You Are Good At This (transcript)

Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts!

In the present moment, there are no thoughts. In the present moment, everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and know that you are in the right place at the right time.

You were meant to be here, right now!

Breathe in and start feeling enthusiastic about your day!
Breathe out and smile because smiling always makes you feel better!

Smiling naturally boost your mood. And when you feel better, you attract better-feeling thoughts, and you manifest better-feeling things. Your mood is your work!

Breathe in and decide to feel good today!
Breathe out and feel confident in yourself!

As you go about your day, if you ever have any doubt about yourself, or what you’re doing, say to yourself, “I’m good at this! Yes! I’m good at this!”

Breathe in and know: You are good at this!
Breathe out and be totally confident! You’re good at this!

Whatever it is you’re doing, put this thought on repeat: “I am good at this! I’m good at this! Yes! I’m good at this!”

Breathe in and feel your power as the creator!
Breathe out and know your power is whatever you put after, “I AM _____.”

You’re the creator. And whatever you say after “I am” becomes true. And if you can feel that it’s true, you’ll see it start to manifest in your physical reality. You must become it to see it! So today, choose what you want to be true after you say I AM.

Breathing in I,
Breathing out AM.

AM.

You are good at this. Say this to yourself today: I’m good at this! Yes, I’m good at this!

Whatever it is you’re doing—chopping vegetables, cleaning, doing your work, exercising, resting: I’m good at this!

Breathe in and feel confident today!
Breathe out and feel how powerful you are!

As the creator you get to say I AM, and follow it with whatever you fancy!

Breathing in I,
Breathing out AM.

This is the best day of your life! You came to this physical reality to have fun as the creator! Today, decide to enjoy your powers. Enjoy being who you are. Because you are good at this. You’re good at being human. You’re good at being in physical reality.

Breathing in, I am good at this!

Trust the process of life. You were meant to be here right now. You were meant to step into your power right now. No matter what has happened in the past, this moment is a fresh start and you’re good at this!

You Are Good Enough (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and invite the flow into you.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. It’s all unfolding perfectly!

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and be here now, in the present moment where all of your power lies.

Let your body relax. Let yourself focus on your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Today, decide to feel a sense of enough. Today we’re going practice feeling like we are good enough. Like we have enough. Like this moment is enough.

Breathe in and say, “I am good enough.”
Breathe out and say, “This moment is enough.”

Say to yourself over and over today, “I am enough. I am good enough.” And if you have finished a project, it’s good enough. If you’ve cooked a meal, it’s good enough. Today make it a point to let go of any criticisms about yourself and feel good enough. Because you are good enough. You are more than good enough. You are enough!

Breathe in and say, “I am enough!”
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

You’re in control here. You get to choose what you think and what you feel.

Breathing in, I am good enough!
Breathing out, I am enough!

I make enough. I produce enough. I’m doing enough. Let yourself feel this sense of enough today. And you’ll be a magnet for more to come. When you feel like you have enough, when feel like you are enough, you start to see that reflected in your reality. Abundance shows up in your life. People compliment you. People flock towards you. Because you are full. You have more than enough to give. You’re shining bright, when you feel like you are good enough.

Breathe in and say it: “I am good enough!”
Breathe out and know it: You are good enough!

You’re good enough to do whatever it is you want to do. You’re good enough to succeed. You’re good enough to get whatever amount of money you want. You’re good enough to get whatever you want. You’re more than good enough.

Breathing in, I am good enough!
Breathing out, this moment is good enough!

Feel this feeling of having enough. And you will be full emotionally. You will be full spiritually, psychically. Which magnetizes you to receiving more of what you want.

Breathing in, I am good enough!
Breathing out, I have enough!

Breathe in and be light today! You are good enough!
Breathe out and let go.

You have enough. You don’t have to hold onto anything. You don’t have to hold onto your thoughts. You don’t have to hold onto emotions. You can let it all flow through you.

Breathing in, I am good enough.

Make this true today. Put this thought on repeat: “I am enough. I am good enough! I have enough and this moment is enough.”

Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your worries go.

Let your thoughts go. Focus your attention in this moment, right here, right now. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Let go of your resistance. Let go of any judgements. Just let yourself be here now, relaxed. In joy in (Enjoyin’) yourself.

Breathe in and step into your power as the creator!
Breathe out and remember that’s who you are!

You’re the creator of you. You’re the creator of your life experience.

Let this day be fun and easy, by choosing a singular focus, and keeping your attention devoted to your focus.

Breathe in and know: attention is love.
Breathe out and use your attention like love.

Keep your attention on what you want more of. Keep your attention on what you love. Keep your attention on flowing love through you.

The more focused your attention, the more miracles you’ll see! They’re already right in front of you, but the less clutter in your mind, the more clarity you get to experience in your life.

Focus is all you need to have the best day of your life. And, remember: feeling is the secret. So decide to start feeling the way you want to feel right now, and your circumstances will reflect that emotion.

“I’m having the time of my life!” Doesn’t that feel good to say? Doesn’t it feel so good to get in the feeling place of having the time of your life?

Breathe out and feel that feeling of being thrilled. Being in the flow. Being happy to be alive.

Let yourself have the best day of your life. Take a moment to practice that feeling of joy, of flow, and enthusiasm, just by saying, “I’m having the time of my life!” Let that be your mental code whenever your mood starts to dip. Practice saying that. I’m having the time of my life! You feel it and then you see it. I’m having the time of my life right now!

Breathe out and feel so powerful!

Your focus is sharper than it’s ever been. Your attention is flowing love onto the things you want. And you’re having the time of your life!

Bring your attention back to this moment.

Yes to anxiety. Yes to resistance. Yes to the feeling of dread. Yes to dragging my feet. Yes to overthinking. Yes to worrying about the future. Yes to questioning my self worth. Yes. Yes!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Keep saying yes to what is, no matter how you feel, no matter what’s going on in your life. Keep saying yes and you’ll be in a state of allowing and receiving and flowing. And anything that you don’t like will either turn out to be happening in your favor, or it will disappear.

Let yourself feel confident today. Trust the process of life. Trust that this is all going according to plan and you’re in the right place at the right time!

It’s all a gift trying to help you!

When you say yes, you’re not resisting. And when you’re not resisting, life flows for you. When you’re not resisting, things work out. When you’re not resisting, you see you’re already where you’re meant to be. And life is already happening in your favor!

Breathe out and say thank you for all that you’ve already received.

Everything that’s happening is happening in your favor. It’s happening for you. Every mild irritation, every major disaster—it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel yourself growing calmer.

You can feel good regardless of your circumstances. You can have the best day of your life, regardless of what you’ve done, of what’s happened in your life, of any pending problems. Regardless of any of that. Any negative emotion. Any resistance you have, you can still have the best day of your life, starting right now!

All day every day, things will try to pull you outside of the Now. Your thoughts, distractions, your devices, your vices. Everything is a constant pull on your attention. If you find it hard to stay focused on your breath, say to yourself,

That will help you let go of your resistance and acknowledge distractions and welcome them. It will keep you present in the moment, where you are already having the best day of your life!

Let God Take Over Your Body (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and bring your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and relax your body some more.

Let your shoulders relax. Let your arms relax. Let your legs relax. Let your thoughts relax.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Let go of control today. Your control is your letting go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your doubts and worries go.

Everything is perfect and in its place and you’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax and receive. And just be here now.

Breathe in and let what you want come to you!
Breathe out and keep letting go of control.

You may want to control things like how you spend your time. You may want to control by getting irritated by distractions. You may want to control by feeling uptight about your diet or exercise. Anywhere you feel uptight, that’s where you’re trying to control. Anywhere you feel irritation, that’s where you’re trying to control. Today, let go of trying to control.

Breathe in and lighten up! You don’t have to control it!
Breathe out and know your control is letting go!

The less you care, the more things go your way. So today, practice saying yes to what is. Practice welcoming distractions. Welcome where you feel uptight or irritable.

Breathe in and notice how you feel.
Breathe out and let yourself slow down.

