Breathe in and raise your vibration!

You get to choose in every moment, who you are and how you be.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax.

Relax your shoulders. Relax your back.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let yourself smile because you will feel better if you smile!

Breathe in and think about what you want!
Breathe out and just imagine what it is that you want.

I want to feel good about myself. I want to have a great night. I just want to feel into myself. I want—I suppose I want to love myself!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck about those things I’m supposed to do like my taxes and my thank you cards. I don’t give a fuck!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “Even though I didn’t do those tasks I wanted to accomplish today, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself exactly the way I am.”

Breathing in I love myself.

If these words are hard for you to hear at all right now, then you really need to hear them.

Even though I’ve been beating myself up a lot lately, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself exactly the way I am. Even though I feel less productive than I want to be, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself exactly the way I am.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and trust in the power of the wild horses!

The wild horses will do your fucking to do list when it’s time! When it’s time to do the taxes, the wild horses will do them for you. When it’s time to write your thank you cards, the wild horses will do it for you.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life! Don’t let your mind’s superimposition of what it thinks you need to do to have a good day drag you down. Don’t let your mind drag you down today!

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today!
Breathe out and smile because you’ll fucking feel better!

Let yourself have fun today! If you let go of all of your preconceived notions about what you’re supposed to do today, the perfect things will come to you and you will do those things that used to be on your list that you had to cross off because you were never ever going to do them. If you let go of your list, the perfect thing will come to you to do!

Breathe in and trust in this process of life!
Breathe out and commit to living your life in the flow!

That’s how it works. The flow can’t be dictated by a motherfucking to do list! It’s a new paradigm. Get used to it! Let the flow take care of it! You have to take the time in every moment to ask yourself, “What feels fun now? What feels fun now? What feels fun now?” Keep asking yourself that instead of asking, “What should I do now, according to my fucking to do list?”

Breathe in and let the flow of well being through you!
Breathe out and let go of the way YOU think things should be.

If you can let go of the way you think things should be, you will see life already is the way you want it to be. And things are the way you want them to go, right now. You have an opportunity right in front of you to do what’s fun!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and step into this moment!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

This is the best day of your life, starting right now! You’re in the right place at the right time, and you’re doing everything right!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Yes!
Thank you!

Today, we’re going to connect to our supply of abundance. Our supply of well being. Our supply of everything we could ever need.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

I’m sure all of us have desires—things we want more of, things we want to change, things that we want and need—and we might want money to get those things. We might want more money. But, what if I told you that your supply of abundance is not money, but instead, it’s the knowledge of the thoughts in your mind?

Breathe in and become aware of your thoughts.
Breathe out and become the Watcher.

Your supply of connection to source, your supply of abundance, your supply of well being, comes from being the observer. It comes from sitting back and watching your thoughts instead of becoming your thoughts.

Breathe in and sit back and watch your thoughts!
Breathe out and keep watching those thoughts.

Your supply (this concept comes from the 40 Day Prosperity Plan)—your supply of abundance and well being is your understanding, awareness, and knowledge of the activity of the divine mind within.

Breathe in and become aware of the activity of your mind.
Breathe out and notice the activity of your mind.

All you have to do, to get back into an abundance mindset, where you are attracting solutions, and harmony and wealth and joy and fun—all you have to do to get into that attractive place, is sit back in your mind, and watch your thoughts.

Breathe in and watch the activity of your divine mind.
Breathe out and feel your power.

This is your power. Your consciousness. Your awareness, your understanding and knowledge of what you’re thinking. It’s just sitting back and watching your thoughts instead of getting lost in your thoughts.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and be here now, watching your thoughts.

So if the supply of your abundance is your awareness, understanding, and knowledge of the divine activity of your mind, your supply of abundance is watching the activity of your mind. When you are watching your thoughts, you are in receiving mode. You are attracting abundance into your life.

Breathe in and become a magnet for abundance!
Breathe out and smile because it really is that easy!

