Stop Doing the Avoid Dance (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Remember that everything you want, you want because you want god. You want love. And you can get there right now. You don’t need anything in your life to change. You don’t need anyone to do anything differently. You don’t need more money or more health. You can become one with love and god right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Trust this question, this holy question. Trust that by noticing or recognizing your innate awareness, you will merge with love. You will merge with all that is because everything is made up of pure awareness, including you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Keep asking and asking and asking, keep doing the inquiry until you see through the illusion of your thoughts. Your thoughts are convincing you that you need something to change in order to feel better or be happy.

Breathe in and see nothing has to change.
Breathe out and smile because nothing has to change for you to be satisfied and fulfilled in this physical reality.

It’s a recognition, you’re already doing it. It’s just the clouds of thought that are preventing you from seeing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Sometimes it helps to acknowledge the clouds of thought that are mucking up your day. Yes I’m in pain, yes I’m irritable, yes I wish people would act differently, yes I’m anticipating arguments, yes I am annoyed, yes I am dreading things, yes I am seeking, yes I am looking for a chemical feeling instead of doing the work, yes I’m feeling lazy, yes I’m so annoyed with myself and the world, yes I’m tired of being the fucking source, yes I’m tired, yes I’m tired of trying too hard, yes I’m tired of looking for satisfaction in the world. Yes, I’m tired of waiting to be valued. Yes, I’m tired of waiting for attention. Yes, I’m tired of waiting, yes, I’m tired of waiting, yes, I’m tired of waiting.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and welcome where you are.

Yes, I’m tired of waiting. Yes, I’m disappointed in myself for looking to another wave when I’m the source of the waves. Yes, I’m so disappointed in myself. Yes, I want to take the easy way out. Yes, I want to give up. Yes, I just want to feel better. Yes, I’m tired of pleasing other motherfucking people.
Yes, I’m tired of trying to please all day, every day, when I don’t even know how to please myself.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and feel better already.

When you acknowledge what’s going on, those thoughts lose their power and you see they’re just passing objects in awareness. You don’t have to resist them. You can let them go.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Let the emotions pass. Let the thoughts pass by acknowledging them, by facing them. Face whatever it is that’s bothering you. It’s not as bad as it seems when you’re resisting it. It’s not as bad as it seems when you’re avoiding it.

Breathe in and stop doing the avoid dance.
Breathe out and just let yourself be.

Let the thoughts pass. Let yourself just exist. You don’t have to try. You don’t have to please. You don’t have to change. Just exist and you’re already doing it.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you to really get in that feeling place of receiving.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Surrender trying to control. Let yourself relax today. Let go of trying to control with your thoughts. Your only control is letting go.

Breathe in and notice everything you’re trying to control.
Breathe out and let it go.

Let it go. Say I don’t give a fuck. I’ve decided to feel good about that.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m trying to control other people. Yes, I’m trying to control my mood. Yes, I’m trying to control my energy. Yes, I’m trying to control what happens. Yes, I’m trying to control how other people feel.

Breathe in and notice everything you’re trying to control.
Breathe out and let it go.

I’ve decided to feel good about that. It’s working itself out.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax into receiving.

The more you let go, the more it flows. Trust that it’s safe to let the thoughts go. The only thing you’re letting go of is thinking, worrying, analyzing, wondering. Surrender it all. You can do it by focusing on gratitude by repeating thank you and really feeling it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You can let go of your thoughts by asking, “Am I aware?” and noticing your attention, your perception, your awareness, doing the no-thought thing of being aware. You’re already doing it. You’re just recognizing that it’s happening and when you notice the awareness you already are, the thoughts relax and you feel free. You feel in love. You feel at peace and you feel rich.

Breathe in and feel rich today.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness to feel rich today.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Your wealth is your presence.

Your presence is your magick. Presence is what makes you feel love because you’re not separated from anything. Presence is what makes you feel peace because your mind isn’t agitated and presence is what makes you feel abundant and rich because you don’t notice lack. You only notice the glory of this moment and how perfect it is.