You’ll never be able to control anything outside of how you feel and what you think. So control the only thing that you can: your vibration. Everything else in your reality reflects your vibration. Take your control back by letting go of control of anything outside of you. And come back to your singular focus.

Breathe in and say, “I am focused!”
Breathe out and be focused!

Breathing in, I am focused in this present moment.
Breathing out, I am letting go of trying to control anything outside of me.

Control your external world by controlling your internal world. And you control your internal world with focus. All of the distracting thoughts, al of the unprocessed emotions in your body—those cause chaos in the external world. But if you can let go of the emotions that you want to let go of, and if you can focus and let go of your distractions, you will be back in control, starting right now.

Breathe in and take your control back!
Breathe out and feel so calm and peaceful.

Control is letting go. Let go of those emotions. Is there anything like irritation or depression or boredom—if there’s anything in you that feels off, or uptight, let it go right now.

Breathe in and notice what you’re feeling.
Breathe out and release those emotions.

Let go of your reactions. Let go of resistance. And focus right here, right now.

Breathe in and say, “I am focused!”
Breathe out and be focused!

Today, choose to focus on loving yourself and your reality exactly the way it is.

Breathe in and say, “I love and accept myself exactly the way that I am.”
Breathe out and love and accept yourself exactly the way you are.

On repeat, connected with your breath, run this thought through your mind over and over today. Say, “[Your name], I love and accept you exactly the way that you are.”

Breathing in, [Your name], I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out, [Your name], I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

Let god take over your body. Let god take over your perspective. Let source energy be the one acting through your body. And while you do this, if you’re directing it at a distraction, if you’re directing it at a mistake, know that everything that’s happening around you is YOU. And if you can love and accept everything happening around you, you will know peace. You will let go of your resistance, and your control will be back.

Breathing in, Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out, Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

Put this on repeat. Let this be your focus. And you will be back in control. You will be peaceful. And what you want will come to you because you’re not resisting and trying to control, being uptight and irritable.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Let your body relax. And focus your attention right here, right now.

Breathe out and be open to receiving.

It’s all working out for you and everything you want is on its way. It’s up to you to choose to perceive it right now.

Breathe in and ask, “What do I want?”
Breathe out and really identify it. What do I want?

I want synchronicities. I want nods from the universe. I want to feel like what’s around me is god and it’s talking to me and sending me fun, playful messages. What do you want?

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and be totally confident in your ability to perceive whatever you prefer.

Decide right now to sharpen your focus into a single point. Choose what your singular focus will be, right now.

Let go of your resistance. Let go of your worries. Let go of any thought outside of right now. Let go of any thoughts outside of your chosen singular focus.

Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are god in human form. You are doing everything right. You can do no wrong. Let yourself relax and enjoy life the way it is. Forget about the past, forget about the future. It’s just you and this moment and your singular focus. Which is fun! Having a singular focus is fun! Because it feels good and that’s where you’ll see god all around you, sending you playful winks!

Breathe in and have a singular focus today!
Breathe out and commit.

It doesn’t matter what you’re focused on. What matters is that you’re focused.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and place your attention on this present moment.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Let your body relax. Let yourself enjoy this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let go.

Keep letting go. Keep letting go of those thoughts. Keep coming back to this present moment, where all of your power lies.

Whatever problem you have, what is the opposite?

Breathe in and think about the arrow pulling back.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “What is the contrast making me ask for?”

My contrast is just that I’m anxious and uneasy because I’m unfocused. What is your contrast? (If you have any.)

Breathe in and ask for the opposite of your contrast.
Breathe out and feel your arrow pulling back, ready to shoot forward!

My contrast is making me ask for total confidence and unwavering focus!

Breathe in and ask for what you want.
Breathe out and say what it is you want.

I want total confidence and unwavering focus!

And now I can switch to the reality I prefer. It’s just a switch. An on and off. Everything is already created. You get to choose to switch to the perception you prefer.

Breathe in and decide to switch to the reality you prefer.
Breathe out and become what it is you want to be.