Life is magickal! It’s a mystery! You don’t have to listen to the government! You don’t have to listen to the news! You can go within and listen to your own source within you!

Breathe in and trust your self!
Breathe out and believe in the mystery of life! Not the government!

Believe in yourself! Believe in your connection to your source! You are a powerful witch, you can work magick, and today is your day to start taking advantage of the power within you!

Breathe in and watch your thoughts!
Breathe out and start feeling so relieved!

This is all it takes! So if your supply of abundance is the awareness, understanding and knowledge of the activity of the divine mind within, that means your supply of abundance is just watching the activity of your mind. So today’s mental code is, “What’s the activity?”

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Whats the activity?”
Breathe out and sit back and watch your mind. Ask right now, “What’s the activity?”

Then you can just watch your thoughts come on through the electrical filed in your mind. Each thought that comes to you, you can decide to let it go or to keep it and plant it or think about it. But sitting back and watching your thoughts—being aware of the divine activity—this is what’s going to empower you. This is what gives you control over what you manifest, because you get to choose what thoughts you keep, what thoughts you grow, what thoughts you throw away.

Breathe in and empower yourself today! Don’t wait for the government to do something!
Breathe out and be empowered! Govern yourself today!

Decide to take control of your vibration! Decide to connect to your supply of abundance! It’s so simple! Just watch the divine activity of your mind!

Breathe in and ask, “What’s the activity?”
Breathe out and understand and know the divine activity of your mind.

Everything is perfect and in its place. And now you have the key to the source of abundance.

The more you get out of the way, the more things will flow. If you’re resisting with your thoughts, and by trying to control what other people are doing, or trying to control your household—if you try to control, your circumstances control you. But if you let go of control, suddenly you have control!

Deciding to play with life is one way to let go of control. When something goes wrong or you don’t like something, play with it. Take it as a volley. There are so many ways to play with your circumstances instead of getting frustrated or resisting or getting mad.

The more you let go, the more it flows. And control is letting go! Do you believe that life is helping you? Do you believe that there is a flow of well being that you can access?

You access it by letting go of your resistance. You access it by letting go of trying to control life. You can’t control life! We can’t start life! We don’t know how it works! You can’t control it! It’s a mystery! It’s magickal!

Trying to make sure everyones sticking to the way you want things done—it never works. But what does work, is letting go of caring. Letting go of trying to force things. Letting go of forcing your way of things onto the world.

Today I’ve noticed that I’m resisting so much. I’m resisting the news. I’m resisting the pain in my back. I’m resisting having to cook. I’m resisting being told what to do. I’m resisting being inconvenienced. I’m resisting having to take care of myself! I’m resisting a lot!

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and truly let go of your resistance.

Ask yourself, “What am I conscious of right now?” I am conscious of these lights on me. I am conscious of the pressure to say the right thing. I am conscious of this little hole in my mind where the right words come through.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What am I conscious of?”
Breathe out and just let yourself sit with that question. I am conscious of…

I am conscious of the airplane noise. I am conscious of my judgement of flying. I am conscious of second-guessing everything I say. I am conscious of my diluted focus. I am conscious of feeling pressured to stick to the schedule I set up in my mind. What are you conscious of?

Breathe in and just notice what you’re conscious of.
Breathe out and say, “I’ve noticed I’m conscious of that and that’s ok!”

Today, we are going to let go of our resistance and start allowing well being to flow!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Imagine your resistance leaving your body. There’s so much going on to resist. So much newness that we’re not used to. So much inconvenience.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and know that the more resistance you let go of, the more your life will flow!

And to let go of resistance, you only have to allow, or accept what is.

Breathe in and accept what is!
Breathe out and smile because the solution is simple! You don’t have to DO anything!

To accept things as they are, means to stop resisting them in you mind. To stop fighting the way things are. Things have changed forever. And that can be a great thing! But we still might resist so much of what is happening.

Breathe in and notice your resistance!
Breathe out and intend to let it go.