We’re living in this miracle, this improbability and we just forget about it and we give all our attention to our thoughts. But if you can relax into identifying as pure awareness you will feel so rich, so abundant, so wealthy because you already have everything you need. It’s this moment.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel yourself do the no-thought thing of recognizing, yes I am aware, I’m already doing it.

Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes I am.

Allow yourself to stabilize in this practice whenever you start worrying or overthinking or stressing. Ask yourself, am I aware? And really devote yourself to truly looking for the answer. It only works if you’re authentic in your questioning.

Breathing out, yes I am.

It’s so similar to the feeling you get when you’re tripping, like waking up in the dream or beginner’s mind like it’s the first time you’re in this space time and it is the first time. It’s just your patterns of thought that make you feel dissatisfied with what is but you can disrupt your patterns of thought right now by simply identifying as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware and I know that this moment contains all the wealth I could ever need because this moment is all that truly exists. I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

You’re the Magick (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Everything that you want is coming. But you have to enjoy this moment so much as if you had everything you wanted. This moment is it. This moment is what you’re looking for.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and keep looking.

Who am I?

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

The mind wants to answer. It wants to answer with the body, the thoughts, the experiences, the memories, the dreams. But who you really are is awareness. And when you ask who am I, notice that there’s nothing really there other than the looking itself, the awareness itself. You are simply pure awareness. And when you relax into being that pure awareness, life already is the way you want it to be. The manifestations flow to you, but you don’t care because when you are simply identified as pure awareness, you already have everything you want.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

Who are you without the thoughts? Who are you without the body? Who are you without the memory? Who are you without expectations of the future? Who are you without words? You are simply aware, knowing, watching, looking, knowing what’s happening, experiencing. That’s it. That’s all you really are. The one thing that doesn’t change about you is your awareness.

Breathe in and simply identify as that awareness.
Breathe out and relax into the one unchanging thing, pure awareness.

You’ve always been the same awareness. You always will be the same awareness. Awareness is who you really are. And when you rest as pure awareness, you’re safe, you’re rich, you’re in love, because you are identified with god. You are one with all that is. Everything is pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems.

When I am aware, I am at peace because my mind is not agitated. When I am aware, I am abundant and happy because I’m not noticing any lack. And when I am aware, I am in love because I’m not separate from anything. I’m not the separate person that is afraid of dying or being attacked. When I am aware, I am one with all that is, and so I am in love with all that is.

Breathe in and really look, who am I?
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you are simply pure awareness.

Beyond all the words, all the thoughts, all the labels, all the memories, all the dreams, you are just the awareness aware of it all. That never changes. You as pure awareness are always the same, and when you relax and rest in the unchanging pure awareness, life flows so smoothly. Manifestations come, but you’re not attached to anything because you know you’re the magick. You don’t need anything outside of you. You’re the source. You’re the love. Everything else is just a reflection of you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

I am aware that I am aware. And sometimes the question, am I aware? introduces too much thought. So when you ask, who am I? And you have that empty space of silence in your mind. That’s who you really are, just the awareness.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness today.
Breathe out and let your life flow so perfectly today.

You are now aware and you are now in the flow.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and let yourself notice your thoughts.
Breathe out and let yourself drop the thoughts.

You don’t need them. Surrender right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax.

Just say thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and notice all the things you’re resisting.
Breathe out and welcome all the things you’re resisting.

Welcome emails. Welcome taxes. Welcome working out. Welcome construction sounds. Welcome.

Breathe in and welcome your experience.
Breathe out and really slow down into the welcoming.

Welcome emails. Welcome the feeling of stress, the feeling of pressure. Welcome to-do list. Welcome the feeling of urgency. Welcome the feeling of being rushed.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and keep relaxing into the welcoming.

Drop your resistance to what is right now. Welcome resistance to working out. Welcome resistance to having to do things by a certain time. Welcome the feeling that I need to get it all done right now. Welcome impatience.

