Use Your Magick (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and lighten up.

Life is not serious!

This is the right place and the right time and there’s nothing else that you should be doing, other than what you’re doing right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

It’s all happening in your favor. Life is on your side.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Your thoughts are the only thing that can make you feel bad. Your thoughts are the only thing blocking what you want coming to you. Decide to free yourself from being identified with your thoughts today, simply by saying yes to them. Let YES give you the space, distance and perspective from your thoughts to see they’re just things floating by like waves in the ocean or clouds in the sky. They are not you. You are not your thoughts.

Breathe in and feel excited about life! It’s all happening in your favor!
Breathe out and know that the more you say yes, the more it will flow. And YES is one way to let go. I often say, “Control is letting go,” but to also take control of your attention, so what does that mean if control is letting go, how do you take control of your attention?

Breathe in and notice where your attention is right now.
Breathe out and take control of your attention.

Control is letting go because it means you’re letting go of your thoughts. Those thoughts that grip you. That you can’t stop thinking about. False narratives, limiting beliefs. But if you want some control in your life over feeling better, over enjoying life, you just let go of your thoughts. So by taking control of your attention, you’re actually letting go of your thoughts.

Breathe into this present moment.
Breathe out and remember to use your magick today!

All of us want so many things. We want more money and more love and more friends and more food and more fun and more excitement. We want to travel, we want to go back to normal life. We want so many things. We want friends! We want people to reach out to us! We want to reach out to other people! We want connection and love! But we can give it to ourselves, starting right now, by using our magick.

Breathe in and decide to use your magick today.
Breathe out and remember what your magick is.

Magick with a “k” is the art of thinking about what you want, then returning to the present. When you are present, you feel good, you return to your natural state of love and enthusiasm and joy! When you’re present, your thoughts are just floating by and they’re not gripping you. Then you’re present, you’re enjoying life exactly the way it is. And those feelings and love and joy and enthusiasm that are revealed, are magnets that attract what you want to you. So if you just think about what you want, real quick, and go back to the present, you become a magnet for receiving what you want!

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What do I want?”
Breathe out and say it. I want love and connection. I want people from my past to reach out to me and tell me they miss me. I want to feel loved and appreciated and thought about. I want to feel loved! What do you want?

Breathe in and remember to use your magick today.
Breathe out and let it be easy. Just think about what you want, then return to the present.

Everything is unfolding perfectly. And the present is the safest, most blissful, fun place to be. It’s all happening right here, right now, and you can get here by saying yes to what is.

Saying yes to your thoughts gives you the distance to be the observer, and the observer is always right here just observing what’s going on.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and return to the present, where everything is perfect and in its place. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and decide to have the best day of your life!
Breathe out and use your magick today!

And let it happen for you! Let it unfold for you! Let life live you and bring you everything you want!

You’re Being Thought (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Breathe in and breathe in the sunset.
Breathe out and let yourself sink to the bottom of the ocean.

Surrender your limbs. Let go of your body. Let yourself float here, right now.

Breathe in and bring the energy that creates worlds into your body!
Breathe out and smile! Because life loves you! And life is living you right now!

Let the flow through you. Let life flow through you right now.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Let go of your resistance. Remember you’re infinite. This moment is infinite. We have all the time in the world! We were never born and we’re never going to die!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s just for fun!
Breathe out and feel lighter already! It’s just for fun!

Your thoughts are the only thing that make you feel bad. Your thoughts are the only thing weighing you down. Decide right now, to welcome your thoughts, embrace your thoughts, say yes to your thoughts. Let yourself be let go by the thoughts. If the thoughts are gripping you, if you say to yes to them, they’ll let you go.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts!
Breathe out and feel your thoughts letting you go!

All of those thoughts that torment you, those thoughts that are so loud you don’t even know you’re thinking them—just say yes to them. Let them bring you into the present moment, where all of your power lies, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Let yourself get excited to be you, just by saying yes to your thoughts!

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts!
Breathe out and feel your thoughts let you go!

You aren’t even thinking. You’re being thought.

Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking.
Breathe out and feel yourself being thought.

Breathe in and say yes to the thoughts.
Breathe out and say yes to being thought.

Whatever thought you’re thinking, that’s what you’re being. And that’s why you can become anything you want, just by choosing a new thought.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts.
Breathe out and feel yourself being whatever thought you’re thinking.

When I say, “I am totally in love with myself!” I am being that thought. When I say, “I’m having the time of my life!” I am being that thought. I am that thought. So whatever thought you’re being, say yes to it, and it will let you go.

Breathe in and say yes to whatever thought it is.
Breathe out and feel that thought let you go!

Breathe in and decide to have fun with having a mind!
Breathe out and feel so excited to be you!

When you have the distance to see yourself being thought, you are free from being lost in your mind.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and say yes to your thoughts.

Your thoughts are letting you go now!

Relax your body.

Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Control is letting go.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is.

This is the right place. This is the right time. You were meant to be here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go!

Surrender your preferences. However things are, is how they’re supposed to be. Whatever shoulds you might be thinking, are not true! Because however it is, is how it is. It is what it is. Reality is the only truth.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and take control of your attention.

If you find yourself thinking about what other people are doing, or worrying about what other people think about you, or worrying about what other people are doing with their own problems, remind yourself of this wisdom from Byron Katie: there are 3 types of business. Other people’s business, god’s business, and your business. If you are thinking about what someone else is doing or thinking, you are in their business. Who’s minding your business then? No one’s living you then! And if you’re worrying about when you’re going to die, or natural disasters, you’re in god’s business, and you certainly can’t control that. And again you’re not in your own business. Decide today to mind your own business, and keep your attention on yourself and loving yourself, and enjoying your life!

Breathe in and decide to enjoy your life today!
Breathe out and decide to not worry about other people anymore.

If you find yourself worrying about someone else’s health, or whether they’re taking care of themselves, or what they think about you, say to yourself, “All is well.”

Decide to assume all is well.

Breathe in and know: all is well.
Breathe out and know that is the truth. All is well

Everything is perfect and in its place. And the best thing you can do to help someone else is assume all is well.

Breathe in and know everyone is creative, resourceful and whole.
Breathe out and really feel it in your bones.

All is well!

No matter what happens, it’s unfolding perfectly. It’s all working out. It’s all happening in your favor. You can relax now. You don’t have to care about what anyone else thinks anymore. And you certainly don’t have to worry about anyone else anymore. All is well.

Breathe in and lighten up! All is well!
Breathe out and just enjoy being.

It’s safe to assume all is well. Even if the worst happens, it’s still happening in your favor. It still is how things should be, because it’s how things are. You don’t have to intervene. You don’t have to worry. Worrying doesn’t help anyone.

Breathe in and know: all is well!
Breathe out and feel so relieved!

You don’t have to worry about anyone else! You don’t have to care about what they think. You don’t have to worry about their business. And you don’t have to worry about when you’re going to die, or what if the worst happens. All is well!

Breathe in and say it: all is well!
Breathe out and really know it. All is well!

Everything is perfect and in its place. You’re doing everything right. It’s safe to sit back, relax and enjoy your life now.

Breathe in and say yes to all that is!
Breathe out and feel like a winner!

You are saying yes to what is. And now you have the upper hand!

Yes to the thoughts I’m thinking right now. Yes to the feelings I’m feeling. Yes to where I’m sitting. Yes to my location in the world.

Breathe out and be at peace with what is!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and feel so excited! Life is on your side!

Life is living you! Life wants you here! Life made you special for this moment!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is never serious!
Breathe out and remember: only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And none of your thoughts are true. Stand up to your thoughts today.

Decide to be your reason for feeling good, just by facing your thoughts, welcoming them, and letting them go.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts.
Breathe out and welcome your thoughts.

Today, decide to be totally in love with yourself. If you want to be a magnet for love, if you want to play and have fun, and enjoy life, just decide to be totally in love with yourself, exactly the way you are!

