Any time you notice yourself feeling annoyed at being inconvenienced or disturbed of your routine, go back to thank you. As you do each little task that you resist, say thank you. Just let that be your mental code today.

Breathe out and surrender. Whatever is going to happen, is going to happen. It’s out of your control.

This is the best day of your life. You’re doing everything right. It’s time to let go of those worries and start enjoying what you have, right here, right now.

Breathe in and listen for the flow.
Breathe out and smile! Life is just for fun!

It just doesn’t matter! None of it matters. It’s just for fun!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Let, “I don’t give a fuck!” Be your vibration today! Let it be your mental code to help you lighten up and have fun with your life!

You don’t have to care. You don’t have to let it get to you. You don’t have to take it seriously. We’re all going to die. We don’t know when. It’s out of our control! All we can do is relax and enjoy it while we’re here.

Decide to lighten up and enjoy life today! Decide to not care! Don’t let them scare you! Don’t let your thoughts scare you! Fear is just False Evidence Appearing Real. The only thing that is real and true is love, and you can make your choices out of love, starting right now.

Let yourself be light today! Let yourself be the beacon of light for other people! Let yourself lead by example! Show them how it’s done!

It’s not serious! None of this is serious! Decide to be kind to yourself today. The more relaxed you are, the more loving you are, the more fun life is.

Decide to have fun today, regardless of your circumstances! And you do that by stepping outside of your mind, by standing up to your thoughts.

Just put those thoughts on repeat today! You don’t have to care. You don’t owe anyone anything! Just because other people are scared and feel bad, doesn’t mean you have to. You can be the one that feels good! The one who’s not afraid! The one who’s loving! You can choose to feel love. You can choose to feel carefree. And when you raise your vibration, you show other people how to do it and then they raise their vibration

Can you feel yourself feeling better? Can you feel yourself getting a breath of fresh air? Seeing above the clouds?

The more you can put these thoughts on repeat, and stand up to your worrisome mind, the more present you’ll start the feel. And presence is the point. Presence is the goal. Presence is what we’re here for.

Eventually you can get so focused that you can just keep your attention trained on your breath.

And then you can start to see, life already is the way you want it to be.

Focus your attention today. Focus on getting yourself present. Focus on standing up to your fearful thoughts. Choose what you want to think! Choose what you want to be true! Train your attention today. And eventually you’ll break through to presence, to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. And that’s where your affirmations start working. That’s where you start manifesting miracles. That’s where you start feeling amazing and attracting solutions. When you’re present, it all works out and you can see how it was all meant to be!

When Are You Not Total? (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and step into this present moment!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

It’s easy to get caught up in our worried thoughts, but today I have a new technique for you to try that I learned from the Osho Zen Tarot deck.

Breathe in and open to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Everything is working out perfectly and you’re in the right place at the right time. Remember that presence will always protect you. Today, as you go about your day, remind yourself to be totally present.The 5 of Fire Osho Zen Tarot card—it’s the 5 of Wands—it means Totality. What this card means is to be totally present. The picture on the card is three women on a trapeze, and the message is: these people need to be so completely present because if they’re not, their lives are at risk. So we can take this lesson from the 5 of Fire—Totality—and apply it to our lives today, apply it to our fearful thoughts.

Breathe in and feel the meaning of totality.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “When am I not being total?”

When am I not totally present? Let this be your mental code today. As you go about your day, ask yourself, “When am I not total? When am I not total?” This should jar you into the present moment and make you aware of your thoughts. You’re total when you have no thoughts. You’re total when you’re completely present in the moment, on the trapeze, doing your trapeze act.

Breathe in and be on the trapeze!
Breathe out and let your presence protect you!

When are you not total? When are you worried? When are you fearful? When are you being clever? When are you thinking? Ask yourself, all day today, over and over, when am I not total?

When am I not total?

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and be total in your presence.

Have total awareness. Let the 5 of Fire, Totality, drive you today. Let it give you clarity. Just ask yourself, “When am I not total?” And in the moment you ask yourself, you’ll notice a silence in your mind when you become present. In that moment, you are total.

Breathe in and be totally present.
Breathe out and bask in your totality.

Your presence will protect you. Stand up to your mind today. Stand up to your fearful thoughts. Stand up to your worries.

Breathe in and be protected by your presence.
Breathe out and trust the flow of life. You can trust the process of life.

It is all working out. And no matter what happens, you will still be ok.

Breathe in and experience totality.
Breathe out and surrender to the present moment.

When am I not total? When am I not total? You’re total right now!

Breathe in and be totally present and aware.
Breathe out and have so much fun on your trapeze act today!

We’re just here for fun. Let it be fun. Let your day be fun. Your presence will protect you.

