Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!

Thank you for everything going the way it did, so that I could be here now in this moment. Thank you for the miracle that is this moment.

Everything is unfolding perfectly. You can do no wrong. Everything that you’ve done up until right now, has been the right move. Because it brought you here, to the present moment. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Let yourself be open to miracles today. Let yourself be open to whatever comes your way. Trust the process of life. Trust that it’s unfolding perfectly. You can just relax. And get out of the way! Just enjoy it. Just enjoy the show.

Let it be easy today. If you let go of your thoughts, you have no problems. If you stop dwelling in the past, you have no problems. If you stop worrying about the future, you have no problems.

Breathe out and feel so relieved because it’s always this moment!

You don’t ever have to have a problem. Only your thoughts create the problems. When you start thinking about things, that’s when the problems begin. But right now, you are safe. Right now, you are loved. Right now you are breathing. You are alive! You’re here on this adventure with me! Right now, everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and just be here now!
Breathe out and keep letting your thoughts go.

In this moment, it’s all working out for you. You can trust that life is taking care of you. You don’t have to have some kind of plan. You don’t have to outsmart life! You can just enjoy the ride and let life live you today!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

Just keep saying yes! Keep breathing. Keep reminding yourself to be here now! In the present moment, there is nothing to worry about. And everything is fun! Trust that life will take care of everything else. It will all play out perfectly.

You are god in human form. Your natural state is love and joy and enthusiasm. Surrender your thoughts. Surrender your preferences. And let yourself just be here now, in the present moment.

Watch Your Breath (transcript)

Feel your spine align. Feel your confidence rise!

Breathing in I am god breathing in.

Everything is perfect and in its place. Life is already perfect. You are already perfect! And when you look through god’s eyes, you can see that. When you pulse the feeling of total perfection, you begin to see total perfection in your reality. It’s right in front of you! Allow yourself to create perfect synchronicities for yourself today, by stepping into the perspective of god.

No matter what happens, if you can remember to watch your breath, to remember it’s god going in and out, breathing you, you’ll be fine! No matter what happens! You’ll be better than fine. And you can embrace and accept it all!

Let yourself say yes to what is. Whatever’s happening in your life, stand back from it and see it from god’s perspective, life’s perspective, the universe’s perspective. The big picture.

You already know that everything is working out for you. You already know that it’s all happening in your favor. You already know that everything always works out for you. So in the moment that you experience any contrast or even boredom, go back to that god perspective. And you will see, life already is the way you want it to be!

Feel your power as the creator. Feel how untouchable you are, when you take on the perspective of god, when you remember the perspective of god. We are all god. This is all god. It’s all IT. It’s all love. Today, let’s get out of our own way, step into our power as the creators.

Let yourself smile just a little bit right now. It’ll tell your brain to start feeling better right now.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and remember your power as the creator.

Your feeling is creating and your thoughts are generating your feelings. What do you want to feel right now?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What do I want?”
Breathe out and really imagine it. What do I want?

I just want to have fun and love and play. I want to play. I want to be so present and playful and just having fun and fuck all the rest!

Breathe in and imagine getting what you wanted!
Breathe out and ask yourself how you’ll feel when you get what you want.

When I’m feeling playful, when I’m having fun playing with my friends, joyful, actually playing like flirting or playing a game or playing with flow toys—whatever it is—I’ll be feeling love. And that is the feeling I am seeking today.

Breathe in and identify the way you want to feel.
Breathe out and picture feeling that way right now.

This is your power as the creator, to feel the way you want to feel right now before you see evidence that makes you feel that way. You choose to feel that way and then you see the evidence.

Breathe in and choose to feel the way you want to feel.
Breathe out and begin to feel empowered.

You are god in human form. You have limitless power at your fingertips. You are creating your experience in this moment. And however you choose to feel right now is what’s going to reflect back to you.

Breathe in and choose how you want to feel.
Breathe out and feel that way right now.

