Stand up to your thoughts, right here right now!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is!

You’re in the right place at the right time, and you’re doing everything right! Let yourself surrender. Let yourself be here now without thinking about it.

Breathe in and smile because smiles becomes things too!
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Keep letting go of those thoughts. Feel for your sense of being. Feel for your I AM. Feel for the feeling of I EXIST.

I EXIST! I exist.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and become lucid right here, right now.

This is it! This moment is it! This is the main event! Let yourself enjoy it! This is it! This is the only time it’s going to be like this.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!

Nothing to worry about. Nothing to shrink away from. It will all be welcome. It is all welcome, when you stay as consciousness is.

The witness, the observer, the I AM.

Become Lucid (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because smiles become things too!

Let yourself ease into this moment. It’s safe to relax. It’s safe to let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Who am I?”

Let yourself open up to the flow. Let yourself breathe easily. Surrender your preferences. It doesn’t have to go a certain way.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let go!

Keep letting go. Feel for your sense of being. Who are you without the thoughts? Who are you without the worries?

Breathe in and be who you really are.
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Let it be easy. Let it be simple. I AM comes before everything else. Notice that will little space, that little recognition when you say I AM, before anything else attaches to it in your mind.

I exist. We exist. We are. Whatever it is, whatever thought it takes you to get you feeling your sense of being, instead of thinking about your person, about your mind, about your body—let yourself just be and it’s not just a phrase. Let yourself be.

And a mantra or a mental code or a phrase won’t always work. There won’t always be a thought that’s the key into presence. It’s a feeling. It’s a remembering. It’s feeling for who you are when you say I AM, before anything else. What is there before you describe your person? What is there before you describe anything? What is there before you think about it?

Breathe in and let the flow take you there.
Breathe out and lighten up!

It’s just for fun! The present moment is always fun. It’s funny here!

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and don’t take any of this for granted.

If nothing else, say thank you for every single thing you experience today. Thank you for this step. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this step. Take none of it for granted. Look at it all as if for the first time.

Breathe in and have beginner’s mind.
Breathe out and feel for that sense of being.

Feel for that sense of waking up in the dream. Like you’ve just become lucid.

Let yourself spend the next few minutes practicing The Feeling of presence.

Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

There are many techniques for practicing presence, for waking yourself up. You can focus on your breath. You can ask questions like, “Who am I who notices breathing? Who am I who notices thinking?” And look into your mind, and really look, really find the answer. Who am I who notices these thoughts?

Breathe in and look inside.
Breathe out and notice.

Who am I noticing these thoughts?

Feel for your sense of being. It’s your sense “I AM” that is noticing all of the comings and goings. It is your sense “I AM” that never changes. It always stays the same. It’s always there, it never comes and goes. You always have your sense “I AM”.

But if you’re anything like me, it’s easy to still get caught up in the personhood, the I, the psychological mind when I’m saying “I AM”. I am what?? What does I AM mean?? But you can become pure awareness. You can transcend your thoughts and remember who you really are. Transcend the psychological mind, by remembering, “I (consciousness) AM, so consciousness IS.” And just think to yourself: Consciousness IS. Consciousness is all of this.

IS

It’s a feeling. Well, it’s beyond a feeling, but the way through is feeling. It’s not a thought. But the words “Consciousness IS” or “I AM” or “I (consciousness) AM”—all of these words are pointers or directions to the feeling. Directions to the state of being.

Breathe in and feel for your sense I AM.
Breathe out and be pure awareness!

And the psychological mind will keep coming back. The mind keeps coming back. It keeps coming back. It’s never going to stop coming back. But each time let it remind you, “Oh yeah, I am. Consciousness is.”

There is a knowing, there is a love. There is a natural ease inside of you already. And it’s accessible right here right now, without doing anything!

Just look inside and feel for that sense of being. Feel for that oneness. Feel for that feeling of waking up in a lucid dream, or realizing everything is alive. Everything is consciousness. Look around your life, like it is a dream. And start waking up to the reality that you are eternal. You are pure awareness. And your thoughts just distract you from that. They’re not real!

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and feel for that consciousness. Feel for that oneness with your reality.

Take a few seconds right now to feel for it. Consciousness is.

Breathing in consciousness is.
Breathing out consciousness is.

