Acceptance Makes Life More Fun
Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

You are in the right place. This is the right time. And you are doing everything right!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Let your body relax. Let your mind slow down. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Today, accept everything as it is. By letting go of your resistance to what is, you make room for things to change. And most of all, you feel better!

Breathe in and accept it all as it is!
Breathe out and say to your reality, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Anything that you’re looking at, that you feel an aversion to, like someone says something you don’t like, or you see something you disagree with, just say to that person or that scenario, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” And then feel your body release the resistance.

Breathe in and be healed!
Breathe out and know that it’s only resistance that makes you feel bad.

Resistance is just your thoughts. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

You release your resistance by making peace with what is. And to make peace with what is, you only have to say, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and focus your attention.

When you let go of your resistance, the manifestations come. You don’t have to work on manifesting. You don’t have to think really hard about what you want. It’s only your thoughts blocking what you want from coming. It’s already on the way. It’s already right in front of you! All you gotta do is change your perspective and you can see what you wanted is right in front of you!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Today, make it your mission to accept it all as it is. By saying, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are,” or just by looking at something and saying, “I accept it as it is.”

Breathe in and accept it as it is.
Breathe out and love and accept it as it is.

This applies to yourself too. You don’t have to change anything. You don’t have to do anything different. Just love and accept yourself exactly the way you are. And then, the things that need to change will change themselves.

Breathe in and lighten up! We’re just here for fun!
Breathe out and feel excited about your day!

Acceptance can make life so much more fun.

Breathing in I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.

You live the magick life! And magick is just a matter of letting go of your resistance. To let the natural flow of life pulse what you want to you.

It’s all for you. This life thing we’re on, it’s all magick. It’s all love. It’s all pure positive energy. Pure potential. Anything can happen!

The Formula for the Best Day of Your Life! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Whatever’s happening today: Accept What Is.

Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and say it: “I accept it as it is.”

Our suffering comes from resisting what is, and when you fight is, you lose. So today, let’s embrace and accept it all. And then it will be free to flow and change.

Breathe in and say, “I accept it as it is!”
Breathe out and apply this to all of your reality, especially people.

When you see someone doing something you don’t like, just say, “I accept you as you are. I accept this as it is.” And try to let go of your resistance to the situation.

Breathe in and accept it as it is.
Breathe out and feel at peace.

When you accept it as it is, you no longer feel that tension in your body, that feeling of pulling away and resisting and suffering.

Breathe in and accept it as it is.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

When you accept it as it is, there’s nothing to fight. And when you’re not fighting, you’re allowing. And when you’re allowing, you let what you want come to you. And you give people the freedom to change on their own!

Breathe in and accept it as it is!
Breathe out and feel at peace.

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and let go of all of that resistance.

Now that you’ve accepted it as it is, it’s time to have fun! So, say you’ve made peace with what is, you’ve stopped resisting, you’re no longer suffering. But how do you start thriving? All you have to do to thrive is ask yourself, “What feels fun right now? What would feel fun right now?”

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What would feel fun right now?”
Breathe out and just sit with that question. What would feel fun right now?

It can take some time for the answer to come, but give yourself a full 5 minutes if that’s what it takes to feel out what sounds fun right now. If you can follow what sounds fun, that’s the same thing as following your bliss.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What would feel fun right now?”
Breathe out and feel for it. Feel for fun. What would feel fun right now?

Getting a haircut. Getting a tattoo. Getting a massage. Going shopping! Climbing a tree. What would feel fun to you right now?

Breathe in and keep asking yourself today, what would feel fun right now?
Breathe out and get ready to thrive, because that’s all you need to thrive today.

Accept what is and feel for what’s fun! That’s the formula for having the best day of your life!

Breathe out and let yourself be present enough in the moment that you can ask yourself, “What feels fun right now?”

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What feels fun right now?”
Breathe out and let the answer come to you.

What feels fun right now?

Breathe in and keep feeling that fun feeling. What feels fun right now?
Breathe out and feel the feeling of fun!

What feels fun right now? To me, laughing feels fun. Laughing at jokes. Laughing with my friends. What feels fun to you?

Breathe in and open up to receiving fun today!
Breathe out and let your doubts and worries go.

Life is not serious! You can let all those thoughts go. Your only obligation and responsibility is to your self. Decide today, to be true to yourself. All that means is to listen to your emotions. What are your emotions telling you??

Breathe in and ask yourself, “How do I feel?”
Breathe out and feel around in there. How do you feel?

I feel frustrated with myself, but I feel a tendril of hope and optimism and enthusiasm poking through. How do you feel?

Breathe in and lighten up! We’re just here for fun! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let those worries go!

When something doesn’t feel fun, don’t do it!

Breathe in and feel energy filling you! This is where it comes from!
Breathe out and keep feeling that feeling of fun!

What sounds fun now? Go towards that! And if your mind’s telling you things like drugs and alcohol and food, perhaps think twice. Perhaps ask yourself, “Does that really sound fun? Is that really the connection I’m craving? Is that really the thing that I think is going to make me feel good?”

