Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go. You are the creator, and you can choose right now, what to create. You are the source of the wave. The wave is your reality: everything that happens, everything you experience. But you are the source. And right now you can choose to change the source.

Breathe in and be the source of your reality.
Breathe out and find your still center.

Feel for your sense of I AM. Become aware of awareness.

If you can center yourself and still your mind, in this moment, to the point that you feel peaceful right now, without anything changing, that is how you can direct your experience—what unfolds in your reality. You become it to see it. So right now you can choose, stillness and peace, in your heart, in your center. And that will generate a wave of peacefulness, of magick, of synchronicity. It will let life take care of life.

Breathe in and remember it’s always right now.
Breathe out and feel good right now!

If you want certain things to happen, or you want to feel good in the future, or you want a job in the future so you can feel good in the future, all you have to do is feel good right now. Because it’s always right now. And if you choose the feeling you want to feel, right now, by simply focusing on your sense of being, that will generate the circumstances you desire. It will attract the circumstances you desire. It will reveal them to already exist. They will come to you. What you want will come to you.

By emptying yourself, by letting go of your thoughts, you become a receiver. You become open to receiving what you want. Empty yourself, right now.

This doesn’t mean that you stop thinking, because your thoughts will never stop coming. Well, they can… But the object is not to stop the thoughts, it’s just to rest in your awareness of awareness. It’s to be conscious of consciousness, to watch your thoughts as they come so you can see they’re just things floating by. You don’t have to identify with them, you don’t have to believe them. They are not you.

You are the source of the wave. And the more peaceful, content, joyful and loving you can feel right now, the more your reality will unfold feeling like that. It’s always right now. And you can choose how you feel right now. Simply by becoming aware of awareness. You can use the words “I AM” to feel for your sense of being. You can say, “I am conscious of consciousness.” You can just focus on your breath.

Whatever it takes to get you into that still center, you can say “I EXIST,” and just feel for the depth of that. Feel for the truth. I exist! That’s the truth!

Feel for the presence that you are. Feel for the presence of god in every molecule of reality. Give yourself the time and space to feel your sense of being. And everything will unfold so perfectly because you got out of the way and you let life take care of life!

Breathe in and be present today.

From Seeker to Sought (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Today, go from seeker to sought.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

Once you’ve found that sense of being—your sense of I AM, your inner presence—you’ve found it. You no longer have to seek for the answers. They’re inside of you.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

Wake up right here, right now. Wake up! You’re here, you made it! This is it! This moment is the main event!

Breathe in and feel for your sense of being.
Breathe out and be pure awareness.

You’re present when you’re pure awareness, not identified with your thoughts. Your thoughts still come and go, but you’re seated in the witness consciousness, the root of your awareness, just watching life unfold. Watching the world go by. Not tied up in the drama. Not subject to ups and downs, just watching, just witnessing. Just being.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and empty yourself of preferences.

Empty yourself of personhood. All those complaints, likes and dislikes. Who is it who notices the complaining? Who is it who notices the likes and dislikes?

Breathe in and feel for your sense of being!
Breathe out and empty yourself of everything.

Let every thought go. Let every emotion go. And rest in your awareness. Your pure awareness.

Breathe in and be here now. You’ve found it!
Breathe out and relax.

You no longer have to seek. You don’t have to seek for the answer. You don’t have to seek for love. You don’t have to seek for god. This is it. And when you’re present, you’re empty. And when you’re empty, you become the one who is sought after.

Breathe out and say AM

Let what you want come to you, because you’re empty. Everyone else is so full. So full of thoughts and worries and drama, preferences and complaints. But now you, you’re empty. And you have gone from seeker to sought.

Breathing in I
Breathing out AM

Let yourself be limitless today. Let yourself be empty. Open to receiving, letting it come to you. Letting life take care of life. And letting everything be perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and feel so relieved.
Breathe out and be pure awareness.

You don’t have to give your attention to those worries or complaints or thoughts or preferences anymore. You don’t need a single one of those thoughts,. You can rest in your awareness. Conscious of consciousness. Empty of everything. Awake in the dream. Ready to receive. Allowing it to unfold.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and feel so excited for your day!