It’s Ok to Feel That Way! (transcript)

Relax your shoulders.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

In this moment, you have a choice to feel good, to be here now, to let go of those thoughts. Decide right now, to let go and start feeling better!

Breathe in and smile because life isn’t serious!
Breathe out and relax your body.

The best thing you can do for yourself is slow down. Slow it all down. Slow your mind down. Slow your body down. Let your mind start vibrating at the rate of your body. Let it enter the speed of your body.

Breathe in and feel your mind slowing down.
Breathe out and feel your heart rate slowing down.

Breathe in and relax your mind.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and remember: This is the main event!

This moment is the only thing that’s real. This moment is the heaven you’ve been searching for.

Breathe in and lift yourself up! You are the creator!
Breathe out and start feeling relieved!

However you’re feeling right now, it’s ok. There is no pressure to feel better. It’s just a choice. And if you let yourself feel the way you feel, it’ll get so much easier to feel better.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “How do I feel?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer.

Right now, I feel relaxed and relieved, but I didn’t feel that way earlier today. I felt sick and stressed and depressed and anxious. But I said to myself, “It’s ok. It’s ok to feel the way I’m feeling.” And then I took a nap and I woke up feeling better.

Breathe in and say, “It’s ok!” about whatever you’re feeling.
Breathe out and let go of however you’re feeling.

When you’re ok with how you feel, then that feeling can pass right through you. Feelings aren’t meant to stay with us forever. They’re only supposed to pass through us in a matter of seconds.

Breathe in and feel how you’re feeling.
Breathe out and say, “It’s ok!”

It’s ok to feel that way. I don’t have to feel any other way. There’s no pressure to feel any other way. It’s ok to feel that way. It’s ok!

Breathe in and know: It’s ok to feel that way!
Breathe out and start feeling better because that feeling’s going to pass through you now!

Just let it be ok. You don’t have to escape it. You don’t have to numb it. You don’t have to hide from it. But if it’s really unbearable, just take a nap. But just say, “It’s ok!” first.

It’s ok to feel that way. It’s ok!

Breathe in and be ok with how you feel.
Breathe out and just look at your emotions like thoughts passing through. They don’t define you. They don’t mean anything about who you are. They’re just indicators. They’re just letting you know if your thoughts are in alignment or not. They’re just letting you know. They’re just giving you data.

Breathe in and be grateful for the data.
Breathe out and just say, “It’s ok!”

It’s ok to feel that way. However you’re feeling, it’s ok.

Breathe in and know this moment is the main event.
Breathe out and relax.

Even if you don’t feel good in this moment, it’s ok. Just because you don’t feel good right now, doesn’t mean you won’t start feeling better. Your power is right here, right now. And any time you feel less than good, just say, “It’s ok!” It’s ok to feel that way. It’s ok to feel sick. It’s ok to feel depressed. It’s ok to feel anxious or angry. It’s ok to feel jealous or impatient. It’s ok!

Breathe in and feel it passing through you already.
Breathe out and let it go now.

That emotion gave you some information. You can thank it and let it move on. Just like how Marie Kondo wants you to say thank you to the items you’re throwing out, say thank you to that emotion.

Breathe in and know it’s ok.
Breathe out and let it pass through you.

You feel better already. You’re on your way to feeling amazing. Once you let things go through you, you’re free to return to your natural state of feeling good, being in the flow, having fun, and feeling in love with life. All of that is natural. But the emotions are natural too. And if you just say, “It’s ok to feel like that.” you let them pass through you naturally.

Breathe in and say, “It’s ok!”
Breathe out and say thank you. It’s ok!

Life loves you so much. We’re all so glad you’re here. Even when life feels hard, it’s ok. And it’s worth it to get through that emotion,. Because the other side of that emotion feels so good and you’ll be so proud of yourself that you stuck it out. That you just let it pass through you and now you’re stronger and more ready to deal with your life and enjoy your life.

Presence is the point! Presence is why we’re here, meditating. Presence is the goal.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

There’s nothing to manifest. There’s nothing to change. If you can make your goal just being present, what you want will come to you. You don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to make a vision board (unless that’s fun for you). You don’t have to do anything. And the instant that you become present, and forget all of your worldly cares, what you want will come. You’ll get the text. You’ll get the email. You’ll get the deposit. You’ll get the good news. You’ll get what you’ve been waiting for.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and remember: This is It!

This moment is the main event. This moment is why we’re here. We’re not here for the future, because the future never comes. We’re not here for the past; it’s just a story.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

You don’t have to stop thinking. Just let each thought go as it comes.

Notice a thought, let it go. Notice a thought, let it go.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and feel better already!

Today, you are a match to heaven. Today, you are a match to the flow of well being.

