Every breath can heal you. Every breath can connect to your higher self, to life itself, to god, to infinite intelligence. Every breath has everything you could possible need.

Breathe in and focus on your breath.
Breathe out and smile.

It’s all you have to do right now. Just focus on your breath. Life is good right now.

Feel your connection snap into place. Feel yourself align with universal energy! Feel the energy flowing into your body through the crown of your head. Visualize this energy coming into your body; it’s really there! You really can access this energy source.

Breathe in and draw energy into the crown of your head.
Breathe out and feel that energy seep through your whole body, lighting up your chakras, lighting up your extremities, lighting up your soul.

Breathe in and keep bringing power into your body.
Breathe out and surrender any resistance you may have.

Let the current be strong, let life help you.

Breathe in and accept the flow of well being.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you is the vibration of success! Do you want this to work? Decide to believe in it by saying thank you like you’ve already been charged up!

Breathing out thank you!

Empower yourself, right now. You can literally just picture electricity flowing into your head. Imagine it really being an energy source. Your body believes what your mind tells it.

Breathe in and connect your mind and body.
Breathe out and now connect that electricity, your mind, your body.

Feel how it all connects. Feel how you do have the power to shift your perception. You do have the power to imagine good things happening to you. You do have the power to feel better just by changing your thoughts.

Breathe in and bring that power into you!
Breathe out and don’t doubt that power for a second!

Enjoy that power. Embraces that power. It’s yours. It’s your birthright. You have the ability to draw into your body endless, limitless energy.

Breathe in and draw power into your body.
Breathe out and feel that power in your body.

Feel it electrifying you! Feel it placing power behind your intentions. Now what is your intention?

Breathe in and feel the power in your body.
Breathe out and make an intention for this power.

I intend to let this power energize my awareness, make me more and more present. Wake up more and more in the dream, go deeper and deeper into life.

Breathe in and set the intention for your power!
Breathe out and know it is already done!

You are so powerful, if you can believe it. You are so powerful. Just test it. Just try. You are the only one who could ever prove it to yourself.

Daily Meditation – Step Into Your Power

With the protests going on, I want to give some context to my guided meditation videos. I say things in them like,

  • “With presence, you can overcome anything.”
  • “Accept life as it is.”
  • “Choose to fully be here now. And the things that you’re worried about will work themselves out.”
  • “In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.”

Those sentiments may sound like I’m suggesting people shouldn’t fight injustice, or challenge the status quo. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. The core message of my videos is, get your mental world in order, and then you’ll have the emotional endurance to face and shape our shared reality.

My message is based on my own life experience, and I can only offer what has helped me. I believe that only thoughts can make me feel bad, and that I have the power to stand up to my thoughts and choose ones that feel better. I also believe that inspiration and answers from Life Itself are revealed when my mind is still. That’s why I suggest that all the answers can be found with presence.

But when the meditation is over, there is injustice we cannot unsee. We must stand up for what’s right. Get to the present moment for some relief and inspiration, and when you know your next move, burn white supremacy to the ground.

Step Into Your Power (transcript)

Remember that presence will always save you. Presence is always available to rescue you from a bad mood, racing thoughts, negativity.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Allow yourself to relax into this present moment, and start feeling the best you’ve ever felt!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and smile because life is just for fun!

We live the magick life! We know that our thoughts create our reality. We know that the more we let go, the more it flows.

Breathe in and step into your power!
Breathe out and commit to practicing presence today.

How do you like to practice presence? Is it by feeling your inner body? Focusing on your breath? Listening to sounds?

Breathe in and choose your presence technique today.
Breathe out and feel so relieved. With presence, you can overcome anything. You can heal your body. You can feel the best you’ve ever felt. And you can have the best day of your life, starting right now!

Presence is always the answer. Getting some distance from your thoughts. Let yourself embrace what is. Let yourself accept life as it is. And then, you won’t be pushing away what you want with resistance.

There are no thoughts in the Now. There is only awareness. Stand up to your thoughts today, and choose presence. Choose to fully be here now. And the things that you’re worried about, will work themselves out. Everything will be fine. You’ll do a great job.

Focus on how you’re doing things today, instead of what you’re doing. Focus on your breath. Focus on listening. Focus on feeling your inner body. Whatever singular focus you choose, commit to it. And let it lift you up, into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. This life right now is just a trip. It’s just for fun. We will wake up into a larger understanding of reality.

Breathe in and decide to have fun today!
Breathe out and decide to not give a fuck!

You don’t have to care! You don’t have to care! When you let go of caring, the things you care so much about, work themselves out.

Use your focus deliberately today. Use your attention deliberately today. What you focus on, expands. Allow yourself to grow only what you want to grow.

It’s time to let go of all of those thoughts. It’s time to let go of whatever resistance we’re holding onto.

Breathe in and gather all of your resistance.

Let all of that resistance go right now!

Now, focus your attention.

You can focus your attention by chanting or counting or focusing on your breath.Today, we shall focus on our breath.

I’m listening. I’m listening. When you’re listening, you don’t even need to think in words. You can listen to anything. The ambient noise of the traffic. The sound of someone breathing. The sound of yourself breathing.

Listen for the flow of life. Listen for things working out for you. Listen to the miracles unfolding. Listen to the good news you’re receiving!

Ask yourself, “What do I want?”

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and really visualize it. Visualize. Yourself getting what you want.