It’s all coming to you now! You don’t have to lift a finger!

You Have the Source (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Let your mind slow down.

Breathe in and lift yourself up.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Slow your mind down to the pace of your breath. Slow your mind down WITH the pace of your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Surrender your preferences. Get out of your own way! Everything you want, is unfolding for you, right in front of your face. Only your thoughts can push it away. Only your thoughts can cloud your vision. Allow yourself to step into your witness position, conscious of consciousness, present in the moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe out and say yes to what is!

The more you practice feeling for your sense of being, your sense of I AM, the more stable you will become in this position. The more you deliberately practice the feeling of presence, the easier it is to stay there, to go about your day in a feeling of contentment and peace, tranquility and love and fun! And when you are resting in the seat of your awareness, aware of awareness, all of these synchronicities will unfold around you. All of these things you wanted will be perfectly flowing to you. And you won’t even care because you have the source inside of you! You know that you are the source of these magickal unfoldings! It’s all you!

There are so many techniques to practice presence. And what’s working for me lately is chanting over and over Mooji’s mantra, “Pure awareness, I am. Pure awareness, I am. Pure awareness, I am. Om.”

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and just look.

Look from your awareness. It’s simpler than you think of course, because it’s not a thought. There’s nothing to think about. It’s a feeling; it’s a sense of being. And you can access it with “I AM.” You can access it with, “I am conscious of consciousness.” “Pure awareness, I am.” Remember that is who you are at your core, pure awareness! Pure love. Pure joy. And all of these thoughts on the surface?You don’t need them anymore.

You don’t need anything else attached onto I AM. Just the sense of being is enough. That’s all you need. That’s the feeling to focus on, your sense of being. And when you keep your attention centered within, on your source energy, aware of awareness, life takes care of life! Magick unfolds! Synchronicity unfolds! And you don’t have to lift a finger. There’s nothing to push, nothing to force. You just let it come to you.

Be Pure Awareness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences!

It’s all working out perfectly for you! It’s all happening in your favor! Decide to let go of the way you think things should go, and let life live you today!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and just be here now.

What is, is god. What is, is the truth. Allow yourself to be present, right here, right now, enjoying what is. Resting in your natural presence. Your natural love and joy and contentment. Let yourself feel free, right here, right now!

Breathe in and be pure awareness!
Breathe out and feel for your sense of being!

Say to yourself, “I AM.” And feel what it feels like. What does it feel like to just exist? What does it feel like when you think, “I AM”?

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and turn your attention towards your awareness.

What does it feel like to be aware of awareness?

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and be aware of your awareness.

In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. But sometimes our thoughts trick us. We think we’re being present, but really we’re thinking. The way that you can tell if you are present, is if you feel joy, love, peace, contentment, without needing a manifestation to give you that feeling. Do you feel gratitude in your heart, for just existing? That’s how you know you’re present. It’s a feeling not a thought. And the thoughts I AM and I EXIST are just pointers to the feeling.

Breathe in and practice the feeling of being aware of awareness.
Breathe out and feel your sense of being, your sense of I AM.

A powerful mantra that you can try that I learned from Mooji, is saying, “Pure awareness, I AM. Pure awareness, I AM. Pure awareness, I AM. Om.” Put that on repeat in your mind. Silence your thoughts. Still your mind. Become peaceful. You’ll still have thoughts, but you’ll be able to look at them through the lens of awareness. You’ll be conscious of consciousness, looking at your thoughts instead of identified with them. Allow yourself to step back from the storm of your mind into the present moment, into the presence that you ARE.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and feel the sense of I AM.

Pure awareness, I AM. Pure awareness, I AM. Pure awareness, I AM. Om.

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and be pure awareness.

When you are pure awareness, you don’t have the thoughts of a person—the should and the preferences, the likes and dislikes. When you are pure awareness, you cannot be shaken. You cannot be destroyed, you cannot be hurt. The sense of I AM never goes away. The sense of I AM is your core. It is love ,it is peace. And if you can rest your attention in the stillness of awareness, you’ll be practicing the feeling, the highest feelings of everything you want and life will start unfolding so perfectly for you. You’ll be able to see life already is the way you want it to be!