Breathe in and slow down into the welcoming.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

The more you let go, the more it flows. And what you’re letting go of is resistance. You can look at it as you’re letting go of thoughts, but it’s the resistance. Thinking is resisting. Thinking slows down what’s happening because you’re resisting it. But when you slow down your attention into the resisting, it breaks it up and life can start flowing again.

Breathe in and slow down your attention.
Breathe out and relax into the welcoming.

Resistance is the build up of thoughts. Resistance is thinking I don’t want this. Resistance is thinking I don’t want to do this. No, I don’t want this. I don’t want this.

Breathe in and notice everything you’re resisting.
Breathe out and flip the switch to yes, I want this.

Thank you, I want this. Thank you taxes that I still have to file. Thank you all of these numbers I have to review. Thank you. Thank you all these emails I have to reply to. Thank you all these phone calls I have to make. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and let the magick do it.
Breathe out and let the magick do it.

When you stop resisting what is, you let the flow come through and take care of it. All of the thoughts about all the things you don’t want to do, pin the things you don’t want to do in place. But if you can welcome the things and consider the possibility that the magick life could take care of them, your to-do list starts disappearing, doing itself.

Breathe in and trust the magick to do it today.
Breathe out and give yourself some credit.

You’re magickal. You can let the magick do it. You don’t have to feel so uptight and tense about all you have to get done. You can let the magick do it by releasing your resistance, by welcoming what is, by thanking everything that you think is happening against you.

Breathe in and remember it’s happening in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you to all of those things you’re resisting. Thank you, taxes. Thank you to-do list. Thank you resistance. Thank you lawyers. Thank you Medicare. Thank you Medicaid. Thank you bureaucracy. Thank you Cuyahoga County. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel things shift when you say thank you.
Breathe out and know this is your prayer and it has so much power.

You say thank you like it’s already done. You say thank you like it’s already in your favor. You say thank you like life’s already going your way. That’s all you have to do to see life already is the way you want it to be. It’s already going your way. It’s up to you to see it that way.

Breathing in thank you.
Breathing out thank you.

Thank you other people helping me with my work. Thank you other people helping me for free. Thank you emails keeping everything so organized. Thank you phone calls for magickally fixing the problem. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and magickally fix your problems today.
Breathe out and relax into thank you.

You’re letting go of your resistance to what is. You’re breaking up the hard rocks of thought so that life can flow through and fix your problems for you.

Breathing in thank you.
Breathing out thank you. Thank you.

Life can go your way and it can be easy and your work can do itself. You just have to choose to welcome what is, thank what is and trust it’s in your favor. When you choose the perspective of love and appreciation and gratitude, life reflects it to you and all that stuff you thought was working against you is now visibly in your favor.

Presence Stops Suffering (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and remember presence is the only security.
Breathe out and remember that you only want what you want because you want to be one with god.

And you can have that now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

Recognize, “Yes, I am aware. I’ve always been the same awareness. Yes, I am aware that I am aware.”

Breathe in and notice all the thoughts.
Breathe out and get some distance from the thoughts.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts make you suffer. Presence stops suffering. Choose to stop suffering right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and recognize, “Yes, I am aware.”

It’s the difference from noticing the objects of your experience to the background of your experience. You can try noticing the space between you and the thing you’re looking at. Put your attention on space, on awareness, instead of the objects, instead of the thoughts.

Breathe in and notice the space between you and the thing you’re looking at.
Breathe out and rest your attention on space.

When you really look into it, everything is just empty space. Break down the physical objects into their molecules, their atoms, their subatomic particles, down to the quantum whatevers—it’s just space and energy. It’s just energy patterning space.

Breathe in and notice the space.
Breathe out and relax into the space.

Be the changeless space. All of this experience is just patterns of nothing. And instead of letting that scare you or make you feel like it’s pointless, let yourself enjoy it and have fun. This reality is like a playground, a heaven, something you just enjoy for the experience of it. It’s just a dream. Enjoy it, lighten up, have fun today.

Breathe in and lighten up today.
Breathe out and feel so free.

It’s all nothing. It means nothing. You’re free. You don’t have to care anymore.

Breathe in and be light.
Breathe out and realize you don’t have to give a fuck about what happens.

