Remember Why You’re Here (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and focus your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and focus your attention on your breath.

Your breath is always here with you, to keep your attention focused in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let your body relax. Let your mind relax. And step into this moment, where everything is love, yeah love.

Breathe in and remember why you’re here.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Why am I here?”

I hear “fun.” I’m here for fun. But what I wanted to say was love. I’m here for love. And I think love and fun can be the same thing.

Breathe in and let love and fun be the same thing today!
Breathe out and feel excited!

Another piece of the puzzle is unlocked. Love and fun are the same thing.

Breathe in and focus on love.
Breathe out and focus on love all day today.

Repeat the word love to yourself. Over and over. And over. The entire day.

And you will have more fun that you remember having in a long time.

Breathe out and say love over and over to yourself.

Let yourself remember that feeling in your heart. It’s already there. When you put your attention on it, it gets bigger.

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Love is all that’s real. Love is the one thing that can solve any problem. And before you say, love is not all that we need—if you go within, and speak to the god within, speak to the manager with in, you’ll find that there’s only love there. Love is who you are. Love is what you’ll return to. Love is the only truth. Love can solve everything, because love is the only thing that’s real.

Breathe in and focus on love.
Breathe out and focus on love, yeah love

Either keep it connected to your breath by saying,

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Or just say the word over and over as often as you can today. Love. Love. Love. Make it your affirmation, your mantra, your mental code. Think only the thought “love.” And love is what you will draw to you. Love is what will be revealed right in front of you.

Breathing in love.
Breathing out love.

Just try it for a few minutes. Keep your focus on love and see if you start having more fun. See if life becomes lighter. See if you feel more playful. Just try!

Keep that singular focus on love. And you’ll see, life already is the way you want it to be!

God Is Focus (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Focus is god. Focus is another word for god.

Breathe in and focus your attention.
Breathe out and god your attention.

When you keep your attention on a singular focus, it’s the same thing as keeping your attention on god. Because when you have a singular focus, your thoughts fall away. You’re focused on one point in the present moment, and that’s where god is. That’s what god is, the present moment. Only your thoughts can take you away from knowing god and so focus is god. Because when you focus, god’s revealed. God is right here. God is it. This is it.

Breathe in and focus your attention.
Breathe out and make your mental code today: I AM FOCUSED.

What you decide to focus on, can change from moment to moment. What matters is that you remember to stay focused on a singular point.

Breathe in and say, “I am focused!”
Breathe out and know: focus is god!

God is focus!

Breathe in and feel relieved!
Breathe out and relax!

God is so easy to find! Just focus. And you can focus on love. You can focus on your breath. You can focus on feeling your body from within. You can focus on silent counting. You can focus on reading a book. Anything that sharpens your attention into a finer point than the diffused, scattered, weak light of overthinking. Of worrying.

Breathe in and say, “I am focused!”
Breathe out and feel your attention sharpen into laser focus.

I am focused. I am focused. I am focused. This is your mental code today. I am focused. And then from there, decide love, peace, whatever emotion you want to feel. Or, just keep it on I AM FOCUSED and then maybe you just look at a single point. Maybe you just listen to a single sound. It doesn’t have to be focused on a concept. It can be focused on something here and now.

Breathe in and focus into the present moment.
Breathe out and feel light! The solution to any problem is simple. Focus and let god take care of the rest.

Can you feel the power of those words? Let it be fun! Focusing is so fun! It’s being unfocused that’s hard. Decide today to make focus your priority.

Breathe out and surrender your preferences. Surrender your thoughts. Just let yourself be here now.

Do you ever find yourself resisting daily tasks, like leaving the house or working out or starting your work or cooking? What if when you’re resisting, it just means you’re unfocused? And what if the opposite of resistance is focus? And what if focus is god?

Breathe in and focus.
Breathe out and know focus is god.

A singular focus is god. Keeping your attention on a single point—that is how to know god.

Choose to stop resisting things today, Choose to stop resisting things for the rest of your life and instead choose FOCUS. When you’re resisting working out or starting your work or going somewhere, what do you want to do instead? Like eat, lay around, watch tv, fill the god-sized hole? But focus is god. Focus is a way to fill the god-sized hole!

Breathe in and fill the god-sized hole today!
Breathe out and smile because you never have to resist again! Because now we know, focus is the opposite of resistance. And focus is god. And you know how to focus. Next time you catch yourself resisting starting something, going somewhere, doing something that you know you want to do but you’re trying to find an excuse not to—next time you notice that resistance, say to yourself, “I am focused.” And that should be all it takes to get you in the direction that you really want to go.