It’s you! It’s god! It’s just fun! And now you get to enjoy it!

How the World Stops Bothering You (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

The more you let go, the more it flows. All you’re letting go of is your thoughts. Bring your attention here into this present moment, where everything is perfect and in its place. Where all of your power lies. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and feel for your sense I AM.

Say to yourself, “I exist.” What does that feel like? Don’t touch any other thoughts. Don’t let anything else latch onto “I exist.” Just sit here and say to yourself, “I exist.” And feel for your sense of being. Your sense of I AM.

Breathing in I am pure awareness.
Breathing out I am pure awareness.

This is how you transcend your troubles, your problems. This is how the world stops bothering you. By fully stepping into the present moment, you let life take care of life. You let go of all of those things you can’t control. And you focus on the one thing you can control: where YOUR attention is.

Breathe in and rest your attention on your sense of being.
Breathe out and feel that sense of I AM.

When you pay attention to your Self (capital S Self), your Self—your broader perspective, life— takes care of your life. You don’t have to try to control everything. You don’t have to try to force and schedule and plan it all. You can let it unfold. It’s already perfect, wow!

Breathing in I am pure awareness.
Breathing out I am pure awareness.

Feel for your sense of being today. Let that be your mental code. It’s a feeling, not a thought. But the words “I AM” or “I exist” can help you locate that feeling.

Breathing in I am pure awareness.
Breathing out I exist.

And if you still find yourself struggling with anger or depression, if you come across thoughts like, “I’m depressed,” or, “I’m mad,” ask yourself, “Who am I who notices getting mad? Who am I who notices feeling depressed?”

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and be that pure awareness that you are.

There’s an awareness that comes first, that notices it all. And when you rest your attention on your pure awareness, life takes care of life. Everything relaxes. The flow takes care of your work. Miracles reveal themselves. And everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe out and surrender your worries. Surrender your preferences. Surrender your thoughts.

It’s all working out in your favor!

You are safe and protected from all harm, here in the present moment. That which you really are, who you really are, can never be destroyed, can never die, can never be uncreated.

Breathe out and say AM

Remember who you are today. You are god in human form! You are visiting physical reality for fun! To feel love. To explore. To have an adventure. But that which you really are, will never die. That which you really are, is always love, always joyful, always content and always peaceful.

Breathe in and remember who you really are!
Breathe out and know who you really are!

You are! I am! That’s it! You’re awareness, it’s who you are at your core. The observer, the witness, the all seeing I. That sense of I AM is who you truly are, and that sense of I AM will never die!

Practice this sense of I AM today. I AM is the name god. That sense I AM is who you truly are. Everything else is just a thought. Just an illusion. Just a passing wave on the deep deep ocean that is you.

You are pure awareness. And your sense of I AM will not go away when you die. Your sense of I AM cannot be hurt. It cannot be threatened. Who you really are is always safe. You’re free now, to live life for fun! You don’t have to live in fear anymore! Who you really are is imperishable!

Breathing out AM

Let yourself relax into the knowing that you ARE. And when you remember your sense I AM, you will feel content, and joyful, and love.

Let yourself feel peaceful today. Whenever your mind becomes disturbed, with thoughts like, “I should do this. He shouldn’t do that. This is wrong. This is bad. This is good. I like this. I don’t like that.” Any of these thoughts of preferences and likes and dislikes and judgements—you can reply to them all with I AM.

Everything in this reality other than your sense of I AM is an illusion. It’s just for fun! It’s just an adventure. Let yourself enjoy it by not attaching to these thoughts, by not identifying with thoughts that cause suffering! However it is, is how it should be. Say yes to what is, and enjoy it!

Remind yourself I AM pure awareness! I AM conscious of consciousness! I AM!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and feel so relieved! You don’t have to be bothered anymore by your thoughts!

