It’s Just An Average! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go!

Enter the present moment with me! It’s me, Jessica!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and just laugh! Life is just for fun!

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, life is just for fun!

Anyway, did you know that life is just an average? What we input into our brains is stored. Each thing you give your attention to, and then all of those things you give your attention to, are averaged. And then what you see—everything you then put your attention on again—is an average, of the other things in the past that you’ve put your attention on. So you know what that means! It’s time to be more deliberate about what you put your attention on!

Breathe in and decide to be more deliberate!
Breathe out and laugh because it’s just an average!

That gives you so much control! You control the inputs to the output that is your reality. The input is solely based on what you give your attention to! It’s just an average!

Breathe in and decide to have fun with this!
Breathe out and just enjoy life. It’s just an average. And it’s up to you to choose what you put your attention on!

What you look at expands, because the output of reality is just an average of what you have inputted with your attention! It could be no other way! You’re the creator!

Breathe in and feel your power as the creator!
Breathe out and and let yourself laugh, because life is just for fun and you have more control and power than you ever suspected!

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in!
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out!

That’s the technique to use so that you’re not putting your attention on resistant thoughts. Just keep it on your breath. You want an average of breath right? If you keep your attention on breath, that means it’s going to get into that average that’s outputted in your reality. And if you’re seeing evidence of breath, that’s good! That means it’s life! That means when you’re focused on your breath, you’re creating life! (Or allowing it! Either way!)

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in!
Breathing out I know I”m breathing out!

So then, when you’re placing your attention on media, scrolling, people, ideas maybe that you’re reading, it’s just an average! Say that to yourself over and over and over no matter what you’re looking at. If you’re not going within, focused on your breath, say to yourself—make this your mental code—it’s just an average!

Im looking at a hat with swordfish on it. Do I want more hats with swordfish? Or do I want more hats and swordfish? I guess so, yes! It’s just an average!

Breathe in and feel so excited about life! It’s just an average!
Breathe out and have fun with your math project today!

Breath Is Medicine
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and feel your mind slow down.
Breathe out and let your mind join the pace of your body.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Commit to breathing consciously today.

Breathe in and say, “I commit to breathing consciously today.”
Breathe out and do it. Commit to breathing consciously today.

Your breath is your medicine. The way it works is that, if you keep your attention on your breath and off of your thoughts, you’re present. You’re here now, not creating reality with whatever resistant thoughts you may have.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Yes, your power really is that simple! And thank you for this moment! Thank you for this breath!

Breathe in and open up to receiving healing!
Breathe out and let go of your resistant thoughts!

Your thoughts create your reality. If you can keep your attention on your breath, instead of thinking any resistant thoughts, you will be anchored here now, creating a peaceful, tranquil life for yourself. All you have to do is get out of the way!

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let go of your resistant thoughts.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. If you can keep your attention on your breath, it will help you notice all of the thoughts that you think. It will give you some perspective and distance and help you see, you don’t need any of those thoughts!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

We all have medicine built into our bodies. Our breath can heal us, just by taking our attention off of resistant thoughts.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Really commit to this. Every time you notice your attention wandering, bring it back to your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

By slowing your breath down, by elongating your out breath, you are calming your body down. Your body gives cues to your mind. If you can slow your breath down, it will slow your mind down. And when you slow your mind down, you’ll be able to see what you’re thinking.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

It’s the mind that creates problems. There are no problems in the present moment. In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about, because there are no thoughts! And your natural state of being is one of feeling good, feeling playful, feeling love. All of those things are fun!

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Allow yourself to let go of the worries as they come. Every time a thought crosses your mind while you’re practicing conscious breathing, let it go just by returning your attention back to your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

The longer you keep your attention on your breath, the more you’ll notice good-feeling thoughts coming to you, because you’re slowly improving your mood by focusing on your breath. The more time you spend focused on your breath, the less resistant thoughts you’re thinking. The less resistant thoughts you’re thinking, then better you feel. The better you feel, the better thoughts you attract.

Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Any time you notice a feeling of irritation in your body, or you notice yourself thinking negative thoughts, use those things as a cue to go back to your breath.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

No matter what thought crosses your mind, go back to your breath. If it’s really that important, write it down. And go back to your breath. You will find your body healing, you will find your anxiety disappearing. All by deliberately focusing on your breath.

Let this day be fun and easy. The medicine you need is already in you, right here, right now! Try it just for a day and see how it goes.