You don’t have to mind what happens. It’s all an illusion. It’s all a dream. It’s all empty space moving around in patterns.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and let the heaviness of thought go.

When you believe your thoughts, you make them real. You do have the power to manifest whatever you want. Use your power to manifest today the things that you want. Lightness, freedom, love, joy. Those are your natural states. You don’t have to do anything to make them appear. You just relax into the knowing that they’re already here.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

When you ask, “Am I aware?” you’re identifying with the space. The cognizing emptiness, the space that knows. Identify with this knowing emptiness. It never changes. It’s only knowing.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel free, free from the tyranny of thought.

Keep asking yourself over and over, “Am I aware? Am I the empty space? Yes, I am. I don’t have to worry about the changes. I’m the empty space in which the changes occur.”

They come and go. You can’t hold on to them. Let them go.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware that I am the cognizing emptiness and I am now in the flow.

You Are Telepathic (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and get some space from your thoughts.
Breathe out and remember you are not your thoughts.

You can drop them at any time. You can walk away from them at any time. You can zoom out and see you are the space in which the thoughts are arising, not the thoughts themselves.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware that I am aware. Another way to put it is, “Are you awake?”

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I awake?”
Breathe out and know for sure the answer, “Yes, I am awake.”

That’s how simple non-duality is. That’s how simple it is to identify as pure awareness. You’re already doing it. You don’t have to change anything. You don’t have to meditate more. You don’t have to control your thinking. Just notice, “Am I awake?”

Breathe in and notice you are awake.
Breathe out and rest there in that knowing that you are awake.

You are aware. You exist. That’s the one and only thing you know for sure.

Breathing in, “Am I awake?”
Breathing out, “Yes, obviously I am awake.”

That is how simple it is. Ordinary awareness, ordinary awake, ordinary wakefulness.

Breathing in, “Am I awake?”
Breathing out, “Yes, of course I am.”

It’s so close. It’s so simple. It’s so obvious that it gets overlooked. But you’re already doing it. You already are pure awareness. Everything else is just an illusion, just an appearance. But when you identify as pure awareness, you become the background, the one thing that doesn’t change. And then all the foreground, the changing life, that’s free to move, to do whatever it wants, but you are stable in the unchanging and that is your security, knowing that you will always exist. You were never born and you will never die.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I’ve always been the same awareness.”

You will always be the same awareness. And the same awareness is shared between you and me. That’s why when you simply identify as pure awareness, you feel love because there’s no separation. Everything’s made up of awareness and when that’s what you focus on, you feel connected to everything and everyone. You can be telepathic. You can know things you wouldn’t otherwise know.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Stay here. You can ask, “Am I aware?” You can ask, “Am I awake?” You can remind yourself, “I’ve always been the same awareness.” Stay here today.

Simply identify as pure awareness and test your telepathy. You are telepathic. You are pure awareness and so is everything else. So obviously you know everything about everything.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness today.
Breathe out and notice you’ve always been the same awareness.

I’ve always been the same awareness. I’ve always been the same awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I awake?”
Breathing out, “Yes, obviously.”

That’s how simple it is to identify as pure awareness and let your life become a flow of miracles where you don’t have to make any effort. Life takes care of life and life already is the way you want it to be.

You’ve Always Been the Same Awareness (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and just relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax into this moment.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and remember, life is magickal.

Has anyone ever told you to get a reality check? Has anyone ever warned you about harsh realities? Well, I’m here to tell you that reality is not what it seems. Reality is not suffering, paying bills, taxes, death. Reality is magick, reality is god.

Breathe in and face reality.
Breathe out and relax into the reality.

What is real is what doesn’t change and what doesn’t change is awareness. Awareness is the one thing that never changes. That’s why when you rest your attention on awareness, you feel peaceful because you’re not jolted by the ups and downs of life.

Breathe in and focus on reality.
Breathe out and focus on pure awareness.

Awareness is the one thing about you that has never changed. You are the same awareness looking out that you were when you were two years old, 10 years old, 12 years old, 20 years old. You’ve always been the same awareness. It’s the unchanging.