You don’t have to try to force it. Whatever those peak emotions are you want to feel, whether it’s joy or love or enthusiasm, satisfaction, success—whatever it is, all of those positive emotions already exist inside of you naturally. And only your thoughts can cover them up. So if you can step away from your thoughts and enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about, you’ll start feeling those feelings naturally. Because it’s who you are. You ARE love. You ARE joy. You ARE enthusiasm. You are the spirit moving through you!

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and know your power as the creator.

You step away from your thoughts, and you naturally start feeling better. And that better feeling generates better feeling experiences.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and feel so excited to be here now.

There are so many techniques for becoming present, but really it’s just a switch. You just decide to be here. To step away from your thoughts. To focus on something that’s here now like your breath.

Breathing I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Just do that over and over. Put all of your attention on your breath. And the more attention on your breath, then the less attention on your thoughts, the better you’ll feel. And the better you feel, the better reality you get to experience.

Breathe in and be god breathing in.
Breathe out and step into your power as the creator. It’s so simple. It’s just a switch. An on or an off. Are you present or not? And if not, you’ll know because you won’t feel great. And if you don’t feel great, just go back to your breath and know that joy and love and enthusiasm are waiting inside of you! Just waiting for that breath of fresh air. For that little gap between thoughts. They’re right inside of you right now and you can start having the best day of your life right now!

Let life live you today. Let the miracles come to you. You don’t have to do anything! Just breathe. And let yourself relax. And you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be!

This is the right place and this is the right time.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Decide to take pleasure in your presence today. Whenever you’re craving something outside of yourself, like coffee, or sugar, a cigarette, alcohol, sex—whatever it is—decide when you’re craving, to instead seek pleasure in presence.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and enter the infinite present moment, where all of your power lies, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and find your pleasure here, with me, right now.

The only thing that can make you feel bad is your thoughts. And if you can get some space from your thoughts, you’ll start feeling better. And you start feeling better because your natural state is joy and love and enthusiasm. In the present moment, there are no thoughts. So if you enter the present moment, where there are no thoughts, you’ll start feeling joyful and loving and enthusiastic about life! And that’s pretty pleasant right?

Breathe in and find your pleasure now.
Breathe out and be so pleased to be here!

I’m so pleased you’re here!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is! That’s one way to be present, to stop resisting with your thoughts.

Whatever technique it takes for you to enter the present moment, do that today.

Breathe in and commit to your presence today.
Breathe out and start feeling pleasure already.

Begin to equate presence with pleasure. I know that I find my mind seeking for hits of pleasure all day, every day. Maybe I should have some coffee. Maybe I should take something. Maybe I should smoke something, maybe I should drink something. Maybe I should talk to someone. And on and on and on. But in the present moment, joy and love and enthusiasm are natural. And awe! And when you’re in awe of life, of where you’re at, you don’t care about putting things in your mouth!

Breathe in and find your pleasure right here.
Breathe out and feel excited about being present today.

It’s always right now. You can have infinite pleasure, right now. And you won’t need to buy another drink or buy another pack of cigarettes or whatever it is. You can get all of your pleasure right here, right now.

Breathe in and feel free!
Breathe out and be free of seeking for pleasure outside of yourself, outside of this moment.

It’s all right here! It’s all right now! This moment is infinite! It’s eternally unfolding. Perfectly.

Breathe in and see the perfection of this moment.
Breathe out and remember: It’s already perfect, wow!

This is the best day of your life! And you’re doing everything right! Let yourself just be here. Just exist. Just practice being. And you’ll see, life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe out and commit to the pleasure of presence today. In whatever way you can—by focusing on your breath, by saying yes to what is, by silent counting, chanting—practice all the different techniques. They’re all fun. Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. Today we’re going to choose to not suffer. We’re going to choose to feel good regardless of our circumstances, because feeling is the secret. Feeling creates.