Life is just for fun! What sounds fun to you today?

Breathe in and think about what sounds fun.
Breathe out and let the fun feeling come to you.

Swimming in the ocean. Body painting. Flying. Surfing. Rolling down a hill. Laughing at jokes.

Breathe in and decide to have fun today!
Breathe out and decide to be fun today!

Right now, intend to bring more fun into your life.

Breathing in I intend to have fun!
Breathing out I intend to be fun today!

What in the past has been fun to you?

I love riding roller coasters. I love laughing! I love group exercise classes. I love running. I love swimming. I love laughing at jokes! That’s what I really want to do! Just laugh at jokes all day!

Breathe in and allow fun to come to you!
Breathe out and be a match to fun!

Fun feels like being relieved. Fun feels like playing a game. Fun feels like doing something fun with your body like riding a bike. Fun feels like going with the flow. Fun feels like synchronicities and miracles. Fun feels like tripping.

Breathe in and welcome fun into your life!
Breathe out and feel more fun already!

You don’t need to go anywhere or even do anything to start having fun! Fun is a mindset!

Breathe in and enter a fun mindset!
Breathe out and know that to get a fun mindset you only need presence.

Presence is available to you right here, right now!

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and feel this fun feeling fill you!

Presence is fun. Presence is a state of mind, without thought. When you’re without thought, life is so fun! You’re tripping! You’re here now, you’re awake in the dream!

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and feel how fun this moment right here can be!

Now let yourself just follow your breath for a few moments and see if you notice any fun feelings in your breath.

Your thoughts will always want to come back and overwhelm you. They’ll always come back and make you want to question what you’re doing. But with practice, presence becomes easier and easier and life gets more and more fun!

Breathing out I’m having fun right now!

Let your body relax.

Breathe in and feel your thoughts slowing down.
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself rejoin the perspective of love.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

You’ve been through a lot. Today, it’s time to forgive yourself, move on, and steer your life in the direction you want to go!

Breathe in and say, “I forgive myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I forgive myself!

I forgive myself for going unconscious. I forgive myself for beating myself up. I forgive myself for being too hard on myself. I forgive myself for not following through. I forgive myself for not acting with love more.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I forgive myself!

Now, we’re going to steer our lives in the direction we want to go! What is the direction you want to go?

Breathe in and think about where you want to go.
Breathe out and really imagine it: what is the direction you want to go in?

I want to go in the direction of success. I want to move through life triumphantly! Where do you want to go?

Breathe in and commit to moving through life triumphantly!
Breathe out and commit, right now: I commit to moving through life triumphantly! I am steering my life in the direction I want to go!

Breathe in and set those intentions.
Breathe out and know it is done!

When you set an intention, it’s a purposeful moving of energy. You don’t have to do anything or take any action. All you have to do is set the intention and life will conspire to help you.

Breathing in I intend to steer my life in the direction I want to go!
Breathing out I intend to move through life triumphantly!

That’s all you have to say. And success is yours!

Breathe in and feel successful!
Breathe out and remember: thank you is the vibration of success.

So to cement this intention, jus remember to say thank you. Use thank you as your mental code, as we enter into this new time, new season, new era, new paradigm, new dimension!

Breathe in and commit to moving through life triumphantly!

Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and let go. Keep letting go.

Let go of each thought as it comes to you.

Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Keep letting go. Let go of your doubts. Let go of your criticisms. Let go of any anger, any fears.

I don’t give a fuck about those thoughts floating by! Today, I am letting go of grudges. I am letting go of any anger I’m holding onto.

Breathe in and keep lightening up!
Breathe out and heal yourself with your breath!

Your breath is medicine. Your breath is all you need to calm down, feel better, and enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Now ask yourself, “What do I want today?”

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine how you would feel if you got what you wanted.

I want to laugh so hard I cry! What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine how you’d feel if you got what you wanted.
Breathe out and practice that feeling right now.

If I was laughing so hard I was crying, I would feel relieved! I would feel joyful. I would feel so relieved that life is fun! That life does have its value! Life is worth living!

Breathe in and know life is worth living!
Breathe out and feel relieved right now!

You feel it, then you see it. Whatever you want, just feel the way you would feel if you got it. And then you’re a magnet for it.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck about anger or grudges or any of those thoughts that try to pull me out of the now! I know I’m in the right place at the right time and I know I’m doing everything right!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Let yourself be light today! Let yourself play with your day! It’s all working out for everyone. It’s all happening in our favor! And whatever’s going on in your life, is happening for you, not to you.