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What’s going to make me feel good today?”
Breathe out and let your worries go!

What is going to make me feel good today, is standing up to my thoughts, being in the present moment, smiling, and not taking any shit from anyone!

I am not here to please you! I am not here to do favors for you! I am here to feel good, have fun and enjoy being.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and remember to be kind.

But kindness starts by being kind to yourself. And if it takes not being kind to yourself to be kind to someone else, you’re not doing it right.

Breathe in and be kind to yourself.
Breathe out and be true to yourself.

Listen to what you want. Listen to how you feel. Listen to what sounds fun to you today. Stop taking shit from other people! Stop listening to what other people want! What do you want?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and let go.

I just want to be present, and I think I want to get off instagram!

Breathe in and be kind to yourself today!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Surrendering your preferences means letting go of attachment to outcome. Just because you want something doesn’t mean you have to care if you get it that way. All wanting helps you know is how you want to feel.

What do you want?

I want to feel energized! I want to have fun!

To feel energized and to have fun, I only have to enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts AND your reality!
Breathe out and stand up for yourself today!

You don’t have to be a doormat. You don’t have to say yes to every small request. You don’t have to please anyone but yourself. Today you’re pleasing you only!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

As you go about your day, when you need more energy, or you need a mood boost, practice the feeling of love.

Breathe in and draw love into your body.
Breathe out and exhale love into the world.

Breathe in and know love is the answer to all problems.
Breathe out and smile because love is fun! Love is playful! Love is joyful!

When you let yourself feel love, your mood increases! Your problems solve themselves! Your relationships improve and you notice the abundance already in your life.

Breathe out and focus on that feeling of love right now.

To me it feels like a warmth radiating out of my heart, a forcefield of energy that’s warm, and maybe red or yellow or orange. Love feels like warmth and safety. Delight and fun.

Breathe in and choose love today.
Breathe out and let fear go today.

It can be challenging to keep our attention on love, but today that is what we’re going to do. It’s what we’re doing right now. And if you allow yourself to keep your attention on love, it will be reflected back to you.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

And you can know when you’re mind-identified because practicing love feels hard and your mind might want to skip it altogether and say, “Fuck it! I’m not in the mood to love!” And that’s the time when practicing will be the most beneficial.

Breathe in and intend to love today.
Breathe out and let go of any resistance you have.

All you gotta do is intend it and it will come. Today I intend to act with love. I intend to think with love. I intend to be love. I intend to speak love yeah love.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love you!

Breathing in I love my life!
Breathing out I am love, yeah, love!

Let yourself embody love today. Let it energize you and solve your problems. And if it still feels a little inaccessible, just keep focusing on it and intending it. Gradually you will build up your tolerance for love and you will build up your tolerance for a loving life.

Tie it all together with your breath: smiling, loving, breathing. Those three things, that’s all you need to have the best day of your life!

I want to be in the flow and have my path light up for me. I want to love what I’m doing. What do you want?

How will you feel when you get what you want?

When I’m in the flow and loving what I’m doing, it feels like being on a people mover, like universal speed, universal energy. It feels like life is living me and I don’t have to try or think about it. It feels like I’m being nature. Like what’s happening is as natural as a plant growing.

Breathe in and step into the flow.
Breathe out and let go of your resistance.

It’s easy to step into the flow. You just let go of your thoughts that are holding you out of the flow.

Remember that is the key to feeling good and joyful! Just let your thoughts go! Only your thoughts can make you feel bad!

Now I’m smiling. Now I’m looking at the camera. Now I’m letting my shoulders relax. Now I’m appreciating the blue sky. Now I’m noticing sounds from downstairs. Now I’m noticing all my thoughts clamoring for my attention. But when I’m on my Now trip, I’m on that people mover. I’m in the universal flow. I’m here, now!

Breathe in and just be here now!
Breathe out and get some relief from your thoughts!

There are so many ways to step into your Now trip, to drop down into your heart. To start feeling joy. You can try silent counting to get your focus strengthened, and it’s easier to focus on your Now trip. You can try focusing on your breath or using an affirmation or mental code like “love yeah love,” or, “I love myself.” Whatever method or technique you try today, just remember the point is presence. It’s not to get anywhere else. It’s not to manifest anything. It’s just to be here now, because in the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life! Drop down into your heart, take your Now trip and remember who you are! You are love, YEAH LOVE!

The quality of your doing is defined by the quality of your not-doing. So if you want to enhance your output, be more productive, make better work, feel more creative, be inspired—all you have to do is nothing!

Breathe in and do nothing!
Breathe out and relax.

Your not-doing is just your relaxing. It’s your meditating. It’s your resting. Being still. Coloring. Singing. Doing anything that doesn’t require thinking. And that you’re not using to measure success.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and do nothing!