I am totally confident and I am unwaveringly focused!

It’s easy. Let the contrast guide you. The desires that come from your contrast are the word of god.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and feel your unwavering focus, your total confidence.

You can have whatever you want. Just ask for it!

Breathe in and be totally confident.
Breathe out and have unwavering focus.

This is the best day of your life! And with focus you can perceive anything you desire!

Breathe in and feel excited about life!
Breathe out and let go of any worries you may have. It’s all working out for you, it’s all god’s plan, according to plan. Playing out perfectly, just the way we wanted.

Remember Why You’re Here (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and focus your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and focus your attention on your breath.

Your breath is always here with you, to keep your attention focused in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let your body relax. Let your mind relax. And step into this moment, where everything is love, yeah love.

Breathe in and remember why you’re here.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Why am I here?”

I hear “fun.” I’m here for fun. But what I wanted to say was love. I’m here for love. And I think love and fun can be the same thing.

Breathe in and let love and fun be the same thing today!
Breathe out and feel excited!

Another piece of the puzzle is unlocked. Love and fun are the same thing.

Breathe in and focus on love.
Breathe out and focus on love all day today.

Repeat the word love to yourself. Over and over. And over. The entire day.

And you will have more fun that you remember having in a long time.

Breathe in and focus on love.
Breathe out and say love over and over to yourself.

Let yourself remember that feeling in your heart. It’s already there. When you put your attention on it, it gets bigger.

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Love is all that’s real. Love is the one thing that can solve any problem. And before you say, love is not all that we need—if you go within, and speak to the god within, speak to the manager with in, you’ll find that there’s only love there. Love is who you are. Love is what you’ll return to. Love is the only truth. Love can solve everything, because love is the only thing that’s real.

Breathe in and focus on love.
Breathe out and focus on love, yeah love

Either keep it connected to your breath by saying,

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Or just say the word over and over as often as you can today. Love. Love. Love. Make it your affirmation, your mantra, your mental code. Think only the thought “love.” And love is what you will draw to you. Love is what will be revealed right in front of you.

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Just try it for a few minutes. Keep your focus on love and see if you start having more fun. See if life becomes lighter. See if you feel more playful. Just try!

Breathing in love!
Breathing out love!

Keep that singular focus on love. And you’ll see, life already is the way you want it to be!

God Is Focus (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Focus is god. Focus is another word for god.

Breathe in and focus your attention.
Breathe out and god your attention.

When you keep your attention on a singular focus, it’s the same thing as keeping your attention on god. Because when you have a singular focus, your thoughts fall away. You’re focused on one point in the present moment, and that’s where god is. That’s what god is, the present moment. Only your thoughts can take you away from knowing god and so focus is god. Because when you focus, god’s revealed. God is right here. God is it. This is it.

Breathe in and focus your attention.
Breathe out and make your mental code today: I AM FOCUSED.

What you decide to focus on, can change from moment to moment. What matters is that you remember to stay focused on a singular point.

Breathe in and say, “I am focused!”
Breathe out and know: focus is god!

God is focus!

Breathe in and feel relieved!
Breathe out and relax!

God is so easy to find! Just focus. And you can focus on love. You can focus on your breath. You can focus on feeling your body from within. You can focus on silent counting. You can focus on reading a book. Anything that sharpens your attention into a finer point than the diffused, scattered, weak light of overthinking. Of worrying.

Breathe in and say, “I am focused!”
Breathe out and feel your attention sharpen into laser focus.

I am focused. I am focused. I am focused. This is your mental code today. I am focused. And then from there, decide love, peace, whatever emotion you want to feel. Or, just keep it on I AM FOCUSED and then maybe you just look at a single point. Maybe you just listen to a single sound. It doesn’t have to be focused on a concept. It can be focused on something here and now.

Breathe in and focus into the present moment.
Breathe out and feel light! The solution to any problem is simple. Focus and let god take care of the rest.

Breathing out I am focused!

Can you feel the power of those words? Let it be fun! Focusing is so fun! It’s being unfocused that’s hard. Decide today to make focus your priority.