All it takes is repeating a thought you want to be true enough times until you believe it. And when you believe it, it becomes your expectation, and you get what you expect.

Let this be your power today! Make what you want to be true, true!

Your mind may distrust this technique, but your mind doesn’t want you to stop thinking. But it’s up to you to transcend your thoughts, by stepping into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and step into your power!
Breathe out and let what you want come to you!

All you gotta do is just get out of your own way! You do that by anchoring yourself in the present moment.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

It can sound like a tall order, to stop worrying, but if you keep your attention focused on your breath, here, now, your worries will just slip away and you’ll wake up in the dream.

Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

That’s all you gotta do. Just focus on your breath. When you notice yourself thinking, just let the thoughts go by going back to your breath.

Each time you notice a thought, let it go by going back to this mental code.

There’s no need to rush. There is no thought that matters more than this moment. There is no thought that is more important than being present, I promise you!

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

When you let yourself be present, you start feeling better, because only your thoughts can make you feel bad. When you start feeling better, you become a match to better-feeling thoughts. When you slow down, and let yourself be present, the answers will come to you. You don’t have to think about them! Even little things that come into your mind like, “I should really take care of that. Oh I forgot to do that. Oh I need to write this down.” Even thoughts like those, you don’t have to act on them, you can just let them go. And the reminder will come to you when you need it. It will all come when you need it, at the exact moment you need it. If you’re present it, then you’re ready to receive it.

Get excited about this technique for presence. The miracles you want are coming. They’re right in front of you! And your breath is just a tool to make you present and aware of all that is being given to you right now!

As you go about your day, remember that presence is your power. Presence is what helps you manifest. And presence is all you need to feel good and have fun.

It is all written in the breath. If you want to transcend thinking, and go beyond what your intellectual mind can understand, get lost in the rhythm of your breath.

Breathing in I am allowing inspiration to flow!
Breathing out I’m feeling better and better.

Breathing in my energy is rising!
Breathing out I’m feeling more tranquil by the moment.

Breathing in I am letting what I want come to me!
Breathing out I am safe and protected from all harm.

Let your breath do the talking. Let your breath provide the answers.

Breathe in and welcome the answers!
Breathe out and let go of the mental chatter.

It’s all written in the breath. Your breath can take you beyond what the mind could ever fathom.

Everything you want is on the other side of your breath.

You can be here now! You can be the observer!

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in,
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in,

The point is not to stop thinking entirely, it’s to have something to constantly have your attention on so that you always remember, “Oh yeah I’m supposed to be present, not thinking about what I ate an hour ago, or what I’m going to do tonight. I’m just supposed to be here now. I just WANT to be here now.”

This helps you notice all the things you’re thinking about that are draining your energy. Presence creates energy. It channels it though you. Allow yourself to be a conduit of the flow, of god, of love, just by being here now. Just by focusing on your breath. You don’t have to think about what you last direct messaged somebody. You said the right thing. Stand by it!

Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

The mind can get irritated with how slow focusing on the breath is. But if you allow yourself to slow down and be with your breath, you will rejoin the pace of life, of god, of love.

Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Let yourself rejoin the pace of life. Slow down from your mind. Your mind will make you speed up until you explode. You don’t have to keep up with your mind. Your breath is always there to remind you the pace of life.

It’s all working out for you. Trust the pace of life and everything will fall into place.

As you go about your day, say yes to everything! Yes! Yes! Yes!

That is how you stay open. That is how you keep your heart open. You don’t have to let anything affect you ever again.

Let the word “yes” be your mental code today. Say it over and over and over and over! Yees! Yes! YES! How do you feel when you’re saying yes? To me I feel excited! Joyful! Thrilled! Satisfied! Playful!

Saying yes helps you not resist. And when you don’t resist, the things you don’t like are free to flow out of your experience.

Yes is something you say when things are going well! Yes is what you say when someone gives you what you want. Saying yes over and over helps you practice the feeling of getting what you want. But it also helps you release each experience as it comes. It helps you release all of your resistance so that nothing gets stuck and nothing becomes a problem.

Breathing out yes! Yes! Yes!

Feel how excited you can get when you say yes over and over! Make this your point of focus today!

Yes is what you say when you feel really good. Yes is what you say when you get what you want. Let yourself practice the feeling of getting what you want. When you get it you won’t even care because you’ll already feel the way you want to feel!