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. It’s your thoughts that cause suffering. And you can transcend all of that right now, by remembering who you really are. Your peaceful, loving, joyful core, your sense of I AM.

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and feel so excited! You ARE! And you always will be and you always have been. And everything is perfect and in its place. And now you can enjoy life, because you already are!

Let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.

Breathe out and loosen up! It’s not serious!

You don’t have to control anything. There’s nothing you HAVE to do. Let yourself relax into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m feeling angry and irritable. Yes I’m thinking about the future. Yes I’m wondering if I should just copy this other meditation that I really like. Yes I’m feeling impatient with myself. Yes I’m full of dread. Yes I’m angry. Yes I’m annoyed. Yes I’m frustrated. Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes I’m glad I got the lights repositioned. Yes I want to leave the house. Yes I’m sacred about my vax appointment. Yes I’m breathing out. Yes I’m breathing in. Yes I’m letting my thoughts go. Yes I’m letting go of control.

Breathe in and smile. It’s not serious!
Breathe out and remember: you can always go back to the present with “I am.” And when you can feel the sense I AM, you’re no longer afraid of death. And you’re no longer afraid of life!

Juts embrace and accept it all. Say yes to your thoughts, whatever they are. Say yes to your feelings, whatever they are. And as you say yes and acknowledge them, you give them permission to move on. And then you’re free to just be here now, feeling your sense of I am.

Your sense that YOU ARE is who you are with no thoughts, no body, no future, no past, no history. It’s who you really are at your core. And you can return to that peaceful stable joyful seed of love that’s inside every one of us, at any time, by feeling for your sense I AM.

Just remind yourself every time you get caught up in your thoughts, caught up in emotion—none of that is really you. Those are just choppy waves on the surface. Just clouds floating by, traffic zooming by. At any time you can step back and observe. And those thoughts and emotions lose their power over you and you’re free to be the love that you really are in your core.

A Trick to Become Present (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and make peace with what is.

If you’re ever in a bad mood, or even just feeling low energy, start saying yes to what is. And by accepting what is, you will allow fresh energy to flow through you. You will let go of the blockages holding you back. You will make peace with what is. And your life will turn around!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is.

This is especially effective for me when I wake up in the morning, and I feel overwhelmed or irritated. I say things like, “Yes I’m overwhelmed by what I have to do today. Yes I’m irritated by dishes left in the sink. Yes I’m annoyed that I have to clean up this mess. Yes I’m irritated that I have to do chores. Yes I’m dreading my to do list today. Yes I’m crabby. Yes I’m in a bad mood. Yes I’m disappointed in myself. Yes I want to feel better. Yes I’m breathing in. Yes I’m breathing out.” And so on. Narrate your thoughts and how you feel, by saying yes to them. And gradually, over the course of a half an hour to an hour, you’ll be free of all of that negativity that was weighing you down. Just by acknowledging it, looking at it, accepting it, and letting it go.

Breathing in I’m saying yes to what is.
Breathing out I’m welcoming what is.

When you face the unpleasant, like negative emotion or negative thoughts, things you’re dreading—when you face those things, they lose their power, and they float away. They go back into the abyss from where they came.

Breathing in I’m saying yes to what is.
Breathing out I’m welcoming what is.

You can use this tool all day every day. “Yes I’m walking down the sidewalk. Yes I’m looking at the lake. Yes I’m looking at a mailbox. Yes I’m noticing people walking by. Yes I’m crossing the road.” Whatever you’re doing, say yes to it. Narrate what’s happening right now in this moment. It’s a trick to become present. And when you’re present, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. It gets you out of your head and into this moment, where everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and get out of your head today!
Breathe out and feel your body welcoming you back into it!

Today is the best day of your life! And you can have fun all day! Just by saying yes to the unpleasant. Yes to the feelings. Yes to the thoughts. Just acknowledge them and then you can move on and they don’t have to build up inside of you.

Breathing out I am loving what is!