Breathe in and decide to feel good.
Breathe out and decide to feel good no matter what’s going on around you.

Often we have a little thing that’s keeping us from feeling good like, too many things on our to-do list, or someone blew us off, or we did something we’re disappointed about. There could be any number of reasons why you don’t feel good. But today, we’re choosing not to suffer, and to feel good anyway!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Decide to stand up to your thoughts! Only your thoughts make you feel bad! So today, stand up to your thoughts by saying, “I refuse to let ______ be my reason for feeling bad!” Whatever it is, I refuse to let this looming chore be reason for feeling bad. I refuse to let her not texting back be my reason for feeling bad. I refuse to let worrying be my reason for feeling bad. I refuse to suffer!

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and refuse to suffer today!

There’s a very good reason why you should refuse to suffer. It’s because when you choose to feel good, you’ll start creating that in your reality. When you look in the mirror and get mad at what you see, you don’t try to change the mirror. You change what’s causing the reflection, the source of the reflection. You—your emotional world— it’s what’s causing your reality to play out the way it is. You must become it to see it.

Breathe in and decide to feel the way you want to feel today!
Breathe out and refuse to suffer!

Right now ask yourself, “What do I want?”

I want my work to get done in the flow. I want to feel disciplined. I want to feel love, for myself. What do you want today?

Breathe in and think about how you would feel if you got what you wanted.
Breathe out and start practicing that feeling right now.

I want to feel love for myself. So I can think, “I love myself,” but what’s more important than the thought is the feeling you feel while thinking it.

Breathe in and really feel the feeling of loving yourself.
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

But feel the feeling! If you think something needs to change in order to love yourself, picture yourself as that person while you say “I love myself.” I love myself. I love myself.

Breathe in and choose to love yourself.
Breathe out and know this is the secret! You choose to feel it first and then the evidence appears!

If you choose to love yourself right now without changing a thing, the changes you want for yourself will come naturally, because YOU changed the source of the reflection!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

Feeling is the secret. And there is no reason to suffer anymore, because you are the creator. Choose to feel the way you want to feel right now. And reality has no choice but to reflect that!

Breathing in I love myself!

I love myself. I love myself. Just keep repeating this over and over, while you feel for the feeling. Imagine that it’s true. And then soon you will see, life already is the way you want it to be!

As you become more and more aware of your being, you lose sense of the world around you and your thoughts and distractions, disturbances—and the more centered and grounded in your being you allow yourself to be. The more you are able to choose what comes after I AM. And have it be true.

I AM So healthy. I AM in the right place at the right time. I AM love. I AM surrendering my preferences. I AM already perfect. I AM god in human form. I AM stepping into my power as the creator! I AM pure positive energy. I AM letting life live me.

I am clear. I am focused. I am in the flow. I am letting god flow through me, life, universal intelligence. I am getting out of my own way. I am already perfect. I am love. And I’m having the best day of my life!

You’re god in human form! You’re the creator of your life. The creator of you.

If you can put your attention on your breath today, while you’re working, driving, talking, cleaning—whatever it is you have to do—if you can put your attention on your breath, you can find joy in whatever you’re doing.

Breathe in and put your attention on your breath.
Breathe out and keep your attention on your breath.

Breathe in and keep focused on your breath.
Breathe out and feel the breath come out of your body.

Keep as much attention on each breath as possible. With each breath, practice feeling gratitude, or excitement, fulfillment, connection with god—whatever it is you want to feel. Focus on finding that feeling in your breath. And then! You’ll always have access to that feeling, whenever you remember to keep your attention on your breath.

Breathe in and find joy in your breath.
Breathe out and feel joyful, just from your breath!