Breathing in I am totally in love with myself!
Breathing out I am totally in love with myself!

Practice thinking this thought a few times. See if you can feel what it really feels like. This thought can unlock so much for you. The emotion of love is what we are at our core. And you can access it with certain thoughts. Or you can let the thoughts go, and love is already there.

Breathing in I am totally in love with myself!
Breathing out I am totally in love with myself!

Get into the feeling place of being totally in love with yourself, exactly the way you are. You can use this thought in conjunction with saying yes to what is.

Breathe in and say “Yes, I am totally in love with myself!”
Breathe out and know it’s true! You’re totally in love with yourself!

Underneath all of the thoughts, you are totally in love with yourself.

Breathe in and feel that love at your core.
Breathe out and know: love is all that’s real.

You can choose to know true reality right now, by choosing the feeling of love, however you get there.

Breathing in I am totally in love with myself!
Breathing out I am totally in love with myself!

Practice this thought on repeat, all day today. Convince yourself that it is true. You don’t have to change a thing. Underneath all of the thoughts, it really is true. You are totally in love with yourself. You’re perfect the way you are!

Breathing in I am totally in love with myself!
Breathing out I am totally in love with myself.

Any thought that you might think to the contrary, just say yes to it. “Yes I’m resisting this thought. Yes I’ve noticed I feel weird about this thought. Yes, but what about when I don’t have access to this thought?” And on and on, just keep saying yes. When you say yes to what is. you stop fighting reality. When you stop fighting reality, you win!

And I am totally in love with you! Because you are me. I am you. We’re all one consciousness. We’re all made of the same love. And today, we are totally in love with ourselves. And each other.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. There’s nothing else you should be doing right now. There’s nothing else anyone should be doing right now, other than what is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

No one should be doing anything else, because that’s not what’s happening. The only thing that’s true is what is. All shoulds are false. All shoulds are untrue. Because it’s not what’s happening. And if it were meant to be happening, it would be happening.

Breathe in and stop shoulding on yourself.
Breathe out and say, “Fuck all those shoulds!”

There is nothing else you should be doing, other than what you’re doing. And that is always true.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

What is, is perfect. What is, is how it’s supposed to be.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Wherever you are, say yes to it. Whatever you’re thinking, say yes to it. Whatever is interrupting you, say yes to it. This is what is. And if you try to fight what is, you’ll lose. So if you want to be a winner today, welcome what is.

Breathe in and decide to be a winner today.
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

That’s how you win! That’s how you win in any circumstance: welcome it. Say yes to it. Say thank you for it.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

This is how you get the upper hand. This is how you win any argument. You just say yes and thank you. You don’t have to react to anything that’s happening. You don’t have to think anything should be different. It shouldn’t! Because if it should, it would be!

Breathing in I’m saying yes to what is.
Breathing out I’m so thankful for what is.

Only what is, is what should be. And now you’re free, to enjoy. You don’t ever have to believe in thoughts that say you should be doing something else. You should call this person. You should work on this thing. You should clean this. You should do this with your body. All of those thoughts are false!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome the truth. It is what it is.

You are in the right place. You are doing what you are meant to be doing. You’re already perfect, wow!

Breathing in I’m saying yes to what is!
Breathing out I’m so thankful for what is!

And if you feel like you can’t agree with that, just know it’s your thoughts and those thoughts aren’t true. You are not your thoughts!

Breathing in I’m saying yes to what is.
Breathing out I’m so thankful for what is.

And when you say yes and thank you for what is, you stop fighting. Your body relaxes, and all of a sudden, you’re a match to getting what you want, to doing those things you thought you should be doing, but that you couldn’t do because your thoughts were in the way. And when you let go and just accept and embrace what is, you make the space for inspired action to be pulled thought you and life will live you.

Be Like Water (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your shoulders. Relax your body. Relax your mind.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Today, as you go about your day, practice saying yes to all that is. Yes to everything that happens. Yes to every thought in your head.

Breathe in and say yes to it all.
Breathe out and say yes to it all.