You don’t even have to let it go right now. Just say, “I intend to let my resistance go. I intend to let my resistance go. I intend to let go of my resistance. I intend to stop resisting and start allowing!”

Breathe in and say, “I allow this!”
Breathe out and allow what is!

When you allow things to be as they are, you also allow other things to come in, like abundance and health and fun and joy!

Breathe in and say, “I allow this!”
Breathe out and let go of that resistance!

You don’t need it! It doesn’t help you; it just drags you down and makes you feel pain and illness. Resisting is only negative thoughts in your mind. It’s only your painful reaction to circumstances. And we can change that right now and start allowing what IS to BE, so it can move on! So that what we want can come through!

Breathe in and allow what you want to come through!
Breathe out and ask yourself, “What do I want?”

I just want to have a good attitude and I want to feel good and I want to be uplifting and I want to have fun and I just want to be present and allowing. I want to be present and allowing. What do you want?

Breathe in and allow what is.
Breathe out and know that with each thing you allow to be as it is, you allow something you want in!

Breathing in, I allow what is.
Breathing out, I allow what I want to come!

You can try variations of this mental code, like, “I’ll allow it!” Try that. Try to be playful about allowing this calamity. Try to be playful about allowing the things you’re resisting.

Breathing in, I’ll allow it!
Breathing out, I’ll allow it!

Just allow it. For each thing you’re resisting that you allow, you will allow something you want IN. So start thinking of all the opportunities you have now to allow what you want to come to you!

Just get your attention into the present moment, away from all those worried thoughts, away from all that financial anxiety.

Breathe in and pull your attention into this present moment.
Breathe out and start feeling an inkling of playfulness!

Playfulness is what’s going to get us through. Laughing is going to get us through! Playing with the pandemic is going to get us through this!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and smile!

If you can let yourself feel playful, if you can let yourself lighten up and laugh, you’ll start seeing the silver linings, the positive aspects. And laughter is good for the immune system!

Breathe in and decide to play today!
Breathe out and ask yourself, “What would it look like if I played with the pandemic?”

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Yeah, we all want everything to be ok. We want everyone to be healthy. We want our money to stay flowing. We want more money. We want to know that our rent and bills are going to be paid. We want to know we’re going to have enough food and water.

Breathe in and let all those preferences go!
Breathe up… Breathe up? Breathe up! Breathe yourself up!

It’s time to let go of caring about what happens. It’s time to let go of caring about the outcome. It’s time to just say, “I don’t give a fuck!” And enjoy what we have right here, right now.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and breathe up!

Breathe yourself up! Breathe yourself up to the next level! Breathe yourself up to a higher vibration!Breathe yourself up to feeling better, right now! When you feel better, you see the solutions. When you feel better, things start working out.

Breathe in and notice how you feel right now.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “How do I feel right now?”

Now say to yourself, “I’ve noticed I feel this way and that’s ok!” I’ve noticed I feel terrified and that’s ok. I’ve noticed I feel panicked and that’s ok. I’ve noticed I feel a lack mindset and that’s ok! I’ve noticed I feel worried and anxious and that’s ok! I’ve noticed that I’m beating myself up for tripping over my words and that’s ok! Ive noticed that I’m putting a lot of pressure on myself to still make money and that’s ok!

Breathe in and be ok with what is!
Breathe out and surrender those preferences.

Surrender caring about the outcome. Let go of your attachment to outcome. The outcome’s not going to look like any of us think it is. We don’t know what’s going to happen, but we do know how we feel right now and we do know that we get to choose our next thought!

Breathe in and take control of your vibration!
Breathe out and smile because that will help you feel better!

And if you don’t feel good, let yourself feel it. Let yourself cry. Write in your journal. Write a diary entry. Do anything to get what you’re feeling and experiencing, out of your mind!

Breathe in and relax! It’s going to be ok!
Breathe out and trust the process of life!

We’re all going to be affected. But life knows what’s best. We can trust the process of life. We can trust that it’s going to work out for the greater good and that’s what we need to focus on right now—the greater good. The greater good of the planet, the greater good of our species.