When you slow down your thoughts to the pace of your body, the pace of your breathing—when you slow everything down and just keep your attention on your breath, you calm your body down. Then your calm body sends signals to your brain to feel better. The more attention you can keep on your breath, the better your body will feel, and the safer your brain will feel. You won’t have to overthink, you won’t have to plan. You don’t have to worry. Your natural state is love and joy and enthusiasm! That’s who you are underneath all the thoughts. So if you can keep your attention on your breath, off of your thoughts, you will naturally rise to the level of joy and enthusiasm! And love! That’s who you are! It’s natural!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and find joy in whatever you do today!

It’s so simple! Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And when you keep your attention on your breath, you clear space from the thoughts. And then your thoughts aren’t feeling so bad and you’re free to return to your natural set point of love and joy and enthusiasm. Those things are who you are underneath it all. You don’t have to try to feel love. You don’t have to try to feel enthusiasm. And you don’t have to try to feel joy! They’re all in you right now, just waiting for the clouds of your thoughts to clear! And then they’ll just be there! You don’t have to try AT ALL!

Breathe in and feel so excited! It’s natural!
Breathe out and feel so excited!

You’re going to enjoy whatever you do today, because your attention will be on your breath and not your thoughts. And the more focused on your breath you are, the more the clouds will clear and your natural state of love and joy and enthusiasm will shine through! It’s all waiting for you. It’s already right in front of you, inside of you!

Breathe in and keep your attention on your breath!
Breathe out and feel so empowered!

It’s the simplest thing! Just feel focused on every single breath you can. You can use so many techniques to do it, just think,

Whatever thought it takes to get you out of your head into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! Just keep going with that. Stick with your breath and your natural joy, your natural enthusiasm and your natural love will be revealed! It’s all within you, right now, waiting for you to focus on your breath and feel so relieved because you are a lover, you are joyful, and you so enthusiastic about everything else you have to do today. Because you have your breath and that means you have natural joy and enthusiasm and love waiting for you in every step!

Breathe out and remember your power as the creator!

What is your core universal truth? What do you know to be true above all else? What belief do you have that informs every other belief, every action you take?

Breathe in and consider your core universal truth.
Breathe out and be still. And let it come to you.

What is your core universal truth? My core universal truth is: I AM. I am god. I am love. I am love yeah love! I am ________. Whatever else I want to come after that. I AM is my core universal truth. And when I remember I AM, my power comes back to me!

Breathe in and invite your power back to you!
Breathe out and decide on your core universal truth right now.

You can change it every day if you want. But what is it right now? What is it that’s informing all of your actions? When you know what your universal truth is, all of your actions and reactions can be informed by that. And you’ll know you’re in integrity when you act based on your core universal truth. So when I remember I AM, it’s easy to kind of, float above life. And not react to everything and not get sucked in by my preferences.

Breathe in and know your core universal truth!
Breathe out and act with integrity today.

Decide right now what your truth is, and let every decision flow from that.

Breathing out AM.

One of my most powerful memories, most powerful vibrational bookmarks of all time, was when I had just gotten into thinking, “Breathing in I am god breathing in! Breathing out I am god breathing out!” And when I was able to really believe in that thought and stand by it and know it to be true, I was so powerful. I was limitless. Every wish became true. What is it that when you remember this is your universal truth, gives you power? What thought, what knowing, do you have in your core that can guide every action of yours today? That can help you rise above your preferences and likes and dislikes to remember, “Oh yeah, I am god! And I don’’t have to suffer! I get to be here! I get to have fun! I wanted this ! I wanted to be here! This is fun! I love my life! I love life!”

Breathing in I am god breathing in!
Breathing out I am god breathing out!

When I remember that I AM, that I AM whatever I say after I AM, I remember that I am the creator of my experience. And I don’t have to let _______ be my reason to suffer. I refuse to let _______ be my reason to suffer. What thought can you find today that helps you remember you don’t have to suffer?

God is what’s breathing us in and out. We are all god. We are all love. We are all one. We cannot be separated. And when we remember our oneness, our oneness with god, the divine, that which we came from—it’s easy to just sit back and enjoy life, to surrender our preferences and let go of suffering!

