Let your body relax.

Breathe in and feel your thoughts slowing down.
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself rejoin the perspective of love.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

You’ve been through a lot. Today, it’s time to forgive yourself, move on, and steer your life in the direction you want to go!

Breathe in and say, “I forgive myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I forgive myself!

I forgive myself for going unconscious. I forgive myself for beating myself up. I forgive myself for being too hard on myself. I forgive myself for not following through. I forgive myself for not acting with love more.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I forgive myself!

Now, we’re going to steer our lives in the direction we want to go! What is the direction you want to go?

Breathe in and think about where you want to go.
Breathe out and really imagine it: what is the direction you want to go in?

I want to go in the direction of success. I want to move through life triumphantly! Where do you want to go?

Breathe in and commit to moving through life triumphantly!
Breathe out and commit, right now: I commit to moving through life triumphantly! I am steering my life in the direction I want to go!

Breathe in and set those intentions.
Breathe out and know it is done!

When you set an intention, it’s a purposeful moving of energy. You don’t have to do anything or take any action. All you have to do is set the intention and life will conspire to help you.

Breathing in I intend to steer my life in the direction I want to go!
Breathing out I intend to move through life triumphantly!

That’s all you have to say. And success is yours!

Breathe in and feel successful!
Breathe out and remember: thank you is the vibration of success.

Let it all go! All of your resistance. Now is the time to let it go.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!

Let go of those thoughts. Let go of any grudges. Let go of your worries.

Breathe in and step into the present moment!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and let go. Keep letting go.

Let go of each thought as it comes to you.

Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Keep letting go. Let go of your doubts. Let go of your criticisms. Let go of any anger, any fears.

Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

I don’t give a fuck about those thoughts floating by! Today, I am letting go of grudges. I am letting go of any anger I’m holding onto.

Breathe in and keep lightening up!
Breathe out and heal yourself with your breath!

Your breath is medicine. Your breath is all you need to calm down, feel better, and enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Now ask yourself, “What do I want today?”

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine how you would feel if you got what you wanted.

I want to laugh so hard I cry! What do you want?

Breathe out and practice that feeling right now.

If I was laughing so hard I was crying, I would feel relieved! I would feel joyful. I would feel so relieved that life is fun! That life does have its value! Life is worth living!

You feel it, then you see it. Whatever you want, just feel the way you would feel if you got it. And then you’re a magnet for it.

Breathing out I don’t give a fuck about anger or grudges or any of those thoughts that try to pull me out of the now! I know I’m in the right place at the right time and I know I’m doing everything right!

All it takes is repeating a thought you want to be true enough times until you believe it. And when you believe it, it becomes your expectation, and you get what you expect.

Your mind may distrust this technique, but your mind doesn’t want you to stop thinking. But it’s up to you to transcend your thoughts, by stepping into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and step into your power!
Breathe out and let what you want come to you!

All you gotta do is just get out of your own way! You do that by anchoring yourself in the present moment.

It can sound like a tall order, to stop worrying, but if you keep your attention focused on your breath, here, now, your worries will just slip away and you’ll wake up in the dream.

Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

That’s all you gotta do. Just focus on your breath. When you notice yourself thinking, just let the thoughts go by going back to your breath.

Each time you notice a thought, let it go by going back to this mental code.

There’s no need to rush. There is no thought that matters more than this moment. There is no thought that is more important than being present, I promise you!

When you let yourself be present, you start feeling better, because only your thoughts can make you feel bad. When you start feeling better, you become a match to better-feeling thoughts. When you slow down, and let yourself be present, the answers will come to you. You don’t have to think about them! Even little things that come into your mind like, “I should really take care of that. Oh I forgot to do that. Oh I need to write this down.” Even thoughts like those, you don’t have to act on them, you can just let them go. And the reminder will come to you when you need it. It will all come when you need it, at the exact moment you need it. If you’re present it, then you’re ready to receive it.

Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Get excited about this technique for presence. The miracles you want are coming. They’re right in front of you! And your breath is just a tool to make you present and aware of all that is being given to you right now!

The point is not to stop thinking entirely, it’s to have something to constantly have your attention on so that you always remember, “Oh yeah I’m supposed to be present, not thinking about what I ate an hour ago, or what I’m going to do tonight. I’m just supposed to be here now. I just WANT to be here now.”

This helps you notice all the things you’re thinking about that are draining your energy. Presence creates energy. It channels it though you. Allow yourself to be a conduit of the flow, of god, of love, just by being here now. Just by focusing on your breath. You don’t have to think about what you last direct messaged somebody. You said the right thing. Stand by it!

The mind can get irritated with how slow focusing on the breath is. But if you allow yourself to slow down and be with your breath, you will rejoin the pace of life, of god, of love.

Saying yes helps you not resist. And when you don’t resist, the things you don’t like are free to flow out of your experience.

But it also helps you release each experience as it comes. It helps you release all of your resistance so that nothing gets stuck and nothing becomes a problem.

Feel how excited you can get when you say yes over and over! Make this your point of focus today!

Today, we are going to be nice to ourselves and let go of all of those critical thoughts.

Breathe in and take a seat in witness perspective.
Breathe out and rest in the seat of your consciousness.

Become the observer right now.

Ask yourself, “What am I thinking?” Usually I’m thinking a lot of, “I should do this,” or, “I wish things were like this,” or, “I can’t believe that person’s doing this!” What are you thinking?

Breathe in and observe your thoughts.
Breathe out and just notice what it’s like to observe your thoughts.

Breathe in and say, “I’ve noticed I’m thinking and that’s ok.”
Breathe out and say, “I’ve noticed I have a lot of thoughts and that’s ok.”

Breathe in and make peace with your thoughts, no matter what they are.
Breathe out and relax, because it just doesn’t matter.

You are not your thoughts. You are that which observes your thoughts. Your thoughts mean nothing in relationship to who you really are. They’re just tools. They’re just things passing by and its up to you to decide whether to keep them or let them go.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and keep watching your thoughts.

The stream is endless, but it’s not a bad thing to be thinking. Your thoughts are creating. They’re creating your reality. You can choose what you think next.

Breathe in and choose what you want to think next.
Breathe out and decide to think that thought instead.

You can be at peace in any moment, just by sitting back and watching your thoughts. And after you settle your mind down and become still, you can start choosing thoughts that you want to create your world with.

Breathe in and choose your thoughts.
Breathe out and just deliberately think a thought right now.

I want to think, “I love myself.”

Breathe in and think a thought on purpose.
Breathe out and feel your power.

This is your power as the creator. Now, you don’t have to choose to think anything. Even if you never made a deliberate choice to think a specific thought, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you stop being identified with your thoughts, that you stand back from your thoughts and watch them instead of being them.

Breathe in and stand back from your thoughts.
Breathe out and just watch them go by like clouds.

You can let go of each thought as it comes. Or you can choose to think a mantra or affirmation or mental code. Regardless of how you’re managing your inner world, today we’re going to let go of all of those thoughts that don’t serve us.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Decide today is going to be the best day of your life! All it takes to have the best day is to let go of the thoughts as they come. So if you have a thought that doesn’t feel good, just let it go. You don’t have to keep thinking it. If you’re judging yourself or others, just let it go. You don’t have to keep doing it.

Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about those thoughts floating by! I can let them go!”

You can let your thoughts go. You can wake up in the dream right here, right now. You can be present and experience the bliss that is right here in front of us!

Decide to be light today! Decode to be playful with your thoughts!

I always notice how I beat myself up in my head constantly! I am of course my own worst critic, but it’s a choice to keep thinking those thoughts or to let them go.