And the more you practice feeling for this natural state, that is beyond your thoughts, above your thoughts, the space between your thoughts—the more you practice this, the more joyful and loving you’ll become. And then the things you want will come to you, but you don’t care because you already have everything you want. You have love. You are love! You are gratitude! You are joyful! And it’s all right here, right now, in this present moment.

Breathe out and keep relaxing. You’re in the right time at the right place. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax and enjoy where you’re at, right here, right now.

Breathe out and let yourself be here now.

It’s all unfolding perfectly, without you having to intervene. You don’t have to lift a finger to get what you want. You don’t have to lift a finger for things to unfold perfectly. Just get out of the way, by stepping outside of your thoughts, into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you is the vibration of success! Thank you is how you’ll feel when you’re present. You’ll feel gratitude. The words thank you will come naturally when you’re present. So if you want a shortcut to get here, just say thank you and practice really feeling it. Thank you for my health. Thank you for inspiration. Thank you for my family. Thank you for perfect timing! Thank you for the rain. Thank you for this time to my Self.

Breathe in and feel gratitude for where you’re at!
Breathe out and really feel that feeling of gratitude.

When you’re present, you feel gratitude naturally. You feel love naturally. You feel joyful naturally. Because those emotions are your natural state. You were born joyful. You were born love, yeah, love.

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and remember your power. It’s your presence.

You are always free to return to witness consciousness, who you really are, at any time. If you don’t feel good, ask yourself, “Who am I who notices not feeling good?” Step away from your thoughts. Relax into the observer position. Remember you are pure awareness. And when you rest in the changeless, timeless, state you lose all fear. All fear of death, all fear of life. And you’re out of the way so you can watch life unfold perfectly. And everything you want will be brought to you!

Breathe out and transcend the illusion of your psychological mind.

You are pure awareness. You are imperishable. You are safe and protected from all harm. Because that which you really are, cannot be harmed, and it cannot die!

Remember who you are! You are consciousness. And when you are conscious of consciousness, you feel that natural love. You remember who you are. And life lives you. And everything is perfect and in its place.

You Don’t Have To Be Caught In Your Sh*tty Mind Trap (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Let go of your resistance to what is. What am I resisting right now? The way I fucking feel! I hate feeling bad! I never want to feel bad! And I’m really annoyed when I don’t feel great. So right now I’m saying yes to feeling bored, complete self-hatred, completely sick of myself! Yes I am so sick of myself!

Breathe in and say yes to what is! Whatever it is!
Breathe out and say yes to however you feel about yourself.

I am so frustrated with myself. Yes I am so frustrated. Yes I am so sick of myself. Yes I am so tired of trying! Yes I am so tired of thinking! Yes I am so tired of my facade. I am so tired of maintaining some kind of image. Yes I am so sick of caring about what I look like. Yes I am so sick of caring about what other people think about me. Yes I am so sick of worrying. Yes I am so sick of being in my head!

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel better already!

The more you say yes to what is, the more those things are free to move on. I feel better already! I can already tell I am on an upswing!

Breathe in and welcome whatever it is.
Breathe out and keep saying yes.

Yes my arm hurts from that stupid vaccine. Yes I am so frustrated. Yes I am so tired of myself!

Breathe in and welcome whatever it is you’re feeling!
Breathe out and know: it’s only the mind.

And if you have recently come across some experience of enlightenment, where you felt on top of the world, like you really had a handle on this ego shit, like you really knew what you were doing with presence—if you felt like that recently and all of a sudden you have crashed and become more of your ego self than ever, well that’s just your mind fighting against its ultimate dissolution.

Breathe in and welcome the downward spiral!
Breathe out and welcome the trash you may feel like after a moment of awakening.

We’re human. We have ups and downs. It’s the mind. The mind has ups and downs, but inside, in our core, we are pure awareness. We just are. Inside we are pure love. Inside we are pure joy and contentment. And we can get there if we transcend our thoughts. If we witness our minds instead of getting caught up in these hateful thoughts.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax.

If it’s hard to be pure awareness, it might be because you don’t feel that great. And if you don’t feel that great, it’s because you’re stuck in your mind with your shitty thoughts. And the easiest way to get out of that trap of shitty thoughts is to say yes to them. Yes I am stuck in a mind trap of shitty thoughts. Yes I feel horrible about my recent decisions. Yes I am feeling completely hateful of myself. Yes I am deeply regretting some of my actions. Yes I am blowing this out of proportion. Yes I am making a big deal out of a small thing. And on and on. You can feel the relief come. It comes quick when you just acknowledge where you’re at. And underneath the mind that’s going crazy because it’s afraid it’s going to die—and it’s GOING to die. It dies when you stop giving attention to shitty thoughts. The mind doesn’t like that.