Today we are standing up to our thoughts and refusing to suffer by remembering our core universal truth:

Breathing in I am god breathing in!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

Let yourself relax into this moment.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Surrender your preferences. Let it all go.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and relax. It’s really not serious.

We are just here for fun! Today, as you go about your day, focus on feeling joyful! The more joyful you feel, the healthier your body. The more joyful you feel, the more abundant your experience. The more joyful you feel, the more love you get to witness and perceive and project and share.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck about what those people think about me! I don’t give a fuck about what my parents think about me! I don’t give a fuck about what people on the internet think about me! I don’t give a fuck!

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and decide to give no fucks today!

The reason that I use “I don’t give a fuck” as a mental code is because I have so many fucks to give! But with practice, we can train ourselves to care less about what other people are doing and thinking, and more about what we’re doing and thinking.

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and say it: I don’t give a fuck!

Practice this feeling! Practice the feeling of being carefree and not caring about what other people think. All that matters is what you think. And today, you are in control of your vibration. You have your shit together. And this is the best day of your life!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

See if you can really access that feeling of being carefree. Of not worrying about what other people are thinking. Of not caring about how you’re perceived. Like Rumi says, destroy your reputation! Live where you fear to live!

Breathe in and follow your bliss today.
Breathe out and put joy first.

Put joy above all. And when you feel carefree, and in love with yourself, joy is natural. it’s your natural state of being. It’s underneath all the thoughts. Joy is who you are! Joy is the same thing as feeling love. When you feel joyful you love life!

Breathe in and return to your natural state of being!
Breathe out and feel carefree today! Play with your day!

Decide this is the best day of your life! Decide you will live this day to the fullest! This day, this moment, is the main event. Let it be fun! Let it be easy! And you can do that by letting go of all of your fucks and just choosing to feel joy.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and let your body relax.

Enter receiving mode. Start listening. Open up to receiving what you want to receive today!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to this moment, right here, right now!

Yes to the airplane flying by. Yes to the tension in my back. Yes to the hour of the day. Yes to the full moon. Yes to the nagging thoughts that want to creep back in. Yes to the good mood. To the stark contrast from yesterday. Yes to feeling rushed. Yes to feeling like I’m running out of time. Yes to slowing down. Yes to watching my breath. Yes to beautiful colors.

Breathe in and accept it all.
Breathe out and embrace it all.

Step back from the polarities of likes and dislikes. Go back to I AM.

Breathing in I,
Breathing out AM.

Breathing in I am god breathing in.

Remember who you are. You are the creator!

Breathe in and step into your power as the creator!
Breathe out and be god breathing out.

As you go about your day, remember that feeling is the secret. And that whatever you want, you’ve gotta feel that way first. Yesterday, I felt like I just couldn’t get my shit together. So I decided, I have my shit together!

Breathe in and just decide: I have my shit together!
Breathe out and feel the feeling of having your shit together!

Feel the feeling of being on top of the world! Of being totally confident. Of being ready to face whatever challenges life brings.

Breathe in and be totally confident!
Breathe out and command it: I have my shit together!

I have my shit together! All you have to do is decide it and feel the feeling of having it. And suddenly, that’s the way it is!

Breathing in I have my shit together!
Breathing out I have my shit together!

Use this mental code whenever you start worrying about what other people are doing. Whenever you start judging what other people are doing. What you’re actually judging is yourself. And when you’re worried about what other people are doing, it means you’re worried about what you’re doing. So just decide right now:

Breathing in I have my shit together!
Breathing out I have my shit together!

And when you feel that feeling of being ready, of being totally confident in yourself, you’ll start to notice competence in other people! You’ll start to notice that they’re pulling their shit together too!

Breathe in and become it to see it!
Breathe out and notice you’re already here.

You have your shit together! There’s nothing else to worry about!

Breathe out and remember you’re the creator and you have your shit together!