Breathe in and focus on the greater good!
Breathe out and ask god, or life, or the universe, to help you serve the greater good.

Dear life, dear the universe, dear god, I ask you to please just help me serve the greater good! That’s all we can do, is the serve the greater good.

Breathe in and start serving the greater good right now!
Breathe out and know that you are serving the greater good, just by choosing to meditate, just by choosing to look at it from a different perspective.

Now it’s time to play with this motherfucking pandemic!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and decide to play with the pandemic!

How can we play with the pandemic today? Sometimes making jokes about it feels a little insensitive, laughing about it can seem hard, so how can we play with it? How can we get a breath of playfulness about this situation?

Breathe in and begin by smiling!
Breathe out and smile because your mind will take cues from your body.

Just like when you slow down your breath, it slows down your thoughts. If you can slow down and smile, your body will start feeling better. Your emotions will start feeling better. Your thoughts will start feeling better!

Breathe in and begin to play by smiling!
Breathe out and start feeling the feeling of playfulness!

What does it feel like to be playful? It feels like fun! It feels like, “I love what I’m doing!” It feels like relief! It feels like joy! It feels like laughing! How can we laugh through this? How can we laugh even if we’re sick? How can we laugh even if our loved ones get sick? How can we laugh even if a lot of people die?

Breathe in and ask for laughter!
Breathe out and pray for laughter!

Just pray for laughter! That’s what we can do! That would really help!

Breathe in and play for laughter!
Breathe out and pray for play!

Everything is going to be ok. Even if we all get sick and die, it will serve the greater good. We can serve the greater good starting right now, by not taking this seriously. We can serve the greater good by choosing love instead of fear. We can serve the greater good by helping each other laugh and have fun! That’s why we’re here in physical reality! To have fun with it! Just to experience the feeling of joy! When we’re dead, it’s all just permanent love and I guess that gets boring because there’s no contrast to make us appreciate the constant love. This contrast that’s happening right now, in our world, is happening so that we can experience the other side of the wave!

Breathe in and just imagine the other side of the wave!
Breathe out and imagine what the future can be like after this!

What if we don’t have to be slaves to capitalism anymore? What if we don’t have to worry about paying for healthcare? What if we don’t have to worry about paying the rent? What if we don’t have to worry about working even when we’re sick? What if we don’t have to worry about climate change? And fracking! What if all those things come to an end? What if there’s no more pollution? What if all the animals get better? What if all the forests grow back? What if we have a new political system where everyone takes care of each other? What if it all works out for the best?

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and know that it’s all happening in our favor!

Everything that’s happening, is happening in our favor. And even though we’re scared, even though we’re worried, even though we’re afraid, even though we’re anxious, even though we don’t know what’s going to happen, we can still be present and playful and trust the process of life!

W can trust balance will be restored. We can trust we’ll be ok even after we die. We can trust our consciousness will live on.

Say to those worries, “I don’t give a fuck!” I’m going to enjoy what time I have left here! I’m going to have fun with what time I have left here! I’m going to be playful with this pandemic! What else can we do? Let’s just laugh! Let’s just play and have fun! Let’s make the best! Let’s look for the positive aspects.

Breathe in and decide to enjoy what you have!
Breathe out and commit to playing with the pandemic!

Life is just for fun. And most of us are getting the break that we’ve been wanting! The planet’s getting the break that it’s been wanting. So many desires are being answered right now!

Breathe in and let go of that attachment to the outcome.
Breathe out and be grateful for this change.

We wanted change. We wanted this. We wanted massive social change didn’t we? We wanted this!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

We’re going to play with this pandemic! We’re going to have fun in the pandemic! We’re going to choose love over fear! We’re going to choose to have fun!

Breathe in and choose love over fear!
Breathe out and choose to play with the pandemic!

And if you don’t know how to play with the pandemic, if things get too scary, just go back to your breath, go back to your presence, and smile! And your smiling will cue your body and your mind to start bringing in those solutions. To start bringing in the laughter!