And you might ask yourself, “What happens if I say yes to it all? What if I want to control it? Who is going to be making the choices? What’s going to happen?” And the answer is, life is going to live you. Life is going to play out naturally and in the flow, just by you saying yes to what is.

Breathe In and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender. Let yourself be nature today!

Let yourself flow with nature, like water. Just by saying yes. That’s how you can be like water. Water never says no. Water always flows. Water doesn’t care what obstacles there are, water always flows.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to each thought.

Water always flows. And today you can always flow. You can feel good regardless of your circumstances. You can feel good no matter what happens. Either way you’ll be happy, because you’re saying yes!

Breathe in and let life live you!
Breathe out and feel how easy and natural it is to let life live you, when you say yes and stop fighting what is.

Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes I’m questioning how fast I’m speaking. Yes I’m breathing in. Yes I’m smiling and breathing out. Yes I’m relaxing my body. Yes I’m closing my eyes. Yes I’m hearing a dog bark. Yes I’m thinking about what’s left on my to do list. Yes I’m hearing an airplane fly by. And on and on. Keep this up all day. Just say yes to everything. It will keep you vigilant. It will keep you alert. It will keep you interested in your life, just watching what happens without your interference.

Breathe in and let life live you today!
Breathe out and go with the flow like water today!

That’s water’s secret, it says yes to everything.

Breathe out and let life live you today!

It’s all unfolding perfectly, and the more you get out of your own way the more you’ll see it’s all happening in your favor. All the things you say yes to, including any thoughts you have, they’re all happening in your favor.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

When you fight what is, you lose. So if you ever struggle with feeling like a loser, it just means that you’re fighting what is.

Breathe in and stop fighting what is.
Breathe out and just acknowledge: It is what it is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

When you say yes to what is, you are a winner! Because when you say yes to what is, you’re happy with what you have. You already have what you want. And you want what you have!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let yourself feel like a winner!

If you ever feel like a loser, just know: you’re not a loser, you’re just fighting what is! And when you fight what is, you lose! It’s a simple way to look at winning versus losing. You can always be winning, if you’re saying yes to what is.

No matter what’s happening: Yes, I’m in a bad mood. Yes I’m angry. Yes I’m furious. Yes I can’t believe this is happening. Yes I’m hypnotized by my phone again. Yes, this is my 5th try at recording. Yes I wish I could have more caffeine but it’s just making me crabbier. Yes I wish I was inspired. Yes I want to be inspired. Yes I’m thinking about what I have to do next. Yes I’m thinking about what’s on my list. And on, and on, and on…

Breathe in and say yes to everything that is.
Breathe out and start by welcoming your thoughts.

When you say yes to what is, including your thoughts, it doesn’t mean you’re saying, “Please stay! I want you here!” It just means that you’re not fighting anymore. You’re deciding to not be a loser anymore!

Breathe in and be a winner today!
Breathe out and say yes to what is, so you can win!

That’s all the feeling of winning is, saying yes! Wanting what you have. Triumphing over adversity. That’s winning. And the adversity is your thoughts.

Breathe in and triumph over the adversity of the mind.
Breathe out and say yes to every single thought in your mind.

Because when you say yes to your thoughts, you bring light to them. You acknowledge that they’re there and you’re not running away trying to escape them. You’re not wishing they would go away. You’re just saying yes, that’s what I’m thinking.

Breathe in and welcome what you’re thinking!
Breathe out and say yes to every single thought.

None of your thoughts are true. It’s all an illusion. All of this is an illusion. You don’t have to believe a single thought in your mind. But when you say yes to your thoughts, they lose their power. They stop getting a reaction out of you. And that’s how you win against your tormentors. You just say yes and thank you. You like what’s being dished out to you.

Breathe in and triumph over your tormentors.
Breathe out and say yes to everything tormenting you!