Breathe in and give attention to your capital S self.
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts.

Take control of your attention. You don’t have to hate yourself. You don’t have to be caught in your shitty mind trap. First say yes to those stupid thoughts and just acknowledge that they’re there and you’ll feel so relieved. And as you feel better and better and get more space and clarity from your mind, you relax into the witness position, the observer, the watcher. Pure awareness. And from there, you’re content. You’re joyful. You’re at peace. So if you’re having trouble getting to that place of presence, if you’re having trouble feeling your sense of being, first say yes to all of those painful thoughts. They just want acknowledgement. Acknowledge those painful feelings. Acknowledge what you’re thinking and feeling. Just say yes. And by saying yes you let it go and you’ll feel so relieved, and then you’ll be in a space where you’re able to BE present. You’ll get some distance. You’ll get a breath of fresh air. There is so much freedom available for you, right here, right now. All of the love, all of the joy, all of the contentment. It’s here. It’s in you. Ready to be revealed. Just a couple quick yeses to your stupid fucking thoughts, your stupid fucking feelings, and then you’re free. The one who watches is already free!

Breathe in and say yes to your stupid fucking thoughts and feelings.
Breathe out and feel so relieved. Now you’re free to be present and just enjoy being!

It Doesn’t Matter What You Look Like! (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences. Life is not serious!

It doesn’t have to go a certain way for you to be happy. You can choose to feel good and be happy right here, right now.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and let your thoughts and preferences and worries go.

Every outcome is perfect. However it’s unfolding is how it’s supposed to be. It’s perfect. You don’t have to get in the way. You don’t have to interfere or intervene. It’s all unfolding perfectly. Your job is to get out of the way.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and be kind to yourself today.

Our minds put so much pressure on us to act perfectly, to produce. Our conditioned minds want us to keep going and going and going and our conditioned minds are never happy. But today, we can step outside of that conditioning into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Just by remembering who we really are: pure awareness.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and be pure awareness.

Who are you without all of those thoughts? Who are you without your accomplishments or your failures? Who are you in your core? Who are you really?

Breathing in I
Breathing out AM

That’s who you really are. You are. Nothing beyond that. You just are. And you don’t have to struggle and strive to achieve and produce any longer! Let yourself be! Let yourself enjoy where you are, right here right now.

Breathe in and feel love for yourself.
Breathe out and feel love for your reality.

If you can achieve that vibration of love—or more like if you can step away from your thoughts into the witness position to where you ARE love—you’ll feel so peaceful, so relaxed. At one with life.

Breathe in and be nice to yourself today.
Breathe out and give yourself the kindness that you wish others would give you.

Even if you’ve made mistakes, even if you have regrets, it’s all unfolding perfectly. It all led up to right here, right now. Everything ever created led up to this moment. This moment is important. This moment is enough! This moment is love!

Breathe in and be light today! It’s just not serious!
Breathe out and practice that feeling of love today.

If you’re caring too much about what other people think, remind yourself that your presence is your super power and no one cares what you look like. No one cares about your failures or your mistakes or what you ate yesterday. No one cares. What people care about is your presence. What people love is your emptiness. Your ability to listen and receive.

Breathe in and listen and receive.
Breathe out and let go of all of those judgmental thoughts about yourself.

Make yourself empty of judgement. Empty yourself of criticism. Empty yourself of preferences. Be pure awareness. Remember who you really are. That’s what draws people to you. That’s what makes people remember you. That’s what makes people want to be around you. Your presence. That’s it and that’s all. It’s not what you look like. It’s not what you talk like. It’s your presence.

Breathe in and be present today.
Breathe out and hone your super power of presence.

It doesn’t matter what you look like! It’s your sense of being that draws others to you. It’s your sense of being that lets the love shine out of you. It’s your sense of presence that makes you open to receiving what you want!

Remember you are pure awareness. And in that state of emptiness, of being the space that your thoughts float through—it’s in that state that you can attract the infinite. That you ARE the infinite. That you can see everything is already created, you only have to choose to perceive it. You are the infinite. You are the space in which it’s all created.