Get Your Approval From the God Within (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Surrender your preferences. Surrender thinking you need things to go a certain way to feel good. Decide right now to feel good regardless of your circumstances, because your state of being creates your circumstances, not the other way around.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and remember your natural state is joy and enthusiasm and love and you can get there just by stepping away from your thoughts.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

Decide to have fun today! Decide to play with your day! Decide to be playful! It’s all working out for you! You can trust the process of life!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Everything is going my way!

Most things really are going your way! And the more you focus on what’s going your way, the more things will go your way.

Breathe in and say, “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.”
Breathe out and say, “I love and accept and forgive myself exactly the way I am.”

But sometimes it helps to hear it from an outside perspective, like god. If you’re anything like me and you’ve been going through some caring-about-what-other-people-think-about-you phases, decide to get your approval from the god within. Decide you don’t even have to approve of yourself. Because to me, sometimes that seems a little meaningless. My ego approving of itself? It doesn’t make sense. But the god within me approving of me? That feels great! Then I don’t have to care about what my parents think about me. Then I don’t have to care about what the internet thinks about me. I just go within, and get my approval from the source. From the god within.

Breathe in and go within to the source.
Breathe out and know: you are connected to god inside of you. It is a permanent connection.

You are god. You are a projection of god. You’re god in human form, so of course you have the seed in you. And at any time, you can go within and begin to hear what god thinks about you. Or what god is saying to you. And here is what god is saying to you right now:

“I love and accept you exactly the way you are! You don’t have to change a thing. You are perfect the way you are. You don’t have to add or subtract anything to your body or your mind. I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Breathe in and look at yourself from god’s perspective.
Breathe out and know that god’s perspective is within you right now, speaking to you. And you can hear it if you become still.

I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are. You don’t have to change a thing. I love and accept you exactly the way you are and I’m interested in your life and I think you’re fun and cool! I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I care about your life! I love and accept you exactly the way you are! I care about how you’re doing! I love and accept you exactly the way you are! You’re perfect the way you are! You don’t have to change a thing!

Breathe in and be connected to that source.
Breathe out and know you can trust the god within you. The voice that tells you, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are. You don’t have to change a thing, you are perfect and your life is perfect and you are doing everything right.”

Breathe in and listen to that voice within you.
Breathe out and feel so empowered.

You are doing everything right. And god does love you exactly the way you are. And you don’t have to change a thing. And you don’t need approval from anyone outside of you. It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks about you because the god within you knows you’re perfect and the god within you loves and accepts you unconditionally, exactly the way you are, right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to who you are!
Breathe out and say yes to your life the way it is. It’s perfect. You are already perfect. And I love and accept you exactly the way you are!

Let yourself calm down and relax into this moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe out and let your worries go.

It’s all unfolding perfectly. You don’t have to care about what happens in the future. All that matters is how you feel right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Allow yourself to start feeling enthusiastic about where you are and what you’re doing. Who you are.

Breathing in I,
Breathing out AM.

This is the best day of your life and you are doing everything right. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And you can get some space from your thoughts and return to the bliss of the present moment by going back to your breath.

And if focusing on your breath isn’t enough to shake the thoughts, try something more fun like,

Decide to not give a fuck what other people think! Decide to not care! And when you decide to not care about what other people think, they start coming to you for advice. They start caring about what you think because you are connected to your source.

Say this to yourself over and over today. You love yourself and you don’t give a fuck what other people think! You’re in the right place at the right time doing everything right. It’s all unfolding perfectly, you can trust that. You can trust the process of life.

Say this to yourself and over and over until you really believe it! If you’re dreading some upcoming event,

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Let yourself be light and playful and fun today, regardless of your circumstances. You’re the creator. If you choose to feel the way you want to feel right now, you’ll see it reflected in your circumstances.

This is the best day of your life! You can let your thoughts go. Find whatever it is that you can attach to your breath and really believe in today. Find the mental code that has the most delicious flavor for you.

And if you’re perhaps beating yourself up or not feeling so good about yourself, go back to feeling god within you. And speak to yourself from the perspective of god and say, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” And add your name on that. “Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Let yourself enjoy this day. You deserve it. You’ve made it so far. Everything ever created led up to right now. And the present moment really is so fun when we let go of our thoughts.

Breathe out and slow down.

The reason why you say yes to what is, is because your state of being creates your circumstances, not the other way around. Today, choose your state of being that you want to create your circumstances.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and start creating those circumstances to say yes to!

You become it and then you see it. What state of being do you want?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine it. Imagine getting it. What do you want?

I want this book that we wrote to come in the mail today and for it to be totally perfect and ready to mail out. What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine what state of being you’ll be in when you get what you want.
Breathe out and picture yourself feeling that state of being right now.

When my book arrives and it’s already perfect, I will feel enthusiastic. I will feel love. I will feel powerful and magickal. My state of being will be one of enthusiasm and joy! And I’ll be saying yes to what is!