Yes to feeling PMS. Yes to feeling depressed. Yes to feeling annoyed. Yes to resisting routine. Yes. yes. Yes. Yes to it all. Yes to every single thought. This technique keeps you present. It keeps you aware of what you’re thinking. And it creates a distance between you and your thoughts, so that you don’t have to react to your thoughts and you can just let them go. And you get to rest in the position of witness consciousness. At peace with what is, in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

It’s all happening in your favor. And you can just speed up that realization by saying to every single thought that crosses your mind.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

Your control is letting go. Right now, decide to give up trying to control your life, and let life live you.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Right now, I’m in a mood where I am saying no to everything. I am resisting everything, like the dog barking, my mood, my thoughts. Even though my life is going great, I still feel tortured by my thoughts!

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and watch your thoughts.

Only you thoughts can make you feel bad! But what do you do when you know only your thoughts can make you feel bad, but you still can’t stop thinking your thoughts and feeling bad? What then?

Breathe in and smile! It’s the first step!
Breathe out and keep smiling! It’s the second step.

Smiling tells your brain that it’s not that serious and you can start feeling better now. And you can start looking for things to smile about now, brain!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to your thoughts.

Yes I am resisting. Yes I am crabby. Yes I’m in a bad mood. Yes I am resisting everything. Yes I am judging everything. Yes I am angry at people for no reason. Yes I am looking for the worst in everything.

Breathe in and make peace with where you are.
Breathe out and keep saying yes to where you are.

Yes I’m disappointed in myself. Yes I’m tired of winter. Yes I’m sick of the cold. Yes I’m sick of everything. Yes I want change. Yes I want to go outside. Yes I want to go for a walk. Yes I want to have fun. Yes I want to see my friends. Yes I want to see my family.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and say yes to your thoughts.

Yes I’m in a terrible mood. Yes I feel put upon by the demands from the world. Yes I’m about to get my period in 3 days. Yes I hate that my mood is dictated by fucking hormones.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is.

Yes I feel out of control. Yes I feel sad. Yes I feel like I can’t escape my stupid thoughts. Yes I feel like it’s too hard to have thoughts. Yes I am tired of thinking. Yes I just want to be separate from my thoughts. Yes I wish these thoughts would just go away and leave me alone!

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and relax your body.

Just keep saying yes. Yes my mind is freaking out. Yes my mind is seeking for something outside of me to feel better. Yes I know that I feel sad underneath. Yes I am so irritable.

Breathe in and keep saying yes.
Breathe out and feel yourself getting some distance from your thoughts.

Once you can watch your thoughts and start to think they’re interesting despite their content, you know you’re on the right path.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and and say yes to your thoughts.

Yes I’m getting kind of excited that I’m remembering again how to get distance from my thoughts. Yes I can feel the tide turning because I’m saying yes to what is. Yes I’m a little disappointed that I can’t maintain a better mood more often. Yes I know I’m stuck in some limiting beliefs. Yes I’m feeling overwhelmed and distracted. Yes I’m feeling disgusted and stagnant. How interesting! And that’s when you know that it’s working. When saying yes becomes interesting.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts.
Breathe out and become your own subject of inquiry.

Let yourself get interesting no matter where you are. Once you find your thoughts to be interesting, you’re free!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Life is just for fun! You can relax now. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Wherever you are, it’s happening in your favor. Life is happening for you. And if you are unhappy or resisting what is, or lacking, it means that the only thing really missing is god. Or alignment—your connection to source energy.

Breathe in and connect to source energy.
Breathe out and feel for alignment.

It’s easy to align. You just drop your thoughts. And how do you drop your thoughts?

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and watch your thoughts.

It’s a lot easier to drop them if you can watch them.

We get tied up in our thoughts—relating to them, identifying with them, thinking that they’re true. But no thought is true. It’s all an illusion. And we can walk away from that illusion at any time.

Breathe in and connect to your higher self.
Breathe out and feel your power.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad,. Only your thoughts can make you feel out of alignment. Your natural state is joy, and love, and enthusiasm.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and relax. Just watch your thoughts.

What are you thinking right now? My first thought is, “I want to have dinner.” Which is not even true. No thoughts are true.