Breathe in and feel the flow of well being come into you.
Breathe out and know it’s always been there.

The flow is always there. The love is always there. Only your thoughts cloud it all up.

Breathe in and be present.
Breathe out and see the clouds clearing.

Breathe in and lighten up! You’re safe here.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Presence is the point. This moment is the main event. This moment is what you came to life to experience!

Breathe out and smile, because presence is your goal and it’s easy to get here.

When you’re present, the things you want come to you. Life unfolds perfectly. You’re not blocking the flow of well being with your thoughts. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts can block the flow.

Everything is constantly working out for you. Everything is constantly happening in your favor.

Thank you! Thank you! There are so many techniques for being present. You can remind yourself with, “This is It! This is It!” Or you can say, “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” Or the easiest thing you can do is just follow you breath.

Close your eyes right now. Breathe through your nose if you can. And feel your breath going in and out. Feel where it touches one single point on your nostril. Place all of your focus right there while you just think,

Practice doing that for 15 minutes, and you will feel so blissful. You’ll feel like you’re back in the womb! You’ll feel like you’re in heaven.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.

If you can get here—if you can be present, just for a moment—what you want will come. Let that be your motivation for being here. But once you get here you’ll see, life already is the way you want it to be! And you don’t need a single thing to change.

Think about how you would feel if you got what you wanted. I want to go sleep feeling amazing. That’s all I want, just to go to sleep feeling amazing and proud of myself. I want to go to sleep feeling good about myself and my life. I want to go to sleep feeling good in my body, like it just feels good to be in my body. I want to go to sleep feeling good in my body. What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine what it would feel like to get what you want.
Breathe out and feel that feeling right now.

Going to bed feeling good in my body feels like energy humming in my cells. It feels like my cells are singing! That’s what it feels like, my cells are singing! And then my consciousness sings too!

Breathe in and let your cells sing!
Breathe out and let your consciousness sing too!

Whatever you want, just practice the feeling of having it. Right now, when your attention is focused and gathered, you are at your most powerful.

Breathe in and say thank you for what you want.
Breathe out and know that’s the true power: just feeling grateful like you already have what you want.

Thank you for my singing cells! Thank you for my singing consciousness! Thank you for my singing cells! I love it when my cells are singing! Thank you for my singing cells!

Breathe in and feel that feeling of getting what you want!
Breathe out and relax. What you want is on the way!

Your cells are singing! Your consciousness is singing too! You feel better than ever. You are god in human form. What you want is on its way! And right now you feel good and you skipped the whole manifestation thing and you’re at the point where you have what you want.

And if this is It, you don’t have to think about anything else! You don’t have to think about what you just said two minutes ago. You don’t have to think about what you’re going to do two minutes in the future! This is it! This is what you came for!

Breathe out and feel excited about life! This moment is It!

And when I say, IT, I mean god. I mean source energy. I mean love. IT is that thing that has no name. The thing that’s bigger than us, that holds us all together. It is IT is It!

Breathing in, this is iI!
Breathing out let yourself wake up in the dream! This is it!

This is god. Look around you right now, every single detail you see is god! The locks on the windows in front of me have the brand name Radiance. This is It! Radiance is it! And also, the waxing sliver fingernail moon is right above me through the window. That’s it! This is It! This is It, right now!

Breathing in, this is It!
Breathing out, thank you!

Sometimes saying, “This is It!” over and over and over can make the phrase lose meaning so it’s helpful to have another thought to remind us to just be here now! That THIS IS IT! This is why we came here! For this moment, this location, the moon, the radiance. This is It!

“Thank you,” can help pull your attention into this moment, if “This It!” has become meaningless and you can’t stop thinking about it.

Breathing in, this is It!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you for this, It! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and raise your vibration! And then you can see It better!
Breathe out and release your resistance! And then you get to just be part of It!

This is It! This moment is It!

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Just getting some distance from your thoughts is enough so that you can focus your attention on feeling better. So you can return to your natural set point of feeling good.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and decide to not give a fuck!

No matter what happens, you’ll still be okay. And instead of living life in fear, or worry, we can choose to just have fun no matter what, right here, right now!

Breathe in and be light!
Breathe out and feel yourself gathering your power!

Your power comes from being fearless. Your power comes from your confidence. Your power comes from just being here now!

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and feel playful, here, now!

In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! In the present moment, there’s nothing to be afraid of. In the present moment, you’ll always know what to do. You’ll get the inspiration when you need it. Even if the worst happens, you’ll be able to handle it, especially if you’re present. What you need next is always being handed to you!

Breathe in and open to receiving!
Breathe out and just say thank you!

Saying thank you is the easiest way to receive what you need in any given moment.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you! When you say thank you, just as a mental code, a thought you repeat over and over—when you say this to yourself, you start to notice all of the ways life is helping you, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and say thank you!