The quality of your doing is determined by the quality of your not-doing. If you want to have better creative output, just relax and stop doing so much.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and just be here now.

Take the Now trip. Just be here now. You don’t have to plan. You don’t have to scheme. You don’t have to think about your problems.

Breathe in and just relax.
Breathe out and do nothing.

Allow yourself to do nothing. You don’t have to be productive 24/7. You should really measure your success by how little you do! Because that’s saving up the energy. It’s making your land fertile. So that when the time is right, wild horses won’t be able to stop you from getting that creative project done, or whatever it is that you want to get done. If you don’t want to do something, it’s not the right time. And when it is the right time, you’ll know.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and let go of striving and needing to achieve in every minute!

The quality of your doing is determined by the quality of your not-doing. Decide today, to not do! Unless wild horses can’t stop you. And when wild horses come to play with you, life is so much fun. But until they come to play with you, you’re free to relax. To be still. To be silent. And to do nothing!

Breathe in and do nothing!
Breathe out and let go of your to do list.

Let go of your checklists. Let go of your expectations for yourself. Just relax and do nothing.

Breathe in and be still today.
Breathe out and feel so relieved, because if you want your doing to be better, you only have to not-do better. And that’s easy!

Whenever you have an idle moment that you want to fill with checking things off your list, do something totally not productive, not making money, like meditate, count, or nap.

Being present is so much easier than our minds want us to believe, because our minds don’t want us to be present. Because in the present, our minds aren’t there!

Breathe in and step away from your mind.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

Today we’re going to use a technique developed at the Esalen Institute for consciousness training / awareness development. It’s in Big Sur, California. At the Esalen Institute, they developed this technique for staying present, called the Now Trip.

Breathe in and get ready for the Now Trip!
Breathe out and realize you’re already here!

To take the Now Trip, all you have to do is say, “Now…” and then whatever you’re doing or seeing or witnessing.

Breathe in and look around you.
Breathe out and begin your Now Trip.

Now I’m smiling while I look at the camera. Now I’m sitting in a chair. Now I can hear the buzz of the lights. Now I can feel my bottom on the chair. Now I can feel my hands touching each other. Now I can hear an airplane in the distance. Now I can hear my mind stirring, asking, “How many more things can you notice in the now??” Now I’m letting my body relax. Now I’m taking a breath in. Now I’m taking a breath out. Now I’m hearing water running through the pipes. Now I’m feeling more relaxed. Now I’m noticing things I don’t want to say. Now I’m noticing the beautiful window in front of me. Now I’m noticing that I feel calmer but my mind is still intruding. Now I’m hearing cars driving by. Now I’m noticing a tightness in my shoulder. Now I’m breathing out.

And so on! And so on! You can do this all day, during whatever you’re doing. Narrate to yourself, constantly today. Now I’m walking across the room. Now I’m opening the door. Now I’m pouring myself some cereal. Whatever you’re doing, take it on your Now Trip. Today, you are tripping in the Now!

Breathe in and feel so excited because today you will be more present than ever!
Breathe out and come back to Now.

Now you are more excited than ever!

Breathe in and know you’re going to enjoy your life today!
Breathe out and feel yourself enjoying your life right now!

Today, take your Now Trip. Start right now. Noticing whatever it is you’re doing. As you do this, notice how you feel. Do you become calmer? Do you get inspired? Do you see your path light up for you? So much good comes from being here now.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and relax. You have the secret. You’re already here now!

Be Headless
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Everything is going exactly as it should. It’s safe to get out of the way and let what you want come to you.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

Nothing has to change for you to be happy right now. You get to choose what you think next!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself become headless!

Breathe in and cut off your head!
Breathe out and imagine what it would feel like to be headless.

If you have no head, what are you going to think with?

Breathe in and cut off your head.
Breathe out and bring your awareness down into your heart and start thinking from there.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and drop down into your heart.

Focus your attention on your heart. Feel what it feels like to be centered in your heart.

Breathe in and bring love into your heart.
Breathe out and project love from your heart.

If your mind isn’t there to distract and find problems, you’re free to live from love, yeah love!

Breathe out and drop down to your heart.

What does it feel like to have your awareness centered in your heart?

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and feel the sensation in your heart growing.

The more focus you put on your heart center of your body, the less focus is on your thoughts.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and drop down to your heart.

Look around you. But look around from your heart. If you’re headless you’re not looking through your eyes, you’re looking through your heart.

Breathe in and look around with your heart.
Breathe out and look through your heart center.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and drop down into your heart.

Try this technique whenever you’re facing anything really, but especially things you don’t like, things you don’t prefer.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and look from your heart.

When you’re dropped down into your heart center, you aren’t criticizing and judging, or even feeling fear. From your heart center, your path will light up for you.

Breathe in and be headless.
Breathe out and drop down into your heart.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and focus on that feeling of love in your heart.

As you go about your day, remind yourself, over and over, to be headless. To drop down into your heart. It will help you wake up in the dream, and enter the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.