Breathe in and think about how you’d feel if you got that.
Breathe out and feel that feeling now of getting what you want.

I would feel magickal!

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and keep listening.

The more you can listen, the more receptive you are to receiving what you wanted. Make it your mission today to listen. Listen for getting what you want. And when you get that thing that you want, credit your listening!

It’s the right place and the right time and you’re doing everything right! Add “I’m listening” to your arsenal of mental codes that help you manifest. But more importantly, feel good right now.

You don’t have to worry about any of those thoughts in your mind. It’s time to let them go, every single little worry.

It doesn’t matter what you say when you focus on your breath. All that matters is that you focus on something here, now, in this moment. And your breath just happens to be a convenient thing that’s always with you.

Just say that to yourself over and over and over today. Especially if you’ve been beating yourself up. Or if you’re really worried about something.

Remember that you can heal with your breath.

As you focus on your breath, imagine bringing a brilliant white light in through the crown of your head, into whatever body part or situation you want it to improve.

I want to relax and know that I am financially solvent. That I’m financially wealthy. I want to know that no matter what happens, I’ll still have a place to live. I want money for travel. I want money to really just be able to buy nice groceries whenever I want. And if I want Instacart, that’s what I’ll get!

Breathe in and think about what you want!
Breathe out and say thank you for getting what you want.

Really get into the feeling place of receiving what you wanted. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for the donations! Thank you for the orders! Thank you for the payments! Thank you for patronizing my tarot readings! Thank you for the checks in the mail! Thank you for the free money from the government! Thank you for the surprise money I didn’t know I was getting! Thank you for the windfall!

Work yourself up into a tizzy about being grateful for getting what you wanted. All you have to do is get in the feeling of having what you wanted, and then you don’t need the thing. When you don’t need the thing, you stop pushing it away and it’s free to come to you!

I don’t give a fuck about those arbitrary rules! Those random expectations! I don’t give a fuck about my cat shitting on the blanket! I don’t give a fuck about eating extra pecans! I don’t give a fuck about paying rent! Orders! I don’t give a fuck about fucking feeling like I have to control everything! I don’t give a fuck! Today I’m letting go of control! And I suggest you do the same!

What is it that you’re committing to? What is the massive lifestyle change you’re committing to forever? Me, I am committing to presence. Choose, right now, one mental code or affirmation or technique that’s going to carry you through your day. You may have to choose a different one tomorrow because it lost its flavor. It doesn’t matter. All that matters is that you commit to a lifestyle of presence.

Breathing in, I commit to a lifestyle of presence!
Breathing out, I commit to a lifestyle of presence, forever!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck about those thoughts that intrude! I don’t give a fuck about worries. I don’t give a fuck about preferences. What I give a fuck about is presence. It’s just a switch: on or off. And I commit forever, to a life of fun and being worry-free!

Decide to have the best life of your life! Decide that this lifetime, you are going to have fun! Decide it is more important to you to have fun and enjoy life than it is to worry or get lost in thought!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment. Thank you for this breath.

It’s all written in the breath. The answers you seek are already inside of you.

Breathe in and keep relaxing your body.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You’re in the right place at the right time. Everything is unfolding perfectly. It’s safe to relax and just enjoy this moment now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

Surrender your worries. Surrender your doubts. And just let yourself enter this present moment.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Let go of your resistance. Let go of your worries. Let yourself make peace with what is.

Breathe in and say, “It’s ok!”
Breathe out and mean it: “It’s ok!”

Whatever’s happening, it’s ok. It’s time to let go of resistance, and make peace with it, so you can keep what’s yours and the rest will flow on away.

Breathing in, it’s ok.

No matter what it is, it’s ok.

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and let go.

Let go of feeling like you need to DO. Let go of striving. Let go of resisting what is. Just keep letting go. It’s time to let go.

Breathing out, it’s ok.

However you’re feeling, it’s ok. Whatever you think you need to get through the day, it’s ok. Whatever you’re thinking, it’s ok.

Breathing in, it’s ok!
Breathing out, it’s ok!

This is the right place and the right time. You can trust the process of life.

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and empower yourself with, “It’s ok.”

No matter what it is, if you’re beating yourself up, it’s ok. If you can’t stop eating or drinking, or you’re addicted to something, it’s ok. If you’re having negative thoughts about someone, it’s ok. It’s ok!

Breathe in and feel relieved! It’s ok!
Breathe out and feel relaxed. It’s ok!

Whatever it is, it’s ok.

Breathe in and embrace and accept it all.
Breathe out and feel this unconditional love for your reality.

It’s ok! Any time you feel resistance in your body, whether it’s through dislike of a person or what they’re doing, or what the government is doing, or what you’re doing—whenever you feel that resistance, that dislike,

Breathing in, it’s ok!
Breathing out, it’s ok!

And saying, “It’s ok,” doesn’t pardon them. It doesn’t mean you forgive them even. All that matters is that you care enough about yourself to not let things outside of you affect how you feel.

Breathing in, it’s ok.
Breathing out, it’s ok.

Make a commitment to unconditionally loving your reality today, and you will be rewarded. Those things you’re resisting—that you’re pushing away from you—they’ll be able to freely move on, as soon as you stop resisting. Because remember: what you resist, persists!

Allow yourself to feel better, to really make peace with life as it is. And then you’ll see, life already is the way you want it to be!