The reason why asking your significant other, “What are you thinking?” tends to devote into drama, is because thoughts are dramatic. Thoughts keep you out of the now. Thoughts cause pain!

It doesn’t mean thoughts are bad. You can’t stop your thoughts. You’ve gotta welcome your thoughts. You’ve gotta love them unconditionally. But what will help you stop suffering, is to stop relating to your thoughts. Stop identifying as your thoughts. You are not your thoughts!!

Breathe out and watch your thoughts.

What are you thinking now?

My first thought is, “I hope this is good!”

Even that thought isn’t true. No thought is true! It’s all an illusion. Any thoughts you can come up with, you can justify its opposite.

Breathe in and make peace with your thoughts.
Breathe out and welcome your thoughts.

When you welcome your thoughts, you’re watching them come in. You’re watching them arise. You have distance from them. You see they can’t hurt you. You see that they’re not so bad, they’re just things that are floating by. You don’t have to latch onto them. You don’t have to let them ruin your day!

Breathe in and take your power back!
Breathe out and just watch your thoughts. What are you thinking now?

My first thought is, “I can’t believe she honked her horn again in my video!” That’s not true either, I can definitely believe it!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!

Really?

Really. My first thought is, “I really should have closed my gmail tab.” But is even that thought true? It’s not true because I didn’t. I didn’t close it. And now here we are, getting spam calls together.

Breathe out and keep letting your thoughts go.

When you watch them, it’s easy to let them go. Let yourself be the watcher today. The one who watches is already free!

Dismiss Your Urges (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

You’re in the right place at the right time, and you’re doing everything right. Trust that it’s all working out for you. It’s all happening in your favor!

Breathe in and welcome the flow into you!
Breathe out and be flexible and flowing.

Let yourself be like water today. No matter what obstacles you come across, you just keep taking the path of least resistance. You keep on flowing.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today!
Breathe out and welcome your thoughts!

You get to be the observer. You get to watch your thoughts today. And when you watch your thoughts, your thoughts are powerless. When you watch your thoughts, you get to stay in control of your vibration. When you watch your thoughts, there’s no more suffering. You don’t have to believe your thoughts. No thought is true!

Breathe in and welcome your thoughts! You get to watch them!
Breathe out and feel free! You no longer have to identify with or relate to your thoughts.

You are not your thoughts. And you can choose on each thought, if you want to let it go, or if you want to grow it into reality.

Breathe out and relax your body.

To each thought that comes through your mind, say to it, “That’s not me!” You are not your thoughts. You can create distance between you (loving awareness) and your thoughts. Thoughts are just things. They’re manifestations like anything else in physical reality.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts!
Breathe out and practice watching your thoughts right now.

Breathe in and be the observer.
Breathe out and watch your thoughts.

And if there are any thoughts that you feel powerless over, if there are any thoughts that are intrusive, if there are any thoughts that are telling you to do something that you don’t really want to do, you can dismiss those urges.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and dismiss the urges that you don’t want to act on!

An urge might be something like an addictive tendency, your mind sending you signals that it’s time to do that habit. But if it’s something that you don’t want to do anymore, if it’s a habit you want to break, an addiction you want to stop, a pattern you want to change—you can just dismiss your urges if you’re watching your thoughts.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and dismiss the urges that don’t serve you.

Sometimes urges serve you, like if you’re thirsty, drink water. Or if you’re really hungry, eat food. Urges do have their place, but if you have addictive tendencies, if you have intrusive thoughts, if you have urges that you don’t like, like to do things that you’ve quit long ago, or to do things that you want to quit doing, you can just dismiss those urges if you are the watcher.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts!
Breathe out and dismiss your urges.

And if you want to know how to dismiss your urges, you just say, “That’s not me.” You’re not your thoughts. You attract thoughts based on how you feel, they’re pattens, they’re habits, beliefs you think a lot. But you have the ultimate control what thoughts you want to bring into reality, what thoughts you want to emphasize.

Breathe in and take your power back
Breathe out and dismiss your urges.

That’s not me! You are now the watcher, and the one who watches, is already free!
