareness has nothing to gain or lose from any circumstance.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you god.”
Breathe out and say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Now when I say god, I don’t mean the religious god. I mean pure awareness, infinite intelligence, love. God is just a common word that most people can relate to. And when you say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you,” you are giving up your selfish human controlling desires and making yourself a channel for the greatest good. Making yourself available to be in the right place at the right time to help the right person right when they need it.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”
Breathe out and feel how easy it is to get out of the way, to be of service, to give what you wish you could receive.

It’s so easy when you let god replace your selfishness, when you let god replace you wanting to control things, when you don’t know! You don’t fucking know! You have no idea! You don’t know. But god knows. And you are god. And you can stay as god by resting in your pure awareness.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

I am aware and thank you god for replacing me with you!

The Message That You Need To Hear (transcript)

It’s all unfolding perfectly. It’s safe for you to let go of trying to control anything and just let it unfold. Let it work out. Let life take care of life today.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. “Am I aware? Yes I am aware.”

Trust the process of life. Trust that it is all leading up to everything you ever wanted. Every step led you to right here, the present moment, where everything is fun and there is nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and keep ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel that recognition. That’s presence—that spark that you notice when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

All the thoughts are kind of dusted away. And you’re just here, sinking your mind into your heart.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. You always know the answer. Yes I am aware!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Now when this mental code loses its flavor or it stops working, all it means is that you’re thinking at the same time as asking the question. You have to genuinely ask with curiosity and listen for the answer. And you’ll feel your mind sinking back into your self, dissolving into pure awareness. You can feel it. It’s just a recognition. It’s instant. But the sentence, the question, “Am I aware?” will always spark that flame of awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

You’ll know you got there when you feel like you’re just waking up in a dream, like, wow, what is life!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

If you can stay as you are—pure awareness—the manifestations will flow to you like never before. Trust that this is the message that you need to hear. Trust that this is the key. This is it! This is the main event, resting as pure awareness. It might seem boring or like you’re not doing enough. But trust me when I say, the high speed flow will come at you right away when you stay as you are, as pure awareness.

Breathe out and know: “Yes I am aware!”

Relax your body. Let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Let go of those thoughts. Would you rather think about it, or would you rather have it?

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and keep letting go of those thoughts.

The more you let go, the more it flows. And if there’s something specific that you want, decide to stop thinking about it today. And stay as you are: pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Yes! I am aware!

This is the best day of your life! And because you’re so happy, things are flowing to you. Because you’ve been feeling good, things are working out for you. Trust and believe that what you want is on the way. Your only job today is to stay as you are. Pure awareness!

Any time you find yourself overthinking, worrying, or even just ruminating on a good experience, ask yourself, “Do I want to think about it, or do I want to have it?” Do I want to live what I want, or do I just want to think about it?

Breathe in and decide to live what you want today.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Life is bringing you exactly what you want. You only have to get out of the way. And to get out of the way, you let your thoughts go. It’s not that you stop thinking, you just take your attention away from it and rest it on who you really are: pure awareness. And to rest your attention on pure awareness—who you really are—just ask yourself, over and over, “Am I aware?”

Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Let this be your super power today! Any time you find yourself lost in thought, whether it’s good or bad, ask yourself, do I want to think about it, or do I want to have it?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

And I promise you, staying aware, staying as you are, who you really are, pure awareness—there is nothing more satisfying. Nothing more loving. Nothing more whole. Nothing more complete. Allow yourself to receive today, by staying as you are!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Keep welcoming what is. Keep making peace with what is. And remember, you are the source of your manifestations. You are the source of all that is good in your life.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

The easiest way to get what you want is to feel as good as if you had it right now. And you do that by resting in your pure awareness. All day every day, ask yourself,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Let “Am I aware?” wake you up in the dream! When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” your mind takes the pathless path back to its source. Your mind turns in on itself. It rests in your heart center.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

See if you can feel that sense of being, that sense of waking up in a dream, like, “Oh wow I’m dreaming! I’m just going to look around and see what a dream is like.” That’s what this is. That’s all this is. You’re waking up in the dream right now.

Breathing, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

Rest in that feeling, in that space between “Am I aware?” and the knowing of “Yes I am aware.” And when you stay rested, at ease, relaxed in your awareness, you feel a sense of knowing. You know you are here. And when you rest in the feeling of knowing, that feeling of knowing creates. And you know what’s going to happen. And you know it’s all working out for you. And you know life loves you. And you know that you’re on the right path and you know that life is good.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Stay resting in your knowing. Stay as you are. Your presence is your superpower and this is how you practice presence: by asking yourself, “Am I aware?” Instantly present. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And then you’re here! There’s no step you have to take. There’s no distance to travel. There’s nothing to unblock. There’s nothing to change. You’re already here. It’s just a recognition.

Breathe in and recognize: you are aware.
Breathe out know: yes, you are aware!

You’re here. You’re awake. Rest in that feeling. At first it might not feel like much. You might want instant manifestations or to instantly feel great. Give it a few minutes of resting as you are. Staying as you are. Am I aware? Yes. Stay in that feeling. Stay in your sense of being. Stay in your presence.

Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Any time you get caught up in the world of objects, things you want to happen, things you don’t want to happen—any time your attention is straining outward, pull it back in by asking, “Am I aware?”

I am aware of the miracle. And I am letting them come to me!

What are you thinking right now? When I slow down enough to listen to what I’m thinking, it’s thoughts like, “I should hurry. I need to this. And then I need to do this. I need to be doing this. I don’t want to forget this.” The thoughts of worrying and planning and wondering—they never stop. They’re always going. And if you find yourself feeling uneasy or anxious or feeling uncomfortable in any way, step back and look. Are you being overwhelmed by your thoughts?

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

Even if your thoughts come a mile a minute, even if it feels like you can’t get any space from them, even if it feels like, “Yeah, I get it, I’m thinking too much, but I don’t know how to stop,” there’s still hope. There’re still things that you can do to get a break from your thoughts without stopping them, without having to sit in meditation.

Breathe out and feel confident in your ability as the creator!

You are god in human form. And you can call upon your god-like powers at any second. Starting right now.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes I am aware!

In the time it takes to ask, “Am I aware?” to answering, “Yes, I am aware,” your mind sinks back into its source. Your mind relaxes from its state of being tense and stretched and seeking or resisting.

You know how to observe your thoughts. You know how to get distance from them. You just say yes to what is. Yes I’m thinking this. Yes I’m thinking this. And now, you can also just be aware. And when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” You know you’re present. When you go from “Am I aware” to “Yes I am aware”—in that space is presence. In that space you recognize your pure awareness. You recognize who you really are.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

This is your power! To rest in that space of presence. To be the pure awareness you are. And if you can just—it feels like waking up in a dream—if you can just rest in that place of “yes I am aware,” the miracles will come to you. The miracles will unfold perfectly.