Breathe in and remember that awareness.
Breathe out and relax into the awareness.

You’ve always been the same awareness. And when you rest your attention on awareness, you have no more problems. Your mind isn’t agitated, so you’re at peace. You don’t notice any lack, so you’re happy and you’re not separate from anything, so you feel love.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in the knowing.

The one absolute real knowing you have of reality. Yes, you are aware, yes, you exist. That’s the only thing you know for sure. No one can tell you, you don’t exist. When you ask, do I exist? You don’t say, I’m not sure. You say yes. You can’t negate your existence. You can’t negate your awareness. It’s the one unchanging thing. It’s the one reality.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and relax into the one reality, pure awareness.

That’s god, that’s the magick, that’s the reality you have to face. And yeah, it can be scary to step away from the thoughts. Your mind wants to convince you that it’s not safe to stop thinking. It’s stupid to stop thinking. Something bad will happen. I won’t be able to figure it out if I stop thinking. But all of that is lies. And when you rest your attention on awareness itself, your life resolves itself because everything is resolved in unborn awareness. Nature is always resolving itself. You are nature. And in your pure awareness, you are already resolved.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in that answer.

Yes, I know I am aware. I am the same awareness I’ve always been. You know exactly what I mean when I say that. You’ve always been the same awareness. That’s why you never feel like you get older because you’re always the same awareness. Stay there, ask yourself, am I aware? Rest in the knowing that you are aware of awareness. And then you will be identified, merged with god. And life already will be the way you want it to be.

I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

Life Resolves Itself (transcript)
Breathe in and release your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and release your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

It’s all happening in your favor. It’s up to you to choose the perspective you want to see from.

Breathe in and notice it’s all happening in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. All of those things that you think are going wrong in your life, thank you. Thank you.

You feel taken advantage of? Thank you. Thank you.

You feel completely sad because you can’t help the person you want to help? Thank you. Thank you.

You feel stressed because you have way too many responsibilities? Thank you. Thank you for the stress. Thank you for the responsibilities. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel that gratitude in your heart.
Breathe out and remember it’s all happening in your favor.

Life takes care of life. It’s all nature. Nature is always resolving itself and you are nature.

Breathe in and let your life resolve itself.
Breathe out and just say thank you.

Thank you for resolving your damn self. Thank you. Thank you life for resolving yourself because I can’t do anymore. I’m stuck.

Breathe in and try to lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

You don’t have to go down every thought train that comes by.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you seeking. Thank you drug seeking behavior. Thank you craving. Thank you these thoughts that make me want to escape. Thank you. Thank you for the overwhelm. Thank you for the stress. Thank you.

Breathe in and flip the switch.
Breathe out and say thank you.

This is your superpower. When you get lost in your thoughts and lost in the stress and anxiety, you’re creating more of it. Your noticing of what’s going wrong, keeps it there. It’s time to let go of thinking you can control and let life resolve itself. Feel the feeling of gratitude and let the thoughts go.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out. Thank you. Thank you.

You know it’s time to drop the thoughts when every time you approach that ball of stress, you feel bad. When your thoughts make you feel bad, that’s your indicator. Your body letting you know, drop it. This doesn’t feel good. Stop thinking about it. And it can be hard to do that, but you can flip the switch. That’s your magick power.

Just start feeling grateful just for 24 hours. Let those thoughts go. Spend your day in gratitude and see how life resolves itself.

God’s Plan (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and let go.

Your control is in letting go. Everything is unfolding in perfect timing. You know that Drake song, God’s Plan? You can just say that to everything that happens. You don’t like something? Well, god’s plan. Something didn’t go your way? Well, god’s plan.

It’s all happening in your favor and the sooner you surrender control, surrender resisting, the sooner you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Whatever is happening is the right thing. You don’t have to resist anymore. Even in the moment that you’re in an argument or you get bad news, say thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Everything that happens is happening in your favor.