Breathe in and be pure awareness today.
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck about what you look like for one more second! Just let yourself BE. And then you’ll see, life already is the way you want it to be!

Jump Off the Cliff of Thought (transcript)

Breathe in and feel for your sense of being.
Breathe out and close your eyes.

Really feel for it. What does it feel like when you say, “I exist”?

Trust that you’re in the right place at the right time. Trust that enlightenment is yours when you want it. Trust that you are enlightened right now.

Enlightenment is only presence. And presence is just feeling your sense of being. That sense of I AM. You are presence. It’s your presence you’re feeling.

But sometimes saying “I AM” over and over loses its meaning, or we get caught up in our minds thinking about, “What does it mean to I AM? What does it mean to be?” And it becomes an intellectual exercise. But today we are focusing on our sense of being. We are feeling for the sense I AM. It’s not a thinking exercise. It’s not logical. It’s nothing to think about. Only to be about.

And if you get caught up thinking about what it means to be, if you start attaching concepts onto I AM, try focusing on the feeling of “Pure awareness, I AM.” What does it feel like to be pure awareness?It’s just seeing—not necessarily with your eyes, but witnessing without thinking about it. It’s just existing, just being. Stillness. The space that holds the thoughts and emotions. Be that empty space today. Be empty today.

Feeling for the sense of being is much easier in meditation, and if you can practice this feeling of being for a few minutes each morning, it will overlap into your day. You’ll get better and better at being present without having to think in mantras or all these special techniques. Focus in meditation on your sense I AM. The more you practice this feeling, the easier it will be to access it.

You are pure awareness. Challenge yourself to be pure awareness, to step outside of your mind. Challenge yourself to feel this sense of being. Step over the edge, jump off the cliff of thought and trust that this moment holds all that you need.

Breathing in I AM PURE AWARENESS.
Breathing out I AM.

The more you can practice this feeling of emptiness, the more you’ll be able to receive. But the goal is never manifestation. The goal is just to enjoy being.

Use this time right now to practice presence. To relax. To sit inside of your body, like your body is a chair, and your awareness is resting in your body.

Breathe in and feel that joy that’s inside of you.
Breathe out and feel so relieved. You can always go within! You can always find the answers inside of you!

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and feel calmer and calmer.

No matter what happens, you will still retain your sense of I AM. Your sense of being. Who you really are will never die, will never perish.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and rest that pure awareness in your body.

What does it feel like to go within? To rest your awareness inside? What does it feel like to be aware of awareness?

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and feel your sense of being, your sense of I AM, your sense I EXIST.

Just keep letting go. Keep saying yes. Whatever you’re afraid of or dreading, just say yes to it. Whenever you get caught up in your thoughts, come back to your sense of being. Your sense of I AM. Focus only on your sense of being. Focus only on that sense I AM. And then you’ll be able to see your thoughts streaming by like a current. But you don’t have to get caught up in the current. You are the space which holds the current.

Breathe in and be limitless.
Breathe out and look for your thought stream.

Rest in your consciousness. And watch the thoughts going by. You don’t have to get pulled away by them anymore. And any time a thought pulls you, say to it, “Pure awareness, I am.”

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and say I AM.

Your sense of being holds all the love you desire. When you feel for your sense of being, you feel complete and whole. When you feel for your sense of being and focus your attention just on I AM, you become empty. And that emptiness attracts to you everything you desire. And when you get it, you’ll be so glad you got these manifestations and then you’ll want to cling on to the manifestations, but just stay rooted in your sense of I AM, and the flow will keep flowing.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and say I AM.

You are now the watcher. You are the space which holds your thoughts. You are the witness. You are pure awareness. And the one who watches is already free!

Trust that you are connected. Trust that you are the connection itself. Trust that the emptier you become, the more receptive you are.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax because what you want is now coming to you!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and bring your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and welcome whatever is in this moment.

Let the flow through you. Let what you want come to you. Your job right now is just to relax and enjoy where you are.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and empty yourself of preferences, of thoughts, likes and dislikes, complaints, worries. Let it all go now.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

Keep surrendering. Keep letting go. Keep letting go. Keep letting go.

Breathe in and remember it’s all love.
Breathe out and focus your attention on love, yeah, love.

Love is at the core of it all. Love is the only truth. Love is who you are. And love is the best possible reaction you can ever give.

Breathe in and choose love right now.
Breathe out and be love right now.