Breathe out and feel enthusiastic about your day!

You feel it, then you see it. You must choose it right now, if you want to see it. You’re the creator. Forget about all of your circumstances and choose your state of being that YOU want to generate your next circumstances.

Breathe out and feel like it’s already perfect, wow!

Uncover your natural enthusiasm and joy and love, by saying yes to what is. By focusing on your breath. By just being here now.

You are generating the circumstances you want, right now, by choosing to consciously feel enthusiastic, joyful and loving! By choosing to remember you are naturally enthusiastic, joyful and loving.

Stop Reacting (transcript)

Let your body relax.

You might want things to be a different way. But when you say yes to how things are, you feel better. And then the things that you don’t like are free to change, because you’re not resisting them, so they’re not persisting.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and start feeling enthusiastic about your day today!

You must become it to see it. You must feel enthusiastic to see things to be enthusiastic about.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel that enthusiasm shining through the clouds of thought!

Your natural state is one of love and joy and enthusiasm! Only your thoughts can cover up those natural feelings. So today, step away from your thoughts, into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

This is the secret! This is the key to getting what you want! Just feel excited for what you have! You don’t have to do mental gymnastics to figure out ways to like what’s currently going on. You just have to feel the feeling of enthusiasm. And you can do that by going back to your breath, and by saying yes to what is.

Breathe out and say yes to what is!

Imagine someone is trying to get a rise out of you. When you react with yes and love and enthusiasm, it disappoints them because they’re not getting a reaction out of you. It’s kind of the same thing with life. If you stop reacting to what’s going on, and you start being enthusiastic and loving and joyful, things just turn around for you! It’s like being in a funhouse and you look at things a different way and all of a sudden everything is changed.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel so excited for this day!

Just think that on repeat:

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

And you don’t have to drum up that feeling of enthusiasm with each breath, but if you can, it will help! Otherwise just say yes in a state of surrender and acceptance. Allowing, letting go of your resistance. And when you let go of the fight in your body, the external fight in the world also surrenders.

Breathe out and feel so excited for this day! It’s the best day of your life!

Everything is perfect and in its place. Everything is happening in your favor! Choose to see it that way, and it is!

The circumstances, the conditions are perfect for you to get everything you want. You just have to take the first step by saying yes to what is.

Life can be so simple. Just an in and an out. Off and on. It’s safe to relax and just go back to your breath. Your breath wakes you up in the dream, wakes you up in the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

I AM is what you can use to become present today. When you say I AM, you notice whatever it is you are doing or being or thinking or feeling. It puts you into the observer position of noticing. Of witnessing. Observing life instead of getting tossed around on the waves.

This is the best day of your life! Everything ever created led up to right now! Take advantage of this moment that you have here. Let yourself feel good and enjoy how far you’ve come! Let yourself enjoy who you are right now. You’re perfect. You’re already perfect, wow!

What you want will come to you when you are present. Because when you are present, you return to your natural state of love and joy and enthusiasm. And in that emotional state of love and joy and enthusiasm, you are a magnet for things that also make you feel love and joy and enthusiasm!

Everything is happening in your favor. In this moment, you are safe. In this moment, you are free to be or do or have whatever you want. Let yourself enjoy this day and being who you are. Let go of all of your thoughts, all of your worries and step into the present moment.

Presence is your power. Love is who you are. Combine the two and you’ll have the best day of your life, full of magickal synchronicities, perfect timing, miracles, and love!

Keep your attention on your breath. Remind yourself I AM to keep yourself present, and focused on love. Because when you’re present, love is all that’s there. You have no choice but to see it. Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Today, we are celebrating! When you get what you want, you’re going to feel the same as you feel right now. So decide to celebrate, right now! Celebrate getting what you want. Celebrate being alive! Celebrate presence. Celebrate who you are! Celebrate this present moment. And then, when you get what you want, you’ll already be celebrating! And, you’ll get what you want, because you’re celebrating!

Breathe out and feel so excited because today is a celebration!

Today is the best day of your life! Today, you have the key! You are present. And you are celebrating. And you are a magnet for receiving everything you want!

All day today, just remind yourself, “I am celebrating! I am alive! I’m breathing! I am celebrating!” And the more you feel that feeling of celebration in your heart, the more things you’ll find to celebrate!

If you want to feel celebratory all day today, all you have to do is be present. Because in the present moment everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. It’s a constant celebration here!

Let I AM trigger you into presence today. It automatically makes you notice what you’re doing, thinking, feeling and being. And then you get the choice. What do you want to be doing, thinking, feeling and being?

Today is the best day of your life! You can let go of all of your worries, all of your fears, your to-do list. Let it all go. Make yourself present right now with I AM.