And FEEL thank you. Thank you so much for my health. Thank you so much for my friends. Thank you so much for my home. Thank you so much for this moment, where I have everything I want. Where everything is perfect and in its place. Where I have nothing to fight or resist.

Breathe in and celebrate everything that you have already!
Breathe out and smile! Because like Eckhart Tolle says, “Gratitude is the foundation of all abundance!”

Breathe in and decide to try it for yourself today!
Breathe out and focus on, “Thank you,” today.

Thank you! And really feel it. Thank you! Thank you! Smile when you say it! Feel your vibration lift. Even if it feels hard. Even if it feels like more trouble than it’s worth. Try it anyway, because it works!

Thank you! Thank you! You already have what you want. Life already is the way you want it to be.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

You’ve been doing the work. Even though the work is hard, even though sometimes it’s hard to make yourself feel better instead of reaching for something outside of you. But you have been doing the work and it’s working!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck about where I’ve been. I don’t even give a fuck about where I’m going! All that matters is how I feel right here, right now!

Breathe in and step into the ever-unfolding now!
Breathe out and just be here now: the infinite, perpetually unfolding singular moment.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you is the vibration of success! Thank you is all you need today, to feel good, to be successful, and manifest miracles!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Today, your mission is to say thank you as many times as you possibly can! And not only that, but feel what it feels like to feel truly grateful when you say thank you.

Breathing in thank you!
Breathing out thank you!

Say it while you’re washing your hands, while you’re taking a shower, while you’re cooking a meal, while you’re cleaning up your cat litter, while you’re working on your work. Whatever you’re doing, remember to say thank you! Thank you! And then, when you have some down time, spend a few minutes writing, “thank you, thank you,” and feel what it feels like to feel truly grateful. Imagine getting the things that you want.

Breathe out and say thank you!

When you are at your most successful, what are you saying? You’re saying, “Thank you,” because people are complimenting you. You’re saying, “Thank you,” because you’re receiving the income and payments and abundance you desired. You’re saying, “Thank you,” because you’re receiving. When you are receiving, that’s when you’re at your most successful!

Breathing out thank you!

Say this to yourself over and over but most importantly, feel what it feels like to really mean it.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you for the love. Thank you for the friends. Thank you for the major manifestations. Thank you for the income. Thank you for the windfall! Thank you for the magick life! Thank you for the perfect timing! Thank you for the checks in the mail!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Remember today: Thank you is the vibration of success! And if you want success today, just say thank you and you’ll notice you already are successful!

Relax your body. Make peace with what is.

Breathe out and smile! Because everything is perfect and in its place.

You have perfect timing. It’s all unfolding exactly the way you want.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is!
Breathe out and accept it all as it is.

You are in the right place and the right time. It’s safe to relax and just enjoy where you are. It’s safe to enjoy the unfolding. It’s safe to trust that what you want is on the way! It’s time to enjoy it!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and relax your mind.

How would you feel if you knew you were going to get what you wanted? How would you feel if you knew the relationship was coming? How would you feel if you knew the money was coming? How would you feel if you knew the health was coming? You could just relax. You could just enjoy life the way it is right now. And that’s how you know it’s coming: when you’re relaxed and enjoying right now.

Breathe in and relax and enjoy right now!
Breathe out and know it’s all coming. It really is all coming! And the more you let go, the more it flows. The more you trust the process of life, the more you can see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and smile, because you deserve to get everything that you want!

You couldn’t have the desire if it wasn’t possible to get it!

Breathe in and be kind to yourself today!
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

What can you do today to just relax and enjoy the day? What can you do to enjoy being right here, right now?

Breathe in and open up to new ideas!
Breathe out and feel at peace with what is!

Your only work today is to relax and enjoy! That’s it! If you can relax and enjoy this day the way it is, I promise you, what you want will show up! You’ve got to be so relaxed and enjoying your day so much that you forget that you ever wanted anything different. What you do to get to that point of relaxing and enjoying, is a practice. It does take devotion and consciousness. But what better thing to be devoted to that your own relaxation and enjoyment of life right now?

Breathe in and relax!
Breathe out and decide to enjoy life right now!

Whatever it takes to enjoy it—maybe it’s taking a bath, drinking some tea, reading a book, taking a walk, taking a nap, talking to someone, doing anything but your to-do list, whatever feels fun—go towards that. Go towards what you can enjoy in your life, right now! Go towards that feeling of liking where you are! Of feeling pleasure where you are! That is what makes you a match to receiving more!

Breathe in and decide to relax and enjoy your day!
Breathe out and feel so excited! What you want is on the way, bit now it doesn’t even matter. Because life already is the way you want it to be!