When you say yes to all of these little details, all the little things that irritate you or make you crabby, it lets those things move on. And it makes space to reveal the love that’s inside of you. Once you’ve gone through making peace with the things annoying you, you’ll notice you suddenly have love for the people around you, the things around you. You’ll have compassion. All of the natural, joyful emotions inside of you that are your core are revealed when you acknowledge the stressful waves on the surface of your consciousness.

What Is Your Why? (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax.

Slow your thoughts to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Why are you here? What is your why? Why do you work? Why do you get out of bed? Where are you trying to go? What is your goal? How do you know when you’re there? What motivates you? What is your why?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Why am I here?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer.

I am here to enjoy. I am here to be present in this moment. I am here simply to exist. I am here to bask in the perfection of the present moment, no more, no less. I am here to practice presence. I am here to have fun in the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! What is your why? What drives you in every moment? In every action that you take—is it feeding towards your why?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Are my actions feeding my why?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer.

My why, my why I do anything, is to enjoy life exactly the way it is. And so all of my actions are connected to that. Every activity, I strive to enjoy it the way it is. Every moment of life, I try to enjoy it the way it is. Everything I do is driven by my mission for presence. What is your why? Why do you want to be here? Why do you work? I work so that I can learn how to have the best mindset possible for me. And my mood is my work, so it really aligns with the presence practice.

Breathe in and know why you’re here.
Breathe out and surrender everything else.

If you know why you’re here, if you know what you’re aiming for in your actions, then it’s easy to do the things you don’t like. It’s easy to suffer and feel pain. Because you have your why. You know why you’re doing it. And if you don’t know why, it’s confusing and chaotic. Today, identify why do you get out of bed? Why do you work? Why are you here? What’s the answer to why you’re here? Why do you do anything?

Breathe in and decide to enjoy it.
Breathe out let it unfold.

Life is unfolding spontaneously and you can’t control it. All you can control is your own perspective. How you feel, what you think, what you do. Who you be.

Breathe in and control what you can today.
Breathe out and take control of your mindset today!

Your mood is your work, yes, but it’s your mindset that helps you get there. What is your mindset? What do you want the default in your mind to be? My ideal mindset is saying yes to what is, which leads to loving what is. Which leads to being content in the moment, with the sense of I AM being all that I need.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let your why drive you today.

If my why is presence, or enjoying the moment as it is, then everything I do can be informed by that. In every moment, every activity, I get to ask myself, how is this helping me be present, or how can I be present, or am I present, or I am!

And that’s my ultimate why. Because I am.

And if presence and enjoying what is is also a goal for you, and you’re having trouble getting to that peace and contentment that you know is in the present moment if you could just get away from your thoughts, try saying yes to your thoughts and yes to what is. That will pull your attention into the present moment. And before you know it, you’ll just be sitting there, thinking, YES! I AM!

Breathe out and love what is!

Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes I’m wondering if I placed the lights correctly. Yes I’m wondering when I get to eat dinner. Yes I’m thinking about thinking. Yes I’m thinking about this youtube video I saw. Yes I’m messing with my hands in my lap. Yes I’m wondering if people will sign up for my 0n1y f4nz. Yes I’m smiling. Yes I’m laughing. Yes I’m having fun. Yes I am! Yes I am!

Breathe in and say yes to what is, to get to the present!
Breathe out and love what is! That’s your present that you get from saying yes to what is!

Let this be the best day of your life. You know why you’re here and now you get to enjoy it.

Go behind the world of duality. Go behind the polarities of good and bad and right and wrong. And let yourself just be present. Completely neutral.

There is so much joy in the present. There is so much joy in the infinite, in the absolute zero. And when you focus your attention on yourself, on your sense I AM, then life takes care of life, and all of those things on your to do list do themselves. Sometimes other people do them for you, sometimes they don’t need to be done anymore, sometimes you catch a wind and the wild horses help you do the task that you really wanted to get done.

Focus on your sense of I AM. Focus on who you really are: Awareness. Pure positive energy. The stillness. God in human form!

Allow yourself to be conscious of consciousness. Focus your attention on I AM, the sense I AM. It’s a feeling, but the words can help you get there to the feeling.