If you’re ever scared, intimidated, worried, bring your attention back onto love, yeah love. Whatever you look at, think to yourself, “Love, yeah, love!”

Breathe in and send out love.
Breathe out and feel the love in your heart.

Whenever you feel cornered, or like you’re in a fight, or a battle, or you’re just scared, go back to love and love will always guide you out of the darkness.

Breathe in and feel for that love in your heart.
Breathe out and be that love in your heart.

To everything you look at, “Love, yeah, love.” You don’t have to introduce the “I” or a “you”. It’s just love. This moment is love, yeah love! There’s nothing that you can control, other than what you’re projecting. And you can choose right now to project love and then that’s what you’ll get back.

Breathe in and control the only thing you can: what you’re projecting.
Breathe out and project the highest thing possible: love!

Love is the highest vibration. Love is the purest vibration. Love is god, is who we really are. And you can go back to love any time you’re afraid. Any time you’re scared, every time you’re overwhelmed. Choose love! Choose to surrender, to give up the fight, stop trying to control and just love where you are.

Breathe in and project love.
Breathe out and send a clear strong signal of love, yeah, love.

Put that phrase on repeat in your mind. Love, yeah, love. Love, yeah, love. It really is the only thing to focus on. It really is the one thing that you can do. The one thing you can take action on, that will produce results that you want. All of the things we want in life—jobs, money, partners, health—we want all of these things, just so we can feel the feeling love. So that people will love us. So that we love ourselves. So that our parents will love us, our partners will love us.

All of the things we do are motivated by love. And we can choose right now to project love. To be the source of love. And then that’s what comes back to you. And when it comes back to you, you no longer crave it or need it—you’re no longer desperate for it. Because you know YOU are the source of that love. You know that you sent it out and you deserve to get it back. You are the source of the love. You are now sending a clear strong signal of love, yeah, love. Even your mistakes. Even when things go wrong. Even when it doesn’t look the way you wanted it to look. That’s especially when it’s time to send the signal of love, yeah love.

Breathe in and send the signal of love.
Breathe out and keep projecting it. Focus on nothing else. Just love, yeah love. And that’s what you’ll get back and that’s who you’ll be. That’s who you are. And that’s what you’ll see.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go. You are the creator, and you can choose right now, what to create. You are the source of the wave. The wave is your reality: everything that happens, everything you experience. But you are the source. And right now you can choose to change the source.

Breathe in and be the source of your reality.
Breathe out and find your still center.

Feel for your sense of I AM. Become aware of awareness.

If you can center yourself and still your mind, in this moment, to the point that you feel peaceful right now, without anything changing, that is how you can direct your experience—what unfolds in your reality. You become it to see it. So right now you can choose, stillness and peace, in your heart, in your center. And that will generate a wave of peacefulness, of magick, of synchronicity. It will let life take care of life.

Breathe in and remember it’s always right now.
Breathe out and feel good right now!

If you want certain things to happen, or you want to feel good in the future, or you want a job in the future so you can feel good in the future, all you have to do is feel good right now. Because it’s always right now. And if you choose the feeling you want to feel, right now, by simply focusing on your sense of being, that will generate the circumstances you desire. It will attract the circumstances you desire. It will reveal them to already exist. They will come to you. What you want will come to you.

By emptying yourself, by letting go of your thoughts, you become a receiver. You become open to receiving what you want. Empty yourself, right now.

This doesn’t mean that you stop thinking, because your thoughts will never stop coming. Well, they can… But the object is not to stop the thoughts, it’s just to rest in your awareness of awareness. It’s to be conscious of consciousness, to watch your thoughts as they come so you can see they’re just things floating by. You don’t have to identify with them, you don’t have to believe them. They are not you.

You are the source of the wave. And the more peaceful, content, joyful and loving you can feel right now, the more your reality will unfold feeling like that. It’s always right now. And you can choose how you feel right now. Simply by becoming aware of awareness. You can use the words “I AM” to feel for your sense of being. You can say, “I am conscious of consciousness.” You can just focus on your breath.

Whatever it takes to get you into that still center, you can say “I EXIST,” and just feel for the depth of that. Feel for the truth. I exist! That’s the truth!

Feel for the presence that you are. Feel for the presence of god in every molecule of reality. Give yourself the time and space to feel your sense of being. And everything will unfold so perfectly because you got out of the way and you let life take care of life!

Breathe in and be present today.
Breathe out and let it all come to you!