Life, this physical reality, it’s just an illusion. It’s just energy. Energy comes in waves, ups and downs. Every up has an up. Every down has a down. Every up has a down. Everything always comes back around. It always works out. Nature is always resolving itself.

Breathe in and remember you are nature.
Breathe out and let go of resisting.

You don’t know the best way. You don’t know what is best for you because what is best for you is what is happening. Everything that’s ever happened that led you to this moment has been in your favor. Aren’t you proud of the challenges you’ve been through? You’ve come so far. Every time something happens that you resist, say thank you. I know it’s in my favor. And flip that switch right away. This is your magick.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and smile.

It’s all in your favor. Be light. It’s god’s plan. You can’t do anything. Just get out of the way. You can’t even plan what you’re going to do in the future because when the time comes, your reaction will be spontaneous. All you can do is be aware of being aware and be fully present when things happen so that you can catch it right away. The switch. Thank you.

Okay, something happened that I don’t like. I’m resisting it, but I’m fully present and aware so I can slow down and say thank you. I know this is in my favor. Thank you. God’s plan.

You don’t even have to believe it, but just try directing your attention down that route. Start looking for evidence that this is in your favor. It’s all going to work out perfectly. It always does.

Breathe in and lighten up today.
Breathe out and decide to not mind, no matter what happens.

No matter what happens, you’ll be fine. You have to stop mixing with experience. You have to stop being swayed by the ups and ups and the downs and downs. You have to stop being so affected. You do that by resting as pure awareness just by asking yourself, “Am I aware?” Then you stay there in that no-thought space of

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, yes.

It’s just pausing thought. It’s just loosening the grip on thought. It’s only the thoughts that make you suffer. It’s only the thoughts that make you think something’s wrong, but there’s nothing wrong. It’s all god’s plan, and you can relax and know it’s all in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

The Only Way to Feel Safe (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

The only security is presence. If you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed, remember the only security is presence. That’s the only way you’re going to feel safe. Not with more money, not with more love, not with more time, not with more things. The only way you’re going to feel safe and secure is with presence.

Breathe in and bring your attention back into this moment.
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are pure awareness. You are not this little person with little problems. You are pure awareness. You are god.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and remember your power.

Step back into your power. Presence is your superpower. Never forget. You can do it right now. You can only do it right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice the answer: Yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. Because when I am aware, my mind is at peace because I’m not agitated. When I am aware, I am happy because I’m not noticing any lack. I feel abundant. And when I am aware, I’m not focused on separation. So I feel love.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and do the no-thought thing of noticing, “Yes, I am aware.”

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts make you suffer. When you are aware, you get distance from the thoughts.

You don’t ever have to stop thinking. You really can’t control it. But you can remember that you are the awareness in which the thoughts arise.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s just not serious.
Breathe out and stop taking it so seriously.

When you are present, when you are aware, you feel light. You feel playful. Life is fun. You feel free because you’re not trapped in your thoughts. It all comes down to choosing awareness over getting lost in your thoughts. You have the choice right now. Use the power of your awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Trust this process. Trust that it’s going to work for you. This tree bears immediate fruit. Trust that if you can step away from your thoughts for just a few moments by identifying as pure awareness, you will feel better. You will feel lighter. You will feel relieved. Trust.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Trust this process. Trust this holy question. This question is holy because it makes you identify with god, pure awareness. When you ask, “Am I aware?” your attention drops the thoughts and settles on the one thing we all have in common: awareness. It’s all awareness. And when your attention is settled on awareness, you’re one with all that is. You’re safe. That’s the safety. That’s the security. It doesn’t matter what happens. You don’t have to mind what happens.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Commit to this practice. Trust this practice. Prove it to yourself that identifying as awareness solves your problems. It doesn’t even solve them. It makes them irrelevant because if you’re not putting your attention on them, they don’t exist.

Breathe in and let life work it out for you.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that you are life. You are the life essence. You don’t have to get involved with your little separate thoughts. Thinking is the disease. Thinking is what makes you suffer. Simply identify as pure awareness today and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow and I’m ready for the miracles. I’m already here.”