Breathe in and feel your playfulness returning!
Breathe out and really commit to having fun in the pandemic!

There’s not much else we can do other than stay home, relax, be patient. And laugh!

Laughing is our medicine right now! Laughing is going to really help! It’s time to play! It’s time to enjoy the time we have here!

Breathe out and lead with your example!

If you can be light and play and laugh, you’ll inspire other people to be light and play and laugh! Its all working out for all of us. Life has our best interests in mind.

Love will win. It always wins. But we can help speed up that process. We can help more people feel love.

It may be true that love is not all you need to keep your physical body alive, but it’s the seed of health. It’s the seed of peace. It’s the seed of joy. Love is the only thing that’s real! And if there’s nothing else you can do, just focus on love, yeah, love!

Breathe out and feel love in your heart!

Remind yourself to choose love. Especially when you’re scared! There are so many techniques you can use to choose it. Most of the the techniques I know just involve repeating an affirmation or mental code like, “Love, yeah, love. Love, yeah, love.” Or,

Breathing out I love myself.

Let yourself focus on love! The other way to focus on love, is by stepping away from all of your thoughts. The mind loves fear! You can choose to step away from your thoughts, by counting or focusing on your breath, and you will return to your natural set point of love. You will remember what is real. The clouds will clear. You will remember you ARE love. This reality IS love, yeah, love!

Breathe in and choose love today!
Breathe out and remind yourself any time you feel afraid: Love, yeah, love!

Just a breath of focusing on love can help change the trajectory of your whole life! You can choose love right now. You will reap the rewards in the days and months and years and lifetimes to come.

Breathe in and choose love today!

Everything is working out for you. Everything is working out for everyone! The more we can all focus on love, the more that’s what we’ll see.

And when you raise your vibration, you show other people how to do it and then they raise their vibration

Train your attention today. And eventually you’ll break through to presence, to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. And that’s where your affirmations start working. That’s where you start manifesting miracles. That’s where you start feeling amazing and attracting solutions. When you’re present, it all works out and you can see how it was all meant to be!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and step into this present moment!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

It’s easy to get caught up in our worried thoughts, but today I have a new technique for you to try that I learned from the Osho Zen Tarot deck.

Breathe in and open to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Everything is working out perfectly and you’re in the right place at the right time. Remember that presence will always protect you. Today, as you go about your day, remind yourself to be totally present.The 5 of Fire Osho Zen Tarot card—it’s the 5 of Wands—it means Totality. What this card means is to be totally present. The picture on the card is three women on a trapeze, and the message is: these people need to be so completely present because if they’re not, their lives are at risk. So we can take this lesson from the 5 of Fire—Totality—and apply it to our lives today, apply it to our fearful thoughts.

Breathe in and feel the meaning of totality.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “When am I not being total?”

When am I not totally present? Let this be your mental code today. As you go about your day, ask yourself, “When am I not total? When am I not total?” This should jar you into the present moment and make you aware of your thoughts. You’re total when you have no thoughts. You’re total when you’re completely present in the moment, on the trapeze, doing your trapeze act.

Breathe in and be on the trapeze!
Breathe out and let your presence protect you!

When are you not total? When are you worried? When are you fearful? When are you being clever? When are you thinking? Ask yourself, all day today, over and over, when am I not total?

When am I not total?

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and be total in your presence.

Have total awareness. Let the 5 of Fire, Totality, drive you today. Let it give you clarity. Just ask yourself, “When am I not total?” And in the moment you ask yourself, you’ll notice a silence in your mind when you become present. In that moment, you are total.

Breathe in and be totally present.
Breathe out and bask in your totality.

Your presence will protect you. Stand up to your mind today. Stand up to your fearful thoughts. Stand up to your worries.

Breathe in and be protected by your presence.
Breathe out and trust the flow of life. You can trust the process of life.

It is all working out. And no matter what happens, you will still be ok.

Breathe in and experience totality.
Breathe out and surrender to the present moment.
